I used DBS to replace an outside hose bib. It was tricky because where the pipes entered the house, it was hidden behind drywall in a finished basement. They were able to locate the entry position and cut a small hole with my permission.The two technicians were prompt, professional, and polite and provided quality work. There ended up being a hole in the liner likely from nails being in the debris and Don promptly came back out and patched the liner for me. Very professional and respectful throughout everything. Great work! Heard about them on my neighborhood Facebook page. Called, got a quote over the phone for a replacement water heater since mine was old and started leaking (no pushy sales tactics at ALL). Just quoted me for the same system I had now. Gave me a quote that was $1500 less than Arlinghouse. Scheduled a visit for the next week. Came out and did the work in under 3 hours and left the place spotless. All you can ask for. Definitely recommend

Kyle was GREAT!!! He installed our garbage disposal for us! Pricing was exactly what I was quoted on the phone! He was pleasant to work with and did great even with my cat trying to help! From personal experience I can testify to their proactiveness and flexibility.I had a basement wall that was about to collapse and all the plumbing had to be removed from it. Lo and behold, their estimator cleared their schedule to come see what was going on and scheduled me in within the week.From the dispatcher in the office (who put up with me calling almost once a day for a week), to the crew who came out and installed a manual water shut off without me asking, (due to a street water main that is difficult to get to) it was a great experience.They are worth your money and consideration!

Im very happy with the service I get from DBS plumbing. This is the second time Ive used them. They get you scheduled quickly and keep you posted on the arrival time. This job requires another visit because of timing and Im sure the work will be done correctly. I really respect the way he treats his customers. DBS installed the entire plumbing system in a home I am remodeling… basement drain system (two stacks) including the “dirt/concrete work”, entire plumbing vent system, complete kitchen, three bathrooms, gas lines to furnace, stove, water heater, and dryer, and a couple exterior hose bibs… and I’m sure a couple little things I’ve not listed along the way. The best thing is… they do what they say they’re going to do, when they say they are going to do it! I don’t think a customer could ask for, or receive better service! The admin staff are “on point” with scheduling and taking care of any questions/concerns. Oh yeah, and the prices are competitive and reasonable. Called this company as a first time customer as soon as they opened on a Monday morning to unclog our kitchen sink line. Immediately was scheduled for an arrival window of 1:00pm - 3:00pm. Heard from the office around 2:00, saying their technician was going to be closer to 4:00 because of the current job he was on. At 5:00 I reached back out to get an ETA update and they were shocked to hear their technician wasn’t already at my house. After a few minutes received a call back saying Don - the Owner - would come out as soon as he was able to and wouldn’t charge me for the service call. He was here later than he thought and worked until my drain line was working again. Really tried to not charge me anything, and wouldn’t even tell me what this charge would have normally have been. I gave him the cash I had on me which wasn’t enough (I expected to pay via credit card or a check) for what it would have been.Although there was some delays and issues they weren’t aware of with their employee, they were great to me and my family and were committed to coming out even though it was late in the evening beyond traditional work hours. I never will be able say enough positive things about Don and DBS. If you need any plumbing work done and are like me and calling a new company from whom you’ve called before, DO NOT HESITATE!!! Great company who does whatever it takes to make their customers happy - no matter the time in some instances.Thank you to DBS for everything, can’t wait to have you guys back for additional needs we might have in the future!

They got me a quick appointment sorted everything out were very nice and professional every Hard working plumber they have sent to my house of disaster deserves a raise! I called in hysterics when I dropped my wedding ring down the shower drain. DBS sent a tech as quickly as possible. Kyle worked thoughtfully and carefully since we knew that, if my ring was in the trap below the tub, one wrong move could flip it even further down into the drain. He was amazing. He did a great job, saved my ring, was pleasant to work with, and the cost for the job was absolutely reasonable. My wife unfortunately dropped her ring down the bathtub drain and he was able to locate the ring in the drain and he was able to locate it and based on how our pipes run we had to go thru the garage ceiling to get to the pipe. I received AMAZING service from DBS Plumbing Solutions. I needed a new hot water heater. The old one was leaking all over the floor. I decided to get a Bradford White model because they had good reviews. Leon came out the same day. He was friendly, very professional, and an excellent plumber. (He also informed me of a tax credit that will save me about $300.)To make a long story short, the first Bradford White water heater was broken. The owner, Don Sargeant, brought out a second Bradford White, and that one was broken too. I decided not to try a third Bradford White, and asked for an AO Smith. By now it was after hours. I said I could wait until the next day, but Mr. Sargeant was not going to let that happen. He called the supply house and had them open it for him. He got the heater, and I have hot water.This install did not go as expected, but Don and Leon were there for me. Despite spending a lot of time on this install, they did not charge me more. In fact, they found ways to save me money. It is rare to find honest people who are really trying to do things the right way. Don and Leon just nailed it! Thank you! DBS Plumbing Solutions has a new customer for life. If you need plumbing work done, dont hesitate to call them.
