Mike Bolser is super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I just had my first annual maintenance check with my monthly customer membership. He drained the lines of my hot water heater, serviced the unit, and confirmed everything was in great shape. Absolutely ZERO charge for his work due to the $14.95 monthly membership which I highly recommend if you’re a believer in regular maintenance for expensive equipment. Thank you Mike!

Everyone I’ve worked with at Jolly has been so amazingly helpful! We’ve had some miserable water problems with incredibly bad timing this winter: the water started acting up early in the morning on Christmas Eve, and after dealing with the city water works, we learned the problem was on our end and we needed a plumber. After talking with our usual neighborhood plumber and another recommended plumber who couldn’t help, I looked for another plumber through social media reviews and found Jolly. I couldn’t be happier with their speed of service and professionalism! Ben came out the same day I called, and he explained everything super clearly, giving two fair estimates and letting us know how and why the higher number might happen. We were prepared to go without water all weekend, but then Jolly called back that same afternoon with a crew that could come in on Saturday. When the city randomly turned off our water a few days later (and claimed they didn’t when we called), Shelby came out within the hour, let us know what was up, and helped us sort things out. Jolly really went above and beyond for us, and I’m so grateful. I’ll be happy to work with Jolly again in the future!

After being a client for years of a well known competitor in the area canceled an appointment on Christmas Eve for very clogged drain we called Jolly. Shelby and Blake arrived just a couple hours later and worked aggressively for 4 hours to clear the drain without success. We scheduled for them to come back the day after Christmas in which they worked another 4 hours.. drain totally cleared and pipes under the sink and into the basement replaced! This is not an expense we expected around the holidays, but considering 8 hours of labor and all of the materials it was worth every dollar. Shelby and Blake were both knowledgeable and experienced, along with professional and friendly. We will request Shelby and Blake anytime we have needs in the future and refer them to our friends!

Mike was the third technician from Jolly to visit us in a short two-week period, for three different reasons. This time it was because our nearly 25-year old heater died! Mike was dispatched ASAP and quickly assessed the problem, provided our replacement options and then quickly went to purchase a replacement water heater and had the old one out and the new one in in short order. We were out of hot water in the morning and had it back by mid- afternoon! Mike was very respectful and protective of our property. His 30 Years of Plumbing knowledge came through as he explained what was needed and helped us understand our options. He also helped us as best he could with keeping the cost as low as possible when looking for our replacement heater. We were very happy with the whole process from the initial call to the point when we had hot water again!

She did a great job of reviewing the issue and presenting a few different solutions. I am new to the area and wasnt sure who to reach out to. I feel like I made a good decision to work with the Jolly team.

Pretty routine service for our Technician Drew. Something he and others in his field see all the time. Flip the perspective to that of the homeowner, me in this case. For us it was a nightmare. A terrible inconvenience in a long line of recent inconveniences at about the worst time you could imagine. Our Tech Drew came in calm, confident, respectful and knowledgeable about his trade. He was able to immediately put our minds at ease establishing a line of trust in the beginning. We were confident in turning the issue over to Drew and letting him do his thing. He is funny and charismatic which distracted from the central issue. Sure enough he was able to remove or break up the blockage getting our large and growing family back on track. The whole process was as good as it could have been thanks to Drew and the Jolly Team top to bottom.

Shelby and Tony were both great. I had a water filter that started leaking, and put out around 25 gallons in 7 hours. Called Jolly and Shelby and Tony came out when they were able. They were straight up with me, honest, and gave me a few options while explaining thoroughly why one was better than the other. The price was fair for the labor involved. They had all of the parts ready, and had my water back on in a quickness.

Jolly helped me when I had a plumbing scare this past summer. They were out quick and relieved my worries at very little cost. The technician told me about their Home Plan and honestly, I wasn’t super interested. But I saved big time versus what I thought I was going to pay, plus I spend 15 bucks every other day on something worthless, so why not try this out for a little? I want to reiterate that the technician was not pushy at all. Just told me about it and answered the few questions I had.Well I just had the tech come out for my annual heating and cooling system check. The thoroughness of it all impressed me. The technician was super professional, as always, and the photos he took from inside my system were just cool to see. He took measurements of voltage and whatever else inside and on the outside unit and included pictures of those as well. This combined with the general benefits of the membership, I see no reason to cancel any time soon. Thanks for being awesome y’all

We had a main drain completely clogged in our basement. I tried to unclog it with a 25’ snake but could not get it to budge. Tye came out on Christmas Eve and had our drain completely open and cleaned up in a very short time. Super nice guy and cleaned up before leaving. Definitely would have Tye come back for any plumbing problems.

Tyler and Tony did a great job. Our water heater went out on Sunday and they got out Monday morning, replaced the heater and installed a new pressure regulator and water shut off valve. I’ve had them out to do work twice now. Both times the entire experience and quality of work has been very good. They are, however, expensive but maybe that’s just the way things are these days.

Regarding HOT WATER HEATER replacement. I would rate higher, however; the price I felt was on the high side. The customer service, as everyone seems to have mentioned is easily 6 out of 5 stars. Knowledgeable and very friendly plumber/service man who explained everything to me, including options, in depth. Thanks Cole. Pricing was also upfront and financing options available. The woman who answered the phone was super helpful, friendly, and professional. You can easily see that this company truly does value their customers. Jolly was great to work with and did an excellent job repairing my toilet. The only reason I dont give them 5 stars is they are expensive. I called their office after 8 pm and someone still answered and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. They confirmed the appointment with a text message and the plumber called me the next day to finalize a time. What I also liked is that they sent a text message the day of confirming that the plumber was on the way along with his picture and even a list of things he liked to do in his spare time. You not only knew who was coming but something about them which further personalizes them. They provided a quote prior to the work and then successfully completed the repair. Again, professional and quality work but somewhat on the expensive side.

I was dealing with an electrical issue that affected how efficiently he could do his job, not only was he patient with me, he even referred me to a great electrician who also fixed my problem. Chase just left after a full plumbing inspection (I passed on the included Sewer Scope as our home is only 6yrs old. He was also wonderfully nice & professional! Thanx Jolly!!! Ive found that most of the time, you get what you pay for.Today, the poop hit the fan at a property, and our short-term renters are in a bind, which means so are we. Being 2,431 miles away from the property didnt exactly make our issues easier to solve.We needed the job done, and we needed it done right.No creeps, no slobs, no weirdos.So we called Jolly.Id rate my experience with Jolly today a 9.5/10, and get this:They didnt fix my issue.But heres what they did do:They communicated very well with us over the phone.They sent us a picture, profile, and time estimate of their service provider.They answered the phone and they made calls.*The only reason I did not score this a perfect 10 is because there was a small error in the phone calling process. No biggie though.Im a customer service guy. I love it. It means a lot to me.So here was my experience with Zac, the technician who came to my property:It felt like he genuinely wanted to help me.He actively listened and understood our issues.He took the extra time to try and problem-solve the type of fixes that take under a minute. This was really meaningful to me.In truth, there was a good chance my issue was going to be misdiagnosed, which would have cost me a large amount of money for a solution that wasnt the real issue. It wasnt from a lack of competency; its just because the proposed solution seemed like an obvious answer.A great company is only as great as its people.Zac from Jolly was great.He listened patiently to me over the phone as I explained why I thought my issue might be something else. His willingness to spend an extra minute investigating led to a proper diagnosis of my water source.That said, Zac also very clearly and quickly explained to me that the type of work I need done is not provided by Jolly. He was empathetic and also optimistic.I wish Jolly had a division for weird outdated exterior plumbing stuff. But great companies become great because they stay laser-focused on their niche and pass the baton on everything else. This post is being updated on 12/19/23 because Jolly’s Plumbing has just been to my house this morning to fix a problem caused by landlord’s contractor. I would highly recommend Shawn as a plumber at Jolly Plumbing. Victor has been to my house three times, once for air conditioner maintenance check and once for furnace maintenance check. And the third time was for repair. I don’t want anyone else working on my systems. I had several other companies come out previously. They all told me that the furnace was always going to be loud and not I could do. Victor came out, on time, professional and when he was done my furnace was so much quieter! And, in a few more weeks I will be able to tell if it also more energy efficient- it seems to not use as much gas as before. SO HAPPY with Victor and JOLLY PLUMBING!!!! Just had Victor out to my place because my furnace wasn’t working. He is great! Super! He was so concerned that I had been without heat. I won’t go anywhere else. We thought were in need of a new HVAC system, so we reached out to Jolly Plumbing for help. Andy came out and diagnosed our problem, and was very knowledgeable as he shared different repair options. We decided to get an estimate on a whole new system since ours was 31 years old. Danny had an opening in his schedule that very afternoon, and came right out to gather information, measurements, and discussed the systems they offer for install. I called Danny back a few times with questions, and he always took my call, was very professional, and answered all my technological, nerdy questions. We took a couple days to think it over, get a couple other estimates, and decided to accept Jolly’s bid for install of a Daikin Fit Inverter HVAC system. We took their next install date, and in one day, Jake and Logan had our old HVAC system out and the new one in. Jake and Logan were clean, courteous, and worked well together. They explained things as they worked throughout the day, and Logan did a great job setting up and explaining the smart thermostat and phone app. It’s in the high 80’s and humid here today, and we are once again cool and comfortable in our home. We couldn’t be happier!!

I had my laundry room drain back up Friday late. I called Jolly at 630pm and they had Don out to me at 730am Saturday morning. Wow who does that!!! Jolly does. Don was very nice and worked for hours unclogging my drain. He worked his butt off. I highly recommend Don and Jolly plumbing. George

Jolly was the first result on my google search for plumbers, and I’m glad they were because they were fantastic. They were able to come out just an hour or 2 after I called, which for a non-emergency situation I was very surprised and happy about. Zack and Aaron were both great, they answered my questions and listened to my concerns and ran through a couple possible scenarios with me. They were both very upfront and honest about what was needed done and level of urgency, and I never felt pressured to use their services then. When they were starting to work they walked me through what they were going to do and why, and what the process would look like. Afterwards they made sure to clean up any residual mess from the work and left the area cleaner than they found it. As well after they were done I asked about another possible issue in a completely separate room and they took a look and gave me their thoughts about what the issue was and potential fixes along with possible costs. They were both very nice and friendly and I would definitely be happy to have either one of them come out again (although of course I hope I don’t have to except for their routine checks with the Home Plan). I would highly recommend Jolly and specifically Zack and Aaron for any issues

Everything from my first call to the very end. These people really know how to treat a customer. I had called around 5 or 6 pm. They could not fit me in until next morning first time. Shortly after that I received a callback they could send a tech out shortly. Fantastic since I had no water. Chris arrived right on time. Very personable and knowledgeable. He made sure I was taken care of. He did a beautiful job on my water lines and faucet. Explained what he was doing along the way. I think Ill adopt him. LOL! By far the best value home plan in town!The sewer inspection was incredibly thorough and the inspector, Erich was very helpful and knowledgeable- I asked a million questions and he patiently answered each and every one to my satisfaction. He even offered to come back and scope my toilets because I was limited on time that day!I also had a plumbing inspection with Shawn, who was similarly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! He was able to quickly increase my water pressure, point out some minor problems, and get me some quotes for some additional repairs and improvements I wanted done.Great company! Every employee has been wonderful- even the scheduling coordinator has been easy to work with!
