    I felt they did a really great job staying in contact with me prior to the job. We had our water heater out and had no water. They were able to fit in the very next day. The gentleman they sent was really great He was very careful and thoughtful about how he ran the pipes and exhaust. All of his work with super clean.     My water heater finally expired and that meant buying a new one and having it installed. It took me a couple of days to find Home Breeze on the internet, but when I did and saw what they offered, I was quite pleased. They had the brand of water heater I wanted and everything, including installation, was included in one price. I found them in the evening and was able to set up a delivery/install time for the following morning, which would have been our fourth day without hot water had they not been able to come over so quickly. The plumber arrived on time and swapped out my heater for the new one. He also re-arranged some of the pipes to make them less intrusive and the entire set up took about an hour. Everything was professional from the ordering process to the installation. And, of course, they took my old heater for disposal, one less thing for me to worry about. I highly recommend Home Breeze for your water heater needs.

    This review is long overdue. It has been about 10 months since I worked with this company and I still remember how amazing they were throughout the entire process. I was in the area helping a family member get a new water heater installed. I was apprehensive because you really dont know who to trust these days. After communicating with several service providers in the area, it was clear that HomeBreeze was more trustworthy. They installed the water heater properly and promptly responded to any follow-up questions. I found out later that the water heater brand they recommended was the best choice, which was different from what others recommended.I highly recommended them and my only regret is taking so long to write this review. Rest assured that you are making the right decision by choosing HomeBreeze. I wish all companies were this competent and trustworthy.

    They have been very professional to work with. We ended up having some problems with our new heat pump but their installers came out several times until the issue was resolved. I am happy that their quote included everything including electrical and permits for the installation. We also got to take advantage of some rebates that HB processed for us.

    Are you in the market for a new water heater? The state of California and the Federal government want to pay you big rebates (up to $5100) to convert your gas water heater to hybrid electric. The trick is to find a company to install the water heater that has been certified to get the big state rebate ($3100). One of the handful of companies that has been certified is HomeBreeze (Newport Beach and San Francisco). The conversion is more involved than simply replacing your existing water heater with another gas one, but HomeBreeze is a very customer focused company that will do it all for you, including processing the rebate with the state. Ask for Vineet. Hell treat you right, answer all your questions and get everything arranged. Id also like to make a shout out for Angel and Jim, the plumber and electrician that HomeBreeze contracts with. They did a quality job for me.

    After our tank water heater failed and the company who we worked quoted a crazy amount to replace it, I found HomeBreeze online, I texted my details and was able to get a tankless installed ASAP. I think anyone who is looking to upgrade should definitely check out Homebreeze first! Great unit and saving money as well! I will never be limited of hot water again. No more waiting for hot water! I cannot express the ease and freedom this makes for any household. Plus great rebates will lower the cost as well!

    We replaced our old 100 gallons with a Noritz NRCR92. Since there are so many parts in addition to the tankless tank, we were really not sure what other cost items were going to be. Paul quoted us an all inclusive price and he delivered without any hidden fee. His two installers, Daniel and Miguel, are as good as they come. It was very tough for them to remove the old 100 gallon tank from a very tight basement storage area, but they worked tirelessly while explaining in details and patiently what they were doing or what they were going to do next. They left the place clean after completion. It was a great plumbing experience for us. We would highly recommend this business to our friends and relatives.     I called three other large water heater businesses. It was frustrating to say the least. When I called Home breeze on Sat afternoon, (no hot water), Paul texted me very quickly. I was able to get an estimate on line then an estimate that was individualized to my needs. My Noritz tankless water heater of 20 years was replaced with a new one within one day ( would have been sooner except for storm of the century,on Sunday, since my unit is outside) The unit was replaced with a new Noritz, the plumbing upgraded as well as the gas line. Paul called me on a Sunday and was patient and knowledgeable while answering all of my questions. The cost was competitive and included connecting the unit to my existing Noritz remote controller in my home. I am very pleased with my experience. I recommend this company.

    During remodeling our water heater went out. We had planned to go tankless eventually so rather than just fix the current water heater we decided to go tankless. Our installer, Andy, did a phenomenal job with the installation of our new unit and the disposal of our old one. He took his time and explained each step as he went through the process.     After trying unsuccessfully to get firm quotations from two or three or other companies, for the relatively straightforward job of installing a replacement water heater I finally discovered MyBreeze. They quickly provided me with a very competitive, detailed quotation based on photos and measurements of the installation that I was able to provide and a short delivery time, and their installer Alex arrived on the dot of the appointed hour. He had one or two small hiccoughs which he quickly resolved and about three hours later the installation was complete and water was heating up nicely. No extra cost over and above the quoted price. A very good company to do business with.

    I looked on the net to research water heaters as mine was 23 years old and on the verge of quitting. I found the HomeBreeze site that gave sizes, prices, and had the brand I wanted. I got to chatting online with their rep and discovered they were a very helpful resource and pricing was lower than I was quoted from a local plumber. Their website is clean and simple to navigate. I made an appointment for the next day, they were right on time and took on the task quickly and efficiently. My son asked some questions, made some piping requests and there was no problem in accommodating him. They were professional and answered all my questions while installing it. What a pleasure to work with someone who knew what they were doing and made sure I was happy with them and the work.     It was a pleasure doing business with Home Breeze, actually better then advertised, rare in todays business climate. My water heater had corroded and was leaking, I went to 2 major reputable companies to get cost estimates, and time to remove and replace W/H. responses were unacceptable on both accounts. I contacted Home Breeze and was able to coordinate the scope of work through emails, pictures, and text, I was given a very reasonable all inclusive fixed price ( 20% less then 2 other est. ) which included the same brand water heater and components.     After searching for days for a good place to buy and install a very specific Bradford White (BW) water heater model I found Home Breeze (HB) . That was my lucky day !I received a callback from Chris of HB the very day I made my initial inquiry. I am an engineer and had carefully reviewed the spec sheet of the BW water heater I wanted. Chris was very helpful and we communicated via text and emails.Chris was able to locate and obtain the BW water heater model I wanted the next day. We agreed on a very reasonable and fair price and scheduled an Install date and time.On install day their very polite plumbers (from Pipethon Plumbing) arrived on time and installed the unit in a couple of hours. They did an outstanding job and left my garage as clean as they found it.Now I have a brand new BW water heater providing piping hot water. I highly recommend Home Breeze !

    So glad I found HomeBreeze. Our water heater started leaking and was at the end of its life so we needed a new one asap. I found Homebreeze on Google and saw all the great reviews so I decided to check them out. I was actually shocked that they had all the prices up front on their website and you could just book an appointment online. We went with the Bradford White 50 gal tank for $1799. They came earlier then expected and the technician Alfredo took out the old heater, installed the new one and then hauled the old one off all within like 2 hours. Huge thank you to Alfredo!! Seriously so great. And then the next day they just send you a link to pay online. How much did I end up paying? $1799 exactly like their website said. Again, I was shocked haha I highly recommend them!! Could not have been an easier experience from start to finish.

    My previous water heater went out on a Saturday. I went online and was able to schedule delivery and installation for Monday morning. However I had a question and called at 11 p.m. on a Saturday night. To my surprise Vineet Mehta answered my question! On Monday, punctually, Vineet with two installers came to my house, removed the old water heater and installed the new one in less than two hours. They took the previous heater with all the attachments with them so that I did not have to be concerned with disposal.I am very happy with their service.
