What a great experience! They quoted me a fair price and installed the new water heater the same day I called. The plumbers were very efficient. They installed the water heater and removed the old one in just one hour! Highly recommend Espenscheid Plumbing.

Fred and Josh were a huge help to my family when our 23 year old hot water heater went out and began leaking. We were looking for a company to replace, and not service, the hot water heater. We are the original owners of the home and knew it was time for a new one from all the symptoms.The hot water heater went out on a Wednesday afternoon. I called Fred Thursday morning and he had Josh load a new water heater (which they stock) in his service van. Josh was at our home by 10:30am. He was very professional and worked very efficiently. Josh was patient with our questions. He installed a shut off valve to the hot water heater for us as we requested. Our builder did not install one.Josh also replaced a straight section of flue and one flue elbow for us that were rusted.I would highly recommend Freds company for all your plumbing needs!!

The have changed the sum pump, battery and I’ve no complaints with services, personnel are friendly and easy to work with and job provided.The only feedback is we are in 2024 and all payments should be electronically, there’s a lot of ways to make the payment.

Without a doubt the best plumbing company l have ever dealt with. I was a first time customer referred to by a friend who was a long time customer. I left a message on Sunday that l had a broken outside faucet and was leaving for vacation on Tuesday. They got back to me at 7:45 Monday morning and were there at 8:30. They did a fantastic job replacing the faucet and were finished by 9:45. I agree with all the other reviews. They are prompt, efficient friendly, honest and really good. Prices are more than fair and very reasonable. I will be using them from now on.

My water heater rusted out and I awoke to a cold shower. I called and Fred answered at 7:30am. Not a answering machine, he himself answered. Asked me how he could help. I told him my water heater went out. He said he put top priority on water heaters cause he knew how not having hot water was an inconvenience. Asked me what size tank I needed and would be out in a little while. Within 2 hours they arrived and had the old one out and new one installed. Couldnt been more appreciative of their professional manner and quick response. Just amazed that they were so fast, professional friendly and affordable.

Called Fred at 8 in the morning. He sent Mike within 30 min. Mike fixed the problem in about hour and a half. The price was very reasonable considering the other price we were quoted from another plumbing company. Fred called me about an hour later to check if everything was okay. He was so nice. He also said if any more problems with anything to let him know. What great service at this time in our world where everything else is out of control and over priced.

Chose Espenscheid to install a new kitchen faucet based on good Google reviews and proximity to my home. I called around 1:00 pm and they had a fellow here by 2:30 pm. He was polite and efficient, and took great pains to clean up after himself. While he was under the sink he checked and tightened all the drain pipe connections, and then tested both sinks, the dishwasher, and the disposer to ensure that all water was going where it was supposed to go. All totaled, he was here for only about 40 minutes. When I tried to pay him, he didnt have an invoice for me, and said that Id receive a bill (from a company that had never dealt with me before!) The bill came in two days, and was just what I expected. Very satisfied with this company!

Fred is amazing--he came out and helped me immediately, same day, and assessed the situation. He had his guy there the next morning, and Mike took care of the problem within 90 minutes with minimal damage to the wall where the leaky pipe was found. Prices are great and the service was excellent. Will definitely use them again and again.

I love it when I find a good, honest, reasonable contractor who doesn’t exaggerate the problem at hand and ultimately stands behind their work! I have used them on my own home and have referred them already as well to a client who used them. Fred makes sure the job gets done and it gets done right. He sends someone as soon as he can. I will reiterate again, he is reasonable and fair priced, can’t beat that!

Had a tub leak on my second floor that was coming through to my first floor. Got one of the big plumbing companies in the area to the house first and got charged almost $100 for them to look at the leak and was quoted $1,350 for the repair (this was a weekday btw. Companies charge more for weekend repairs). I called Espenscheid instead and they came out the next day and did the repair for $356.44. You do the math. I will be using these guys for my future plumbing repairs for sure!
