We had two installs in our upstairs bath: a toilet and a faucet. Norfolk Plumbing was superior from beginning to end of this project. Ridge and his associate arrived promptly, wore booties/gloves in my house, explained step by step their repair plan/cost, and cleaned up so there was no evidence of their presence. I’ve had many plumbers in my lifetime. Norfolk Plumbing associates were knowledgeable, talented, and exceptional with the service they provided.Next I had Ridge and his assistant install a kitchen faucet. Thorough, patient, impeccably neat, and talented….the best!

My experience with Norfolk Plumbing was wonderful. Everything I was told would happen on my initial visit happened. Prior to Joshs visit, I received a call and a nice introduction text. Josh arrived within the specified time and completed the work while offering to give me a tutorial. All needed equipment was in the truck, and the work was complete within an hour of the start window time. The experience was top-notch!

Excellent experience start to finish with Norfolk plumbing!!! Sean came out and estimated our 3/4 bathroom addition and was the only technician out of 5 estimators who actually measured dimensions in our crawl space to make sure we had code required grade and plenty of room. The price came in much lower than I expected for the quality that people rave about; a fair and reasonable price that they honored all the way through. Sean also did the rough in which went really smooth; I mis-understood one detail on the contract from what had been mentioned while Sean was estimating vs. what was on the contract, and Norfolk plumbing went above and beyond to honor their word, doing some extra work for free to basically vent a pipe through the roof, even though per the contract they didn’t have to. They also covered the cost of hiring the roofer to waterproof it in which they also didn’t have to do. Final fixture install went smooth as well. At the end Sean answered all my questions and even helped us with a water flow issue in our other bathrooms for free, ensuring he thoroughly rooted out possible causes. When the city inspector came and I mentioned Norfolk Plumbing he didn’t even step into the bathroom but took one look and passed the inspection because of their reputation for quality and doing everything to code. We felt taken care of from start to finish and are very happy we went with them. Rare these days to find such quality and reliability without breaking the bank. Will use again. Thank you!!

He was helpful with providing information to determine how we can find the source of water leak between walls and floors of my COOP and the procedures going forward.I appreciate Norfolk Plumbing as they respond to my COOP needs and can resolve the issue(s) without being problematic. I stress to other COOP owners to use NP as they know our building that has 74 year old plumbing.

On a Friday afternoon, I discovered my 80 gallon hot water heater was leaking. Ruth answered my phone call and managed to have Will and Arron at my house within a couple of hours. After presenting replacement option, I chose a heat pump replacement which was installed on Saturday. Job finished in less than 24 hours from my call.

I can’t say how thankful I am for Michael w/ Norfolk Plumbing. We experienced main/branch clog as my wife and I were preparing to head to the hospital to have our first baby (talk about stress!!). I couldn’t be home to walk Michael through the “unique” plumbing system of this older home but he was able to root cause in our absence and solve the issue just in time for our arrival back home with our newborn. We love Norfolk Plumbing. Everyone in our family uses them. Bailey is such a friendly person to deal with on the phone. She is definitely a people person and very organized. She always remembers her clients and is so willing to help. Usually, when one calls for a plumbing problem, it is a big deal and can be very stressful. Bailey is the perfect person to greet people on the phone and help them with their issues. She is such a delight to talk to and you feel like you are in good hands. Will Winslow has solved so many difficult plumbing issues for us. He really knows his stuff. He instills a lot of confidence. He is friendly, very professional ,and a pleasure to have in your home. Will has tackled many difficult problems at our home and once his repairs are completed, the issue is always corrected and your plumbing is like new. They will be my go to plumbers in the Norfolk/VA Beach area.Replaced my water heater, reconnected my dishwasher and reseated two toilets after I had new floors installed. They were also quite flexible in working around the schedule of my flooring installation team.Update:Norfolk plumbing did another solid job when fixing the faucets for a couple of my sinks. Josh and Charles did a stellar job diagnosing and solving the issue of water leaking into my crawl space. Charles crawled to the source of the leak and the duo determined that the wax seal was leaking into the subfloor and crawlspace.After discussing options with Josh, we determined the most cost-effective solution would be to just replace the old toilets in my house, as that was something I planned on doing anyway.It’s been a hard road finding a dependable and diligent number. Norfolk plumbing is customer oriented. I hired them to do the plumbing of my whole house remodel. They completed the plumbing work for my kitchen and newly added 2nd floor bathroom. They also completed additional plumbing needs of mine that were unrelated. They were very fair with me throughout the entire process. I had to put a long pause in the remodel due to Covid and my health. When I was finally ready to resume my work they jumped right in without any issues. I corresponded with Ruth throughout the process, and she was the best!!

What a great experience! Norfolk Plumbing, especially Brian! I had scheduled service to remove 8 nonfunctional, huge radiators and the old boiler from my home. We built a home that just celebrated its first birthday. A couple months prior to this date a smell was coming from the master porcelain throne. The builder said it wasn’t their problem so we reached out to Norfolk Plumbing for correction. The technicians they sent were friendly, knowledgeable, and rapidly identified the root of the issue.NPLLC sends a photograph with a bio of the technician prior to arrival so you know what they look like and something about them up front. Wonderful touch.While I don’t look forward to having to call a plumber for work to be done in the home, I at least know who I’m going to call in the future.

If you need plumbing services, I can happily recommend Norfolk Plumbing Inc! Ridge and Dustin were VERY professional and very patient. I had a leaky old toilet (replacing the flapper wasn’t working!) and they went out of their way to provide me all the options, explain everything, try a fix first (I have a SUPER old one-piece toilet they don’t make parts for anymore) and then ultimately installed a new toilet for me perfectly at a fair price (military discount, too!) They kept me updated on their arrival time and their receptionist staff even made sure to give me time slots that worked with my schedule. Josh S. did a fantastic job identifying and repairing the issue. It was originally believed to be a back up but after Josh looked into the situation he discovered a broken pipe. He worked diligently to repair the problem. It was cold outside and he had to be miserable out there digging through the earth to repair the pipe but he didnt stop until he fixed the problem. He was very respectful of my no shoes inside rule and didnt leave a mess behind. Thanks, Josh! I really appreciate you getting the green sludge out of my tub and making my toilet accessable again. As a female I am skeptical of all estimates for repair, especially when it pertains to an area in which I have limited knowledge. So I will give you a tiny bit of history of my experience with Norfolk Plumbing, why I will continue to use them, and why you should stay away from the other company mentioned.Norfolk Plumbing completed a water heater repair for me in 2023. Prior to reaching out to them, Norfolk Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electrical came out and quoted me over $3k to replace a perfectly good water heater. Despite giving them the brand prior to the appointment, they failed to mention they do not do repairs on my off brand equipment. I called the manufacturer, they sent me a replacement part at no cost, and referred me to Norfolk Plumbing to complete the work. My cost went from a new water heater at $3,500 down to labor for replacing a part at $225. I wrote a review on the other company. They called me, but never offered to refund the service fee of $145. Bad business decision in my book, and my trust was lost.So when I found a water leak underneath my house, I called Norfolk Plumbing, they scheduled an appointment for the following day.Josh and Charles called me on their way to our home within the window estimated, their punctuality was much appreciated.They found a leak in the gasket under my hallway bathroom sink and thought they were done. When I expressed that my concern was the constant drip of water under the house, they listened. When I explained where the leak seemed to be coming from, they listened. They went under the house, located the leak, and let us know they would have to tear out some drywall to find and repair the leak.They showed us pictures and video, and after they replaced the piece of pipe that was leaking, showed us a hole that had been driven through the pipe by a screw years ago. The metal rusted around the screw, eventually giving way to a slow leak.The only reason we found the leak is because after getting a quote for $1,100 to repair some duct work under the house by the former company mentioned, something felt off. Transparency and communication were missing, the photos lacking evidence of what the needed repairs were. At the advice of my home inspector my husband and I crawled under the house and with a few pieces of duct tape closed up a few small holes, saving $1,097 on the estimated repairs. Although this led me to mistrust the other company and cancel my monthly service contract with them, it also led to us finding this leak.To sum this up, Josh and Charles were transparent, communicating effectively. They took time to explain their process and findings, show pictures and video, and completed the repair for a fair price. When they were finished with the work they cleaned up meticulously, showing pride of ownership in their work. Their documentation, professionalism, and thoroughness was in stark contrast to the former company.Josh and Charles made us feel like they work for a small mom and pop company who cares about quality control and customer service, leading us to feel that no matter who they send out, it will be a job well done.Thank you Josh and Charles and Norfolk Plumbing LLC. It was a relief to have this repair completed and to have a good feeling about the integrity of the company after they left.

I had some repairs done by another company in the area and 8 months later the water backed up again as the original problem had not been fixed. After a couple months of back and fourth with that company they finally came out and fixed the original issue which was not a cheap fix. Just had a problem with a leaky pipe called Norfolk Plumbing and they were out just yesterday and fixed the problem. Brian was on time, explained everything that needed done and was very courteous and professional. Reasonable pricing and got the job done and everything cleaned up to my complete satisfaction. I’ll be happy to recommend Norfolk Plumbing and Brian.

So, about a year ago, Norfolk Plumbing did a fantastic job fixing a pipe problem in my crawl space. After about 2 years and 3 other companies working the problem, they were the only ones to fix it! I have had no problems since.Today, they came to replace a sink faucet due to leaking and poor pressure. I am absolutely thrilled with their work. The employees are efficient, knowledgeable, and took fantastic care when removing and reinstalling the pedestal sink in order to fix the issue. And.- they cleaned!!!! I’ve had other workers do other jobs who didn’t take the time to clean after their work. I am so grateful to their time and attention - it is great to find a company that takes pride in doing the job correctly and completely, from start to finish. Thank you, Miles and Joshua!!!!

Sean did an outstanding job lowering my kitchen sink drain so I could install a much deeper cast iron/porcelain farmhouse sink. Sean then hooked up the sink drain and faucet along with a garbage disposal. He was very professional and courteous from 1st contact to completion. Vince and Sean also did all of the plumbing for a mother in law addition a couple years back. 1100 square feet in a new concrete slab with 2 full bathrooms, kitchen and refrigerator waterline. Again, zero issues. I will always use Norfolk Plumbing and will always ask for Sean or Vince, even though Im positive the rest of the team there are top notch as well.

He made sure the drain worked correctly after clearing the blockage, kept the area clean, put things back under the kitchen sink and gave me some tips to use as preventative maintenance. He was professional and friendly the whole time. Norfolk Plumbing is my go-to for our plumbing needs. I highly recommend this business.

We called after 3pm on the eve of a tropical storm, as in the prep for the storm, our front tap blew off the house gushing water everywhere. Going through a storm with no fresh water would have been a bit tough. I did a quick google search and Norfolk plumbing came up so i gave them a call. The lady was real nice on the phone and Steven was at our house in less than 30 mins. He quickly fixed the issue and was incredibly polite considering he was originally on his way home when he got the call to come fix our issue. Thanks for the help and we will use you in the future.

Great response to my call and great service. Originally had a company, we will call them RR, but they charged me about $500 dollars to snake out my drain. It was backed up again in a few days. Tried to get them back out but after a week I gave up. Norfolk plumbing came out with a scope and saw a busted snake line in my drain. They were able to retrieve it, after 3 hours of work, without busting open the concrete floor. Many thanks.
