    Mark and his team were phenomenal! Clogged toilet during the holidays and within 48 hours of my call the clog was cleared! And it wasn’t an easy one to say the least. So courteous and affordable on top of a quick turnaround! Highly recommended.

    The Parkers have been my familys Go To for about 50 years that I can remember!My parents and I relied on their company for all our plumbing, heating and cooling services. Now that mom and dad are gone, I know that Mark will take care of any problems that arise.     I called because I was in a crisis. I’d dropped my mothers ring down the shower drain. I was broken hearted because she passed in 2020 and it was really valuable to me! Mark showed up the same day even though he had a full schedule and was able to recover my ring!!!! I am so happy and so thankful! Will definitely be using their services again he did a great job put everything back and his prices are reasonable!!! Couldn’t ask for anything better thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

    I have dealt with Tommy Parker then his Son Mark, since I bought my home in 1977. From work on my furnace, air conditioner, plumbing and electrical work. They have always been there when I needed them. Expert work at a fair price. I am happy to recommend them.

    Excellent work. 12 unit bldg. in West Ghent. Replaced 2 x 400 btu 30 + yr.old boilers with 95% efficient no tank boilers. Johns work was outstanding, great communication, on time...just a great experience. Highly recommended, especially after wasting weeks with all the HVAC Specialists advertising on TV. Call A. B. Parker if you want it done right!

    I have a hundred year old house in Ocean View with all of the troubles that accompany older structures. These guys came out and did a great and efficient job on clearing tree roots from my sewer line. They are courteous, professional, and I like them so much I am going to ask them to do a larger repair job on the line to prevent the problem in the future. I dislike not doing work on my home myself because I am almost always disappointed in not only the quality of the work but the ineptitude and lack of care with the work that is done. A.B Parker & Son reminded me that there are still some good people out there that I CAN trust to do a good job. Thank you, Mark and the gentleman who accompanied you!

    AB Parker & Son is an upstanding and ethical family business that is owned locally and is in its third generation. I personally have met the 1st Parker and have had a long standing relationship with the son and grandson. They are honorable and ethical and have always gone above and beyond to ensure the job is done right.Rat Fink is a pseudonym, but I am a long time Hampton Roads resident!

    First time experience was AWESOME! I called in the morning and someone was on the way in minutes. And they even told me they had plenty of appointments to get done first but still managed to squeeze me in! Being without AC on a 90*+ day with a preemie was going to be dreadful, but these guys were sent out and fixed my issue right away! Very nice and great service! Thank you!

Replaced the aging old boilers with mount on the wall On demand tankless boilers. 95+/- energy efficient Bradford-White units.     AB Parker & Son has done various HVAC, plumbing, and electrical projects for us over the past couple years, and I have been extremely pleased with them. They were very responsive to our requests, no matter how big or small, and they did an excellent job accommodating our schedules. The work was all of excellent quality, and prices were very fair. They were always willing to explain the details of the work they were doing and to teach me about the systems they were working on. I would strongly recommend AB Parker for any home repair projects.

    Mark and John were fantastic. We began to have a hot water tank problem on a Friday afternoon. Mark worked with us during the weekend to keep our tank burning and then John installed a new tankless system in our home. We are very appreciative.

    My family has been using A B Parker & Son for the past 40 or so years. They installed the heating system and the plumbing in my parents house, and have been there for them over the years. When I moved out and into my own home, I continued to use their services. A B Parker & Son is a small, locally owned business. Unlike the chain businesses, you get to know them personally and you form a bond with them. But they are still very professional, extremely competent, and resonably priced. This past New Years Day, I was out of town and a friend called me to tell me that my 90 year old father had no heat. I called Mr. Parker and asked if he could call my father to find out what was going on. My father had heat by the end of the day. A B Parker & Son is the absolute best!!
