We recently moved into a new home in Cedar Point, NC. After having our free water test, it showed that our homes water had a 7+ Cl and 251 particulate ppm. The bottled water dispenser we have came in at 0 Cl and 151 particulate ppm. After installing the Series 3 system and drinking RO dispenser, our home comes in at 0 Cl and ~70 ppm, and the RO comes in at 0 & 16 ppm. Amazingly, coffee isn’t bitter and tastes delicious! Better yet, my wife reports her hair feels healthier, just three days after having our system installed! The team was awesome, friendly, and it was installed all in about 2 1/2 hrs! We were really excited to get this system installed. It was doing great but after two weeks it has already stopped working and our water is back to smelling like full chlorine. We are still waiting on a call back and they never came back a week later like promised to retest our water. We hope our experience changes because the man who sold it to us was very nice and we were very excited to work with this company.... will update later.Update: we finally got the communication issues worked out and our system is working great. Our water is very clean and the hard water stains are finally gone!

We had the water purification and softener systems installed and instantly noticed a difference with water quality, especially in baths and showers. I first noticed a significant difference in the water quality when giving the kids a bath, as the water was much cleaner looking, feeling, and much clearer. The system is efficient and despite being told to add salt to the softener system, based on usage we should be good for another two months or so which was not what I was expecting. Overall, the quality difference was very noticeable. I do not recall the name of the tech who installed the system but he was professional, and finished quickly without any issues. Jared, the sales rep, was professional, very friendly and personable. I am very satisfied with the system and experience and recommend it to others

What a great company. Customer service and professionalism were top notch. They arrived early for the appointment and left the work areas clean and organized. Ran into some small issues with the install, but problem solved and took care of everything while onsite! Highly recommend.

My husband and I decided to get this water system, as we had been wanting one for a while. The man who sold us our system was very informative during his visit. The visit took much longer than expected, almost 4 hours, due to technical difficulties but we tried to be understanding for that. Since then, our experience has been okay with the company. When they installed our system, they did leave a huge mess outside from where they dug in our ground, tracked mud places, and did not put the landscaping back as they found it. They did offer to come back to clean it but my husband decided to do it himself. Our siding was also cracked in the process and they had someone out the next day to repair that and it looks brand new. We love our water system and so far are very pleased with how it is running. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend to friends and family.

Jeremy thoroughly tested our water for us. He explained every part of the process and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He was extremely helpful in explaining how beneficial a water system would be for our house. We have had the systems for a month now and the quality of our lives improved dramatically. He even came back to make sure we were happy and everything was working properly. My skin and hair feels so much better and now that we are expecting our first child, the cleanliness of our water matters so much more. It was an amazing investment in our health and wellbeing. I am very satisfied with my experience with water conditioner my hair has been more manageable skin softer and now using the water for drinking rather than buying water and I use less cleaning agents. the toilet shower and tub does not have the hard water rings anymore. Randy is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with . I would give him a gold star. those that installed the system were very professional and stayed on task.

We are very happy with our water system. The price is well worthy. Me and my growing family are enjoying potable water throughout the entire house few minutes within an installation of the system. The water taste amazing and me and my wife spend less on detergents when it comes to all around house chores like laundry, dish-washing and just general cleaning.

The initial visit with Jared was very informative about what is in our water. We were honestly in disbelief that we have been showering and drinking such terrible water! He was very nice and did a lot of demonstrations to show us what was in the water and also educated us on how that affects our bodies. My son has a seizure disorder so I didnt want anything in our water that could affect him negatively such as high chlorine (evidently we had more chlorine in our water than a swimming pool has!). We are so glad we went with getting the water system installed in our home. We especially love the water drinking station as well!

We were so excited to hear about this water system ! The guy came to our home and showed us how contaminated our water was so when it came time to sign up we had no hesitation. They came the next day to set up our drinking water system and the water is delicious ! Not too much longer after they came to set up our home system and we are so happy with the results !!!!

I remembered how my water had a funny odor, not a pleasant smell, now after having this water system put in Im no longer conscious about how it smells which makes it alot easier to drink more water throughout the day. Ive noticed right away after washing my hands, they no longer felt gritty after drying. My skin actually has a shine to it without adding additional lotion to soothe and moisturize the skin. I highly recommend this water system for everyone.

ECWQ did amazing work in our home. The tests were quick and also very eye opening. we had the water conditioner and reverse osmosis drinking system installed and saw the effects the same day. I no longer have to buy my dogs filtered water because it is finally safe for them to drink. Our water from home is the only water my husband and I will drink now. We have had this water filtration system for about a month. Already I have noticed a difference in my skin. My arms usually break out a lot due to how hard the water is on base. We moved out in town and my skin still felt dried out. Now that we have this my skin feels soft and my arms no longer have breakouts. We got the reverse osmosis system and my family loves it. They even made it so that it comes out of our fridge.

I love my new water. Before my installation, I had dry peeling skin after every shower. My hair was also dry and brittle.
