He evaluated the issues and discussed with me my options. Mike was nothing short of fabulous from start to finish. I can now rest easy not worrying about water leaks. Running water is way overrated until it stops… a story with a happy ending! 👍A few days before Christmas my water system died. The water line from the well failed big time… Nice timing 🤔I called Anderson and they had a technician at my house in a few hours. Given some realistic options they made a realistic proposal.The well pump was over 25 years old and several other components were well below standards. Upgrades and new parts were the plan. It’s fun to watch master craftsmen at work!The technicians were professional and did a great job. Came in to flush the water heater pointed out valid issues and concerns. Came up with like 6 option for me to choose from. I went with just replacing the water heater was best idea in the long run.. they said okay had everything they needed said possibly 4-5h at most was done in 2h. Drew & Hayden were the techs that came and they were awesome! After searching through many different companies and hundreds of reviews I decided to go with Anderson for my home plumbing issues. I wanted to deal with a local company and Anderson priority Service for the bill. They were great with communication, punctuality, and overall personality. Drew seemed to be very knowledgeable in his craft and was able to explain everything to me so I could understand and relay to my family later. Ive never had to call a plumber out for services in the past but if needed in the future I hope to be able to call them again and would recommend 100% hands down. Everytime Ive called Anderson Plumbing theyve exceeded my expectations! I had a leaky toilet and continued to back-up and not flush properly. With the way the Plumbing pipes were installed improperly to keep cost down, we decided to go with a new toilet. As of several times its working perfectly. I highly recommend Anderson plumbing! They will go over and explain what is wrong, plus given you options on how it should be repaired to fixed the problem. I plan on changing out my second bathroom to upgrade the toilet. Thank you to Drew and Omar, they were totally gentlemen. Plus they worn shoe covers to protect the floors!

Late update from 7 August 2024: Needed to get our drain pipes cleaned out due to rease/debris in the pipes - the house is about 20 years old but the last people who lived here drained grease and all kinds of stuff down the drains. So we had build up causing slow drainage and back up. Devin used a camera to visually slow us and verify that was the problem. Then he snaked the pipes and cleaned the interior of them out all the way to the cities connection point. The clogging in the pipes and slow drainage had been fixed finally. APS has great service and very knowledgeable plumbers. I will definately get Devin back out here to install a RO system, a few faucets and replace some piping in the house soon.Original visit: 2 toilet replacements, water spicket and struder vent: Very knowledgeable and personable service(Devin). The service was amazing, done perfectly, clean and precise. Happy to have had the work done. Going to use them for any future plumbing jobs.

They are wonderful! The bathtub fixtures in both bathrooms wouldnt work and toilet had issues with flushing. The young man showed up around 9 in the morning and worked until 8:30 pm, straight through to make sure everything was done and done correctly. Highly recommended!

I had washing machine valves that were stuck due to mineral deposits. Drew gave me the option to try to break them loose or put in new valves all together. He was able to get the valves unstuck saving me a bunch of money. Drew was very professional and friendly. I have used Anderson Priority Service for several of my plumbing needs throughout the past several years and have been very happy with the outcomes.

Drew and Hayden recently replaced our tankless water heater which stopped working after 18 years. The first green flag was the customer service on the phone; Ben (?) was extremely courteous, prompt, and professional over the phone. The next green flag was our consultation with Drew and Hayden, who provided us an honest and reasonable quote with no open-ended additional fees or hidden costs. Drew’s expertise as a certified Rinnai specialist was evident in his diagnosis, explanation, and proposed solutions for our water heater. Both Drew and Hayden were extremely respectful and professional during the consultation and replacement process with a quick turnaround time for installing the new unit. In the end, they were even able to complete the replacement for under the estimated quote because of their ability to salvage components from our old system. Overall, we are happy to call ourselves new loyal customers of APS!

This is not my first experience with Anderson plumbing. They were great! Showed up on time, saw the issues, gave a quote for fixing the problem and a quote, ensuring the problem wouldnt happen again. Our second floor hot water heater decided to fail after 6 years. Water was all over the floor and started dripping from a cieling speaker in the downstairs living room. Instead of putting it back upstairs, since this was the 4th leaking issue we have had with it, we had it re-routed to the garage. Our technicians Joe and Mike were very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to get an electrician out the same day also to ensue we had hot water that night. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in plumbing need. Also a shout out to Ben, who called to setup appointments, check on their services, and call to ensure everything was still working fine after a few days. Keep up the good work!

Claiming that someone didnt have hot water and that was more important. The whole reason we called was we didnt have hot water.Updated to 4 stars. You can tell a lot about how someone responds.

I noticed when I got home Wednesday night from work that my hot water heater had gone out. I called Anderson plumbing Thursday morning and they were able to send out a technician that morning by nine o’clock. The technician, Kevin, was very informative on the issues on the current problems with my hot water heater. My hot water heater was twenty years old and needed to be replaced. Kevin was very thorough on what he was going to do before and after installing the new hot water heater. I couldn’t have been more pleased and impressed with Kevin’s professionalism, workmanship and kindness! I would highly recommend Anderson plumbing services to anyone in the community!

These guys are wonderful! To date they have fixed clogged sinks, stopped leaky toilets and have completely replaced our gray water line! All with a kind smile and care, I feel comfortable having them in my home. This team cares about its customers and ensures their plumbing needs are met.They are clean! From their smallest to their biggest job they clean up after themselves very well. And remember I said they replaced my gray water line which is literally the ickiest water line in/under the house. I didnt have to clean up a thing, no trash left in the yard, no pipe pieces, nothing. Which was amazing since I have puppers I have to worry about and I dont want them getting hurt. Which has been an issue with other repair companies in the past, theyd leave all kinds of crap after the job was officially done. Not Anderson, they go above and beyond.

As all the other reviews say, VERY professional. Kevin was very informative about my issues and got the work done very quickly. He even wore shoe coverings before entering my home. He was very courteous to my very curious 3 yr old daughter. He answered her questions when he had time to answer. He also did a quick inspection of all other plumbing fixtures to make sure we didnt have any other issues to address before leaving. The pricing was much more acceptable than the other places I called. Military and membership discounts took alot off the price too. Glad to be a member and I hope to continue working with Anderson as my home ages.EDIT: I couldnt figure out how to leave a second review. So heres the review of my recent service: This time was Devin. He did a great job and very speedy for replacing a water heater. He was very informative with telling us how to maintain our new unit. Last week, when I came home from working an overnight shift, I was greeted in my driveway with a torrent of water coming out of my garage. upon opening it, I discovered that my water heater had started leaking overnight. I called Anderson Plumbing as I had used them before for work at my home and was very satisfied with their work.Initially they gave me a 12-5 wait slot, but called me and stated they could have a technician at my house about 11 am as he had finished a job early.Kevin was the plumber that showed up to assess the situation and upon taking apart the water heater that he needed to replace, found multiple code violations and essentially an illegal install by a previous company in 2019.Kevin was at my house from 11 am until 9:30 at night to completely install a water heater from the ground up that was up to code and fully functional. This young man never took a break until this job was done.Based on his phone calls to his office (on speaker phone) during which he spoke to who I believe was the owner of the company, the owner was absolutely outraged at the photos Kevin was sending him, stating at one point that **they could have gotten this woman killed** with the way this water heater was installed, which happens to be located directly under my master bedroom.They have also gone ahead and filed a complaint with the state board about the company that did the install in 2019 as there were many code violations.Kevin, the plumber that came out and did this stellar repair was personable, kind, patient with answering my many questions and never became impatient with me for asking what were possibly to him, my dumb questions as this was something I had never experienced before.The level of professionalism and care they show for their clients is something that isn’t seen often. Anderson Plumbing is my plumber for life for their great work ethic, professional and personable service and for guys like Kevin that feel a sense of responsibility to their clients to do a job correctly and safely.

Anderson Plumbing & Sewer installed a beautiful tankless water heater for me last year so of course I called them when I needed an outside spigot replaced. When my technician, Andrew, went into the crawlspace, he discovered a huge leak under my bathtub that I was unaware of. He took pictures and was so patient explaining everything to me and didnt pressure me in the least while I mulled over the repair options he offered. Also, he discovered that the valve that turns the water off at my water meter was broken and encouraged me to call the city of Havelock to notify them and I did, immediately. In fact, the city sent someone out right then and they were actively repairing the water meter when Andrew was all finished and driving away. It’s not very often you find a plumbing company like Anderson Plumbing and Sewer. I have absolutely found the gem of all gems. One of the residential buildings we manage had a pipe bust and left some residents without water. I called Anderson Plumbing the very next day expecting to be told it will be days before someone could come out. We just had freezing temperatures and my fear was limited availability. I was wrong! Teresa was able to get me in touch with Ben who politely listened to what we needed, explained the process since we were a new customer, and scheduled us an appointment with Beau the very next day. Rusty and his crew have been excellent working to fix the issues another plumbing company completely botched. They recommended I do a formal complaint with the state because if they other plumbing company was found liable, then they would have to fix it at no charge to me. Rusty said he would have no problems fixing it all but that the state couldnt force the other plumber to cover their cost. He made sure everything was completely clear and has worked with me through this past year to try and get the issue resolved. Initially, I was going to let the other company redo the work because it was extensive, but after reading their rebuttal to my complaint with the state, it became very clear that they could not be trusted to be professional and complete the job without some kind of retaliatory measure. I let Rusty know that I would not let that other company back on my property, and he got his guys to come out and get measurements to work up the estimate. In the end, I know this company will do everything by the book, and I will no longer have to deal with a plumbing issue that the other company failed to rectify for myself and the previous owners.

I cannot overstate how impressed I was by the experience I recently had with Anderson Plumbing. I had a water heater installed by Lowe’s (incorrectly as it turned out) which was beyond repair and needed replacement on short notice. After reaching out to several local plumbers, I contacted Anderson and spoke to Ben who, after politely listening to my predicament, scheduled a visit to our home within an hour. As promised by Ben, two uniformed plumbers, Beau and Jack arrived, quickly and professionally evaluated our failed unit and quickly provided a detailed and reasonable quote for a replacement water heater which they had in their truck. During the removal of the old unit and replacement of the new, Beau and Jack explained in detail what Lowe’s had failed to do correctly, specifically include an auxiliary compression tank and stand, both of which are required by NC code. Within a few hours, the old tank was removed, a new 50 gallon tank was installed (with stand and auxiliary tank), and the work was immaculately cleaned up. Additionally, my wife and I received a welcome crash course in water heater preventive maintenance and operation.A heartfelt and enthusiastic Thank You to Ben, Beau, and Jack and to Anderson Plumbing! Well done.

Our Tech was Kevin. He was most professional as was every staff member at Anderson Plumbing and Sewer that I interacted with. Ben and I worked out an appointment time and Kevin arrived as scheduled. After checking the complete house system he gave us feedback on the potential leak, he found none. We determined that the high water usage was due to a toilet that was left running for a considerable length of time. He did an adjustment on that tanks parts to keep the handle from hanging up. We discussed the aging water heater and advantages for updating which we were already considering. We decided to go with the replacement water heater, he removed the old one and installed a new more efficient one. After he was finished he cleaned up his work area and answered all our questions. He even showed me how to do the master cut off at the meter.They are a number 10 out of 10 for us.

I highly recommend using Anderson! From scheduling an appointment to getting an estimate to complete the tasks, I was very impressed and pleased with the whole experience. Our technician, Beau, did an excellent job with an outdoor faucet and the pressure regulator valve. He was punctual and professional throughout the entire experience. Not only did he provide quality workmanship, but he completed both tasks within a reasonable timeframe (less than 2-3 hours). He was patient when explaining and showing what work he finished, but also the location of the main water valve and which position it needed to be to confirm it was off.Additionally, he saved me money when I signed up for their membership. I was hesitant at first, but he kindly explained it several times because I didnt quite grasp the benefits. I saved money on the services he provided this visit, plus I have discounts for future services. While I dont usually have plumbing problems, knowing they will come out on the weekends or after-hours for an emergency is comforting. On a side note, it has been more than three weeks since my service, and both the outdoor water faucet and pressure regulator valve have held up nicely. Our water pressure inside is so much better! (Before the replacement, our pressure inside was very dismal despite replacing all of our showers and sink faucets and living near the water companys mainline).

Since Google doesn’t allow two ratings of the same company I’m updating my original with the service I just received. Unfortunately I had a tremendous amount of water flooding my crawl space of my home and eventually had standing water in my back yard. Anderson Plumbing sent me a technician right away. Mike P (the technician) is highly skilled and totally professional. He found the leak which was underground. He described the work that had to be done and the pricing associated upfront. He did a professional job repairing the broken underground pipe. He also installed an easier reachable shutoff valve allowing me to stop the water coming into the house for future issues. He also fixed the 2 way cleanout and set it to the proper level above ground. Once finished he backfilled and cleaned the area and disposed of all piping that had to be replaced or repaired. My wife and I enjoyed talking to him while he performed the maintenance on our home. We were happy with all the repairs performed and the level of service and professionalism displayed by Mike. This was our 2nd time using Anderson Plumbing & Sewer. They have proven to be the company that meets our needs whenever plumbing emergencies arise.(First Review) I had two toilets installed today by Anderson Pluming & Sewer.
