Charles Boyce is the owner of this company and a few more. His companies were responsible for the beautifcation of our home. From the new indoor plumbing to the brand new windows and doors, these guys, specifically Greg, put a lot of love and energy into our home. Homeserve sent them out and Im grateful for that. The owner Charles, who proves that there is something in the water, came out to check the progress often, was kind, dependable, helpful and sympathetic. We have never, in the 13 years weve been down here, have EVER met such a more diligent company. They didnt patch, they fixed. They didnt try to upsell, they were upfront and honest. They got the job done.

ALL STAR Company! I used for the first time and every aspect I felt like an honored client. Communication was clear and I was updated at every turn. Contractor was on-time, efficient and knowledgeable. Figured out our problem, fixed it and done! We received the bill and it was very reasonable. I will be using this company for any future plumbing needs I have.

Great experience! Charles and his crew are very professional and a great value. I started out just wanting a small repair done but ultimately decided to have a cast iron tub replaced, shower surround replaced as well as the shower valve, drain and all the plumbing underneath the house replaced. This was my decision to have done, I was not talked into doing more by Cassidys Plumbing but valued there opinion and input. They did a great job of removal and installation and did it in a timely manner. Charles, the owner, checked in on the job periodically and ensured we were pleased before completion. Highly recommend this company for any job, big or small.

I had been having some AC issues which required a few visits to repair my unit and each time, the team that arrived were professional, courteous and kept me informed about what the issue may be - and some things to look for if I were to encounter the same issues again. The employees were great about giving me an accurate time frame of when they would be here so that I could coordinate it with my job and family. That is greatly appreciated as some companies will have you waiting all day.Great experience with Cassidy’s and I recommend them for any AC issues you may encounter.

Michael showed up on time. He was very professional and so nice. He got right to the issue and fixed everything in a timely manner. He left everything clean as well. My kids usually cry when we have strangers in our home making any kind of service call stressful for me, but they must of detected he was a good person because no one cried and everything went smooth. Definitely would recommend and use them again.

We have Home Serve and experienced a water main line leak. Home Serve scheduled Cassidys to come out. The tech was headed our way but got detoured by thunderstorms. He called and said I would be 1st on list the next day. The next day the tech Phillip called and said he was on his way and gave me time of arrival. He showed up exactly when he said. They did the repair and leveled out yard and roped it off for a few days to see if any settling occurs. We are very pleased with the work and professionalism.

Phillip Michie was assigned the job and he was very, very professional. He displayed a people person attitude. My drain system for my toilets and showers were really backed up. Phillip kept working and resolved the situation and explained in details what was going on. When I scheduled Cassidy Plumbing to come, someone else was assigned to come and service me, but they did not call to say they would be late or to reschedule. Phillip was assigned to do what the original person was to do. He and I scheduled a specific time to come. Phillip arrived on time and contacted me that he was on the premises. He is an asset to this company.

Is there a 6-star rating? This team was professional, courteous, and they seemed to genuinely enjoy the work that they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves and called out a few things that we werent aware of in the process, and checked on a few concerns that we had. The pricing was good, and they even gave us a few extra quotes for some future projects.We were having troubles finding someone to look at our ductwork having called other companies in the area and being told various things (another company tried to give us a quote without seeing the space or what needed to be done). Meanwhile, my parents house was also, having issues with there duct work and found these gentleman first.They came out to my parents house after being given a quote from another company for several thousand more and provided a much more reasonable quote and they completed the work needed there a few days later. My mom directed them to us, and they came the same day to look at our ductwork as well. After providing us a quote they started the next Monday, replacing our ductwork and installing new insulation in our attic.It really didnt matter if they were covered in dirt, mud or whatever else is under a house, or profusely pouring sweat after working several hours in our attic, these guys seemed to enjoy there work a great deal.So, will we hire these guys again, you bet your sweet canned corn we will. Would we recommend them to others, does your grandmother carry candy in her purse(the answer is yes, yes and oh hello yes)!

Quickly responded to my request submitted through Home Advisor. Scheduled my estimate for the next day, then replaced my water heater the day after that. The crew that came to do the work was over prepared if anything, and completed the work to my satishfaction in just a few hours. The only thing they forgot was to put the water meter cover back in place.

Put in a service call to Home Serve for AC repair on Sunday evening. Nick from Cassidy’s responded Monday and resolved the problem within an hour. This was during an extreme heat wave and we were very happy we didn’t have to wait days for service. Nick was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. Would definitely use this company again.

My insurance, Home Serve, picked Cassidy’s Plumbing to handle a water leak in our front yard. Nate arrived on time, started digging and found a broken water pipe quickly and efficiently. He had to dig almost three feet of mud to find the crack, fixed it, and put all the soil back in place. So thankful for the fast service.

Cassidys was a great. Corey showed up on time and with the knowledge to fix the clog in my upstairs main drain that other companies in the area could not fix. He was on time, honest, and the overall repair cost less than quoted by other local plumbing companies (Almost $200 less!). I will definitely be using Cassidy for any of my other plumbing needs from now on, and will recommend them to my friends!

My AC is an older unit and the part they needed was not manufactured anymore. They kept me updated and took the time to source a universal part that worked like a charm.
