Chris and Ricky with DuPont installed a new dishwasher at our home. Our old dishwasher was not installed correctly before we bought the house and is located in a problematic space in relation to the sink drain line. The house is also 150+ years old and has some challenges related to its age and prior contractor work. Chris & Ricky were able to identify the issue, prescribe a solution, and execute the plan in a timely and professional manner. They made sure to explain each step they were taking and double/triple-check their work when finished. A+.

I just bought my first home and Tom Dupont & team came over to fix a variety of things around my house (water shutoff valves, new utility sink & drain in basement, replacing tub & sink drains in bathroom, etc.) and I couldnt be happier with the service and end result!! I will only trust Dupont to handle my future plumbing needs - price was reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a plumbing company

Could not be happier with DuPont. We lost hot water due to a pipe leak under slab. Tom was extremely knowledgeable with the situation going on and he came up with a plan to fix it. Communication was amazing, and every call was answered. They showed up when they said they would, and did what they said they would do.A+ for customer service and honesty, would recommend DuPont to anyone. It is hard to find reliable people, these guys know how to run a business.

Ryan and his crew removed tree roots from our drain pipes and replumbed a plumbing stack. The plumbing stack in our nearly 100 year old home was completely corroded and Ryan figured out an excellent way to replumb that stack without tearing up our basement floor at all.You couldnt ask for a more efficient, effective and responsible crew. The bill was very reasonable for all the work they did. We are completely satisfied and recommend DuPont Plumbing unconditionally.

We have used DuPont since we bought our house 22 years ago. They are always prompt, dependable and reasonably priced. The technicians are professional and wear masks when appropriate. We recently had a laundry list of things to do before we put our house on the market, and they took care of all the issues. Its a great feeling to know we have honest and dependable plumbers when we need them.

We were really happy with the service and the workmanship that was provided by DuPont. The ONLY reason they dont get 5 stars is because they would not call me and communicate with me. They would communicate with my wife because she was here while they were. She would tell them to call me, I would call the office and ask to be called back with updates and would never here back. But, at the end of the day, they fixed the problem for far less than the first quote we received. My wife only had good things to say about the workers and their behavior at our home. We will definitely use them if we ever have plumbing issues again.

We live in a old house that needed pipes replaced. The pipes were old and completely rusted with holes throughout the pipes. From the roof to the basement. We called DuPont. Ben and Jake were very professional, the price was very affordable for the work they had to do. If I could post 10 stars for this company, I would. Our main water valve broke off from the main line. These guys showed up like a squad of navy seals. They didnt waste time and went straight to the problem. Dupont came in and fixed the job. Ill be calling this company first for every future plumbing project. Well done Dupont plumbing!

It rained the day they came to work on our property and they took extra time to clean the mud off our driveway after they completed their work. Additionally, they stepped up to help resolve a customer service issue we had while coordinating with another vendor that was re-pouring concrete following completion of DuPonts work. Its the little things that make a huge difference. Would absolutely work with their team again!
