Our condo association experienced a significant back-up in our sanitary system. I called Guaranteed Rooter Service. Answering service picked up the call and said Id hear back from them. Jake from GSR called back within 10 minutes and was very helpful. When Jake arrived he diagnosed the issue almost immediately. To clear the issue required that we attempt to have neighbors relocate the cars parked on the street. Jake assisted me in trying to make this happen - and was very polite to our neighbors. Jake then walked me through exactly what happened and what the association needs to do to prevent the issue from re-occurring. Jake was first class. Based on his customer focus I actually thought he was the owner until he told me he was not. He did tell me he and the owner of his company are fire fighters - so high character people to begin with. I highly recommend GSR.

We have used Guaranteed Rooter for several of the properties we manage, they are always responsive and professional and fix the problem. Nate is friendly, fast and efficient every time!
