They began the work on the same day and by the next, the job was completely done and tidied up. We were absolutely thrilled with the result! They efficiently hydro-jetted our root-blocked, century-old sewer line, causing no damage. They even provided a video showing the condition before and after it was cleaned out. The service was reasonably priced. We were incredibly grateful for their speedy response, honesty, and professionalism! I would give them a rating of 10/10 and wont hesitate to recommend or use their service again!

Sure enough, later that afternoon, I received a call from their technician, Liam, who was just half an hour away. Upon arrival, he quickly identified and rectified the issue - a faulty wax ring. It was clear that Liam was highly knowledgeable as he not only fixed the problem but also took the time to explain its cause. Apparently, the toilet hadnt been correctly installed when our house was built in Norfolk. The prompt response and excellent service provided by Dodson Brothers Plumbers left me extremely satisfied. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend their services or hire them again if necessary.

Definitely give a thumbs up for this plumbing service! We had a loose shower drain in our upstairs bathroom that was LEAKING. They came over and fixed the leak, causing minimal damage to the ceiling. We also had them back to bring our vanity sink drains up to code, and they did a great job. Nicholas was the plumber they sent both times. Hes experienced, meticulous, friendly, and he even cleans up after hes done. Im really pleased with the quality of work, the price, how fast they were able to fit us in, and how at ease we felt with Nicholas. We had reached out to another plumbing company, but they couldnt see us for over a week. This service, however, was able to get us scheduled the very next day after we found the leak, which really helped to limit the damage to our ceilings.

In just a few hours, Gary was at my doorstep. He quickly identified the issue, but as it was late, there wasnt much he could do. He explained the next steps and assured me that he would contact me by 10am the following day, and true to his words, he did. My tank required a replacement. Gary efficiently removed the old tank, procured a new one, and installed it. This task kept him busy for most of the day. When Gary requested my vacuum cleaner to tidy up, I told him I could handle the clean-up. However, he insisted on doing it himself. He meticulously cleaned every part of my house that he had worked in. He was a real professional and incredibly knowledgeable. If you require someone for the maintenance and repair of your plumbing or HVAC system, Liam is your go-to person. They never fail to meet your expectations!

I was never left waiting for days for them to swing by and rectify the plumbing problem. They were prompt in responding to my call and even quicker in resolving the issues within my home, all while offering quite reasonable rates. On average, Ive spent around $250 per visit for challenges like blockages in the bathroom, bathtub, or pipes leading out to the Norfolk city sewer. Im situated in a slightly remote part of Norfolk, so Im not certain if the prices account for their travel distance, but it seemed worth mentioning. overall, im greatly pleased and content with their services. ill surely call on them again and suggest their services to anyone in search of a solid local plumbing team.

We had an old toilet that was giving us trouble by leaking water and making the tank refill partially every few hours. nicholas came out the following day, swiftly took out the old toilet and a problematic flange sticking out above the floor, then put in an order for a specific toilet we had picked out. he planned for the installation of the new toilet as soon as it was delivered from the supplier. nicholas was super friendly, professional and quickly figured out what needed to be fixed. he took the time to explain what he was doing, assisted us in finding the perfect replacement toilet and left the work area spotless of all dust and debris. really love this plumbing service!

Original feedback was given a while ago - There was a leak in our primary waterline that required attention. Had there not been a small hiccup, they would have earned a full 5-star rating from me. However, gary from Dodson Brothers Plumbers was quick to correct the issue without any hassle (initial review was 4 stars). Later, we encountered another problem with the same area, which Damian struggled to address. But due to this, Damian returned the full amount we initially paid, stating it should have been under their guarantee. Dodson Brothers Plumbers are reliable and stand by their words, offering full warranties on their work. With this in mind, I am elevating my former 4-star rating to a five! Thanks guys, youll be hearing from me again when i need plumbing services!

I dialed up Dodson Brothers Plumbers and had a chat with a gentleman named gary on Sunday. gary suggested he could swing by on the following day to examine the problem and would even give me a discounted rate since it wasnt a weekend job. I agreed and gary popped in today to sort out the issue before I could even meet him. Amazingly, when I stepped outside, he had already finished the job. These fellas did an excellent job! I had a previous unpleasant encounter with a water heater replacement, so I was not looking forward to repeating the process when my water heater broke down today. I contacted numerous plumbing businesses, and they were all fully booked, including this one. However, Damian managed to make room for me, and to cut a long story short, I now have a brand new hot water heater installed. The last time, I was without hot water for an entire week because the previous company provided a faulty unit and told me I had to sort it out with the manufacturer. But Liam, Brad, and their team were extremely professional and did a splendid job. I cant recommend them highly enough!
