Amazing customer service! Our family has a unique health situation & needs a couple of accommodations by anyone entering our home, and we felt incredibly respected by Pure Plumbing when they had to enter our home. They were quick (while still being thorough & doing quality work!) and cleaned up their work sites well. They made time for a smaller extra request in addition to the bigger originally scheduled irrigation system installation. Something that has been a problem for 6 months (and that we had tried to fix on our own) was diagnosed and fixed in like 15 minutes by the skilled plumber. If you need interior or exterior plumbing repairs or installation, definitely contact Pure Plumbing!

Very very helpful and quick to respond! Hours before I was supposed to catch a flight I saw a leak and after calling many plumbers, Pure Plumbers was the one to pick up and give me an answer. Even though I was out of town they came in while my neighbor was there and looked at it and messaged me with the problem and gave a solution! My familys experience with Pure Plumbing is amazing. I live in a different state and I help manage my non-English senior parents condo unit. The 65+ condo complex have many rules and regulations and Pure Plumbing was able to show all evidence to their liking and now they are our go-to plumbing! Not to mention that they are so nice to my parents when Im not around and every time, they are okay with the fact that my parents do not speak English. To my surprise, I was actually turned away by other plumbers because (1) condo regulations and (2) having a language barrier. Im very happy with how Will communicates with us. He is very timely, nice, and politely. It is very helpful and useful for us to talk to him. My parents really like the work he does too. He seems to understand our exact needs and will do his best. He is very professional. There were no complaints about the condo regulations and he provided everything that they asked for. I would 100% recommend Pure Plumbing and Will to the world.

I had a pipe burst and needed pretty immediate assistance. My neighbor recommended Will with Pure Plumbing. He answered his phone at 8 at night and was willing to rearrange his morning schedule to come out and get my water turned on. Because of my work schedule we pushed the spot out to the afternoon. Upon arriving he and the other individual he brought went right to work. They dug around in the ceiling, found the pipe and were able to have it repair quickly. The leak occurred in the pipe over the ceiling of my garage. The heater wasn’t working so they took the time to discuss options to ensure the pipe wouldn’t freeze again. The responsiveness was very much appreciated. Will seems to care about the quality of his work and ensuring his customers are satisfied.

Took a little longer to get back to me when we were setting things up, but then again this wasnt an urgent job. I would definitely use again.
