We had a great experience with Action Plumbing and Heating. Phone calls are immediately answered. The staff were all upbeat and friendly. We had Dave to replace a water heater recently. He was very professional, knowledgeable and what a great personality! Dave gave a thorough explanation on what needed to be done and instructions upon completion of the job. You can tell Dave loves his job and was very experienced in his field. What a great asset he is to Action Plumbing and Heating.

If I could give Action more stars, I would. Two other places said it would be months to replace the leaking water tank in our home. After callingthe old Sears in Claremont, Walter told me there was a plumber in Newport who was a good guy. Walter call Jason. Jason called me. He recommended what would be best for us, knowing what our budget was and the size of our family. Dave, the plumber that installed the new tank and took the old one away, was friendly and professional. He took care to get the air out of the line and tended to the faucet - he fixed the kink in the hose under the sink. No extra charge. He explained where and how to change the temperature and answered my questions.Within 3 days of first speaking with Jason, we had a new water heater and it’s fantastic.Dave arrived when expected and the fee was exactly what they had quoted me. I highly recommend Action Plumbing Heating and Air.

Action Plumbing and Heating replaced a furnace/water heater system for us in December of 2024. The communication was incredible, from making the initial appointment and choosing an option all the way through the install process. The team that came to do the work was SO kind, friendly, helpful and efficient. They removed and replaced the entire system in less than 2 days. The basement was actually cleaner after they left!! The system they installed is a dream, and has already made such a positive impact on heating our home. I dont leave reviews often, so I truly needed to recommend this company to anyone looking for a well priced system and amazing company.

I’m incredibly grateful to have found Action Plumbing & Heating. I had a challenging oil tank replacement project in a 1900s building with a narrow 48x30 bulkhead door. It was a daunting, labor-intensive job, but Action P&H handled it flawlessly! They excavated the area in front of the door, removed a 1x4 foot block, the bulkhead door, and worked tirelessly to maneuver the new oil tank inside. They transferred the oil from the old tank to the new one, then worked just as hard to remove the old tank. Afterward, they meticulously restored the door, block, and dirt back to their original condition.They truly went above and beyond! If you’re looking for exceptional work and top-notch service, I highly recommend Action Plumbing & Heating!

I called Action Plumbing Heating and Air LLC on a Tuesday afternoon for a non- emergency plumbing job. I spoke to a very nice professional woman named Loretta who arranged for Mike to be at my house the very next morning. Mike came right on time and got to work right away. Mike quoted all the work including labor to be $800 - $1000 which I thought was fair and responsible. Dave came the next morning with a beautiful new faucet and everything else needed to bring the plumbing up to code. Mike and Dave were both hard workers,very professional, and courteous of my home.They were great about explaining the work that needed to be done. My total bill was on the low end of the quote under $900 which with the amount of work that was done I was completely satisfied. I will be calling this company again soon to have my furnace cleaned and my hot water tank serviced. Im very glad I chose Action Plumbing & Heating I highly recommend that YOU do too. 🪠😀

I had a very good experience with Action Plumbing and Dave the plumber this week. My water heater started leaking on Sunday and needed to be replaced. After some investigation I decided to go with a Rheem Heat Pump water heater to cut down on electricity costs. I ordered it on Monday and it arrived on Tuesday.The Rheem web site listed Action Plumbing as a Rheem installer in my area. From the first call, the Action staff was friendly and helpful. They scheduled the install for Wednesday.Dave showed up right on time with a smile and a good attitude. He demonstrated his skill as a plumber, and his knowledge of the Rheem water heaters throughout the install. He had a few issues with a persistent error code when the unit was first turned on, as well a few leaks that were not his fault, but he was able to work through these issues. He gave me a sufficient briefing on the product control screens so that I could deal with it in the future. And he hauled away the old water heater, all the new packing materials, and cleaned up the work area before departing.All in all, I was quite impressed with Dave and the Action Plumbing experience.

Ethan called 20 minutes prior to arrival. (Very professional) He was on time, the job was in a very dirty, cobweb infested basement. I apologized for the working conditions and he told me not to worry about. He did exactly what I wanted. The job was timely, efficient and clean.As the owner of a real estate development company, finding great contractors is almost impossible. I will definitely use Action again and highly recommend

We had an unexpected plumbing issue with our sewer system, after calling our local contractor he advised calling a plumber with a snake & camera. After calling 2 local plumbers, who were to busy with installations and could get to us in a week or so.Luckily on my 3rd try, I was able to get Action Plumbing Heating and Air who has both installations and service personnel available & was able to come the same DAY !!!Ethan came with all tools needed to complete the job at hand, he went about with the camera and showed us the clog/stoppage. He explained in detail his findings and his steps to resolve the problem. As we watched, Ethan went above and beyond our expectations on clearing the clog, with multiple passes followed up with another camera inspection. He also put back basement toilet we took off trying to clear the clog on our own.ACTION PLUMBING HEATING AND AIR will now be my go to for all my plumbing issues as their actions and Ethan’s dedication, showed me they are the contractor I want & need. I highly recommend them !!!
