Very Satisfied customer in Newport!!I was informed by Newport Utilities that we had a huge water leak, going through 4900 gallons in two days. Mike Kyker and his team 1-answered the phone when I called, and said they would come right away, 2-came right away, 3-worked to identify the problem in a challenging site, 4-gave us options to choose from, 5-fixed the problem and informed us every day, 6-evened out the landscape where the machines had dug the trenches, etc and even 7- spread grass seed over the broken ground and laid hay to give the grass a chance! We hadn’t even considered this within the scope of work and it was a pleasant surprise. Mike left my front yard in better shape than it had been.The best part was meeting Mike and his two sons. They are a great team and they work so well together. They even enjoy working together, something you don’t always see in family owned businesses.Thrilled to recommend Kyker Plumbing. call them if you need a plumbing solution. and be aware that they may be busy, because they are good. be patient, when it is your turn on the calendar, Kyker will fix your leak too.

Had a clogged main line and a broken line outside. They came and fixed everything for a very reasonable price. I would recommend giving them a call if you need something done.

I thought we had a bad leak behind the wall but they found that it was just the sink supply lines. They are nice and professional. We appreciate that more than anything.

We have called Kyker’s a few times over the last couple of years. He’s always been up front about estimated timeline and clear in his communication about other jobs he has committed to. When he arrives, he assesses the situation and gives a fair price, then immediately gets to work. He has successfully fixed a clogged drain, broken main line to our septic, and a broken water main for us. Prices are always half of what I expected to pay and the jobs have gotten done quickly. We like that he is local, kind, and fair. Even when we had a septic issue that was outside of his wheelhouse, he put in the time to help us find someone who could fix it so we weren’t left high and dry, plus he didn’t charge us for that time. Kyker Plumbing will continue to be my first call every time we have an issue.
