I spoke to Jas (sp) this morning because I needed a replacement faucet hose for a Delta kitchen faucet. I then experienced what was the very best service I have received in decades. While they did not have one in stock, he went ahead and contacted the Delta distributor and arranged for me to pick the part up, as a warranty replacement. Wow! I spoke to 3 different supply locations before and nobody took the initiative to do this, or even to tell me anything other than what I could pay for expedited service. You (Noland) have earned me as a customer for the future. THANKS! -
