We have had a service contract with Cronin for years. Our system is getting REALLY old. This week the team has had to come more than 4 times. Sometimes on weekends, evenings. But they always came graciously, never making us feel bad about bothering them and resolved the issue quickly. I feel so grateful to know that we will always have them at our side during these cold months. I appreciate them going above and beyond.

Since moving back to the area, Cronin has been, by far, the best company weve worked with as far as home needs. Their service is friendly, incredibly fast (theyve shown up within an hour of calling multiple times), and fairly priced. Installed pure pro boiler and Beckett burner 11/11/22One month later came out and soldered / repaired 2 new copper tubes. On 1/13/23 came out fast and made adjustment to burner and it is nice and quiet now!Great family company!Professional, responsive and one year free service if any issues. We had an excellent experience with Cronin. I noticed early in the morning that the main zone in the house wasnt heating. I called Cronin at 8:00 and they had someone out my home at 8:20. This person found that I had a frozen pipe. He worked to thaw the pipe for 6 hours and made sure it worked well before he left. We could easily have had a disaster on this day. He was pleasant, easy to talk to and more than capable. Ive used Cronin for years and each interaction Ive had has been positive. They go above and beyond all the time. Highly recommended.

33 years as Cronins customer Its not easy for any business to maintain a customer for a single decade - let alone 3 decades plus. To hold customers in a highly competitive market like fuel oils, the company has to be better than average and substantially so. Cronin hits all the marks you would want in a business; family owned and managed; caring polite and helpful people at all levels; and competitive pricing. I put a bit less stock in pricing than I do service so know that Cronins service is second to none and their pricing is fair but not the cheapest out there; there is always somebody that will sell fuel oil for a few pennies less but Ive found that only leads to getting what you are paying for - cheap oil that may have other issues. Also, the cheap oil dealers generally do not provide service. Cronin has installed one heater, and two furnaces in my property over the past 33 years. Im about to have them put in a replacement water heater - the first lasted nearly 16 years which is unheard of in our area as the water can be hard on systems and heaters. Want reliability at all levels? Call Cronin. Want the cheapest oil you can get and dont care about the quality or service - this is probably best to then shop everyone against each other and take the low cost option.

Very happy service from Cronin Oil. Currently renovating a home here in Norfolk and getting the heat on was a big step for the renovation process. George came by and got the boiler fired up that hasn’t ran in 9 years. In addition to getting the boiler running he stopped back by the next day to see if I got the recirculating pumps installed ok. Thank you for the help! Greatly appreciated! I would definitely recommend them to a friend! Polite, courteous and very professional. Thank you.
