    I really can’t say enough good things about Ziegler plumbing. I had the main water line from the street to my house break. This was a serious issue that could have caused a lot of damage and been extremely expensive if not dealt with quickly.Being not from the area I wasn’t sure what plumbing company I could trust. My neighbors and previous home owner that I purchased my home from had nothing but great things to say about Ziegler. They weren’t wrong. When I called I spoke to Jess in the office who was professional and sympathetic to my situation. She quickly got a team to my home. When the team arrived at the house they were top notch and professional all the way.They had the situation resolved very quickly. They diagnosed my problem and let me know about the kind of pipe that was used and how to best protect myself against this type of issue again in the future. If it hadn’t been for them I would have had to have my drive way ripped up and most likely no running water for quite awhile.If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable plumbing company that will really get the job done correctly, go with Ziegler.

    We live in an older home built in 1954. What we think may be a random clog can quickly turn into a big issue. We have used Ziegler Plumbing & Sewer for years. They were able to successfully reroute plumbing when our kitchen grease trap failed, to hook that up to the septic tank, saving us big bucks from having to go onto city sewer. They are always prompt when scheduling septic tank pumps. Recently we experienced a clogged pipe that backed up our washing machine drainage. They were able to fit us in on a Friday, and the technicians worked diligently for about 3 hours to access exactly where the clog was. They went above and beyond to finally determine the clog was scale/buildup in a pipe under the house. Got us fixed right up, and their pricing was very fair for the hard work those guys did. Would highly recommend.

    The plumbers that came to my house from Ziegler Plumbing (Greg and Ronald) did a great job installing a new sink, faucet, drains and garbage disposal in my kitchen. Greg was very meticulous, and the two of them worked well together, lessening the time it took to complete the job. Everything works as it should. I couldn’t be happier with the product and the install. While at my house they needed a part to complete the job; they called back to the office and the part was delivered in 15’. I have used Ziegler plumbing in the past. They are honest and always strive for a high standard of work. This is a family business with timely and efficient service by a knowledgeable and friendly staff. I highly recommend.

    Fantastic service. They responded quickly and professionally, and even though Steve had to come out to the house and spend time diagnosing the problem, because the city ended up taking care of the issue he did not even charge me for his time. Incredible. Knowing they act in such good faith makes me very sure Ill call them up if/when I have any future issue.Update: Second time using Ziegler and just had excellent, quick, professional service from Clark and Skyler.     Ziegler solved our tough sewer drain problem in about a half a day after weeks of renting a porta-potty. Other plumbers had previously come out and were unable to solve our problem. One plumbing company just drove off without a word and when we called to ask what happened they would not answer our phone calls.We called Ziegler Plumbing; set an appointment and they were here on time and went to work. I found out from others that Ziegler Plumbing gets respect because of their long history of solving problems at a reasonable price. They know people in the local cities and were able to meet with the city officials and HRSD that day on site. They used a pusher camera and other specialized equipment to locate and correct our problem. They are honest, fast and very reasonable. I would give them 10 stars if I could.A big thanks to Steve Ziegler, Clark and the assistant.

    The plumbers were professional and did a great job. But I had to pay almost $1000 just to fix a leaky pipe in the crawlspace. I know they had to replace copper pipes, and they billed me for 4 hours because they fixed the pipe, then saw another leak occur a few inches away, so had to drive back to their shop to pick up more parts, and back to my house (being gone for almost 90 minutes), but then the office still billed me for the full 4 hours (at around $190 per hour of labor plus parts). It just doesnt feel right to pay almost 1k to fix one leaky pipe. I feel ripped offEdit: The owner personally reached out to me, and brought the price down a fair amount (below $700). This is fantastic customer service and I am very happy with them! I appreciate companies willing to take feedback and work with customers like this.

    When I say LIFESAVERS!!! Ok, I may be being a little dramatic, but Ziegler Plumbing definitely came through for me when I needed them most. My loving husband broke our master bathroom shower handle a week before we were to receive family in town. I called Ziegler’s on a Wed, and they had someone come out same day to check out the damage! The plumbers that came out told me what I needed, which I ordered same day for next day delivery, and I scheduled service for that Friday.Chris, the plumber that came out Friday, was extremely professional. He went above and beyond to help fix my shower (spent about 2hrs trying) but unfortunately, the equipment I ordered wasn’t compatible. He instructed me on exactly what to purchase, and because I planned on a scheduling again with the company, I wasn’t charged for the visit!!After correctly ordering and receiving what I needed, Greg and Mike came out today, Thursday, to install my new shower/bath kit. They were professional, efficient and courteous. My husband and I only had to spend one night sharing the guest bathroom with family and I didn’t break the bank getting my shower fixed. I would DEFINITELY use their services again if needed, and I RECOMMEND you give them a try!!

    I highly recommend Ziegler Plumbing and Sewer. We recently needed emergency plumbing services on a Sunday night. We called Ziegler Plumbing and the phone was answered immediately, not by a service, but by a member of the Ziegler family. Within the hour, a plumber arrived and the problem was fixed. We were delighted to find out that he was also a Ziegler, a grandson of the companys founder. The service we received from Clarke was prompt, professional and reasonable.. It was apparent to us that the Ziegler family cares about their customers and rightfully takes pride in their business.

    Great experience with this company. I needed a faucet installed in a very tight garage bathroom. I scheduled the appointment online and was given a date and 2 hour time window.     I am so impressed by the courteous professionalism of the staff members at Ziegler. From the first phone call to the time they left my driveway, everyone I encountered was helpful and wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. I appreciate the time the technicians, Chris and George, took to walk me through the location of and how to care for my septic system. They also made my sons day by letting him see their truck up close, honking the horn for him, and then sharing their snacks with him. I highly recommend Ziegler for your plumbing and septic needs.

    The office scheduled a next day appointment and called when they were on the way. Chris and Hunter were great! They showed up on time. They took the time to listen to the problems that we were experiencing with our grinder pump before they began the inspection and diagnostic testing. They explained everything they needed to replace and kept me informed of the parts available and options. Another team member delivered the part and it was repaired and tested in less than an hour after the part was delivered. We will use Ziegler Plumbing again when needed and refer them to others.

    Ive used this company for Manny diffrent things. This visit today was for a faucet installation. They came early, they were quick, quiet, cleaned up all the mess. They fixed everything so we had watter pressure back and a working sprayer and faucet. I highly suggest this company and they do great work.

    Company contacted on a weekend to replace a stuck closed water heater valve. Technician was timely, professional, and kept the work area tidy.     I called Ziegler for a quote but ended up needing their services immediately because our shower wouldnt turn off! I called them right away (after a few failed attempts with other companies: no answer and no call backs) and they answered right away. I was lucky enough there was an opening for us the next morning. The technicians arrived early, talked me through the repairs, immediately knew upon explaining the solution to our problems and worked efficiently and quickly.Thank you Ziegler!     We are a large family with 12 children, so when our sewer pump goes down we aren’t far behind. No toilet flushing, no showers, etc. so it’s a disaster. We’ve been a customer of Ziegler’s for many years and they’ve always taken great care of us. We called with, what for us was a semi-emergency situation, and within just a few hours super-technician HUNTER arrived to save the day. In no time the problem was diagnosed, fixed, and we were back in business. The “Boss-man”, who personally installed our pump several years ago even showed up to make sure everything was taken care of properly. And HUNTER and his mate explained everything with patience and concern that was truly impressive and thoughtful, even while standing in the rain. Can’t say enough good things about this company...professional and considerate from top to bottom !!!

    After receiving a $13K quote from Roto Rooter I reached out to Ziegler for a second opinion. I reached Jessica, it was the end of her work day and I was stressed beyond comparison and Jessica showed extreme empathy and compassion in a very difficult situation. Ziegler has absolutely earned my loyalty as a customer, she was able to have someone on site the very next morning, the gentleman came out for a free quote, he went into the crawl space opened up the pipes and confirmed what the actual problem was before providing a quote for repairs -- $175-- reminder original quote from Roto Rooter was $13k and this gentleman fixed the problem and didnt take advantage of the situation for $175.To Jessica - Thank you! Thank you for taking the time to care about my situation and make it significantly less stressful!

    We cannot express enough gratitude to Ziegler Plumbing and technicians Michael and Greg, for going above and beyond to clear our main drain line. First, a little back story...We started having sewer backup into our downstairs tub (ugh, so disgusting!) This happens to us about once every year or two. We have always been able to deal with it on our own, but this time proved to be a challenge beyond what we could do. After borrowing a neighbor’s 50 ft power drain auger, running it to the end, with no luck and also having to replace his cable because it got twisted ($$$), we went and rented a 100 ft power auger from a tool rental (more $$$). We took that auger out the full length, which is normally more than enough to do the job. We flushed toilets and ran water. All seemed well. Then we ran the washer, which caused the water to start backing up again. We were tired, irritated, and disgusted that we had wasted so much time and money and were still dealing with this nightmare. We decided it was time to call in the pros. We have had terrible luck with contractors, but a friend highly recommended Ziegler, so we took a chance and called them. Greg and Michael arrived promptly and were very professional and friendly.We’ve never been able to find an outdoor access, so we’ve always had to remove the toilet downstairs in order to snake out the main drain.Ziegler’s machine was a super duper power drain auger that needed an outdoor access clean out, as it would not fit in our bathroom. When Greg and Michael realized there was no outdoor access, they assessed from under the house where the pipes went, then started digging and searching beside our front steps to find the private access. They discovered that for some reason, ours was buried under the brick steps when the house was built. Instead, they had to dig up the pipe beside the steps and create an access point there in order to do the job.Their auger pushed through something really tough right at the very end of our line before it drains into the city line. Whatever it was, they were able to clear it and we can now do laundry and take showers again, not to mention sleep in peace, with no more sewage nightmares!After all of that work, they didn’t even charge anything extra, which is just unheard of. They also left the yard looking perfectly untouched!Thank you Greg and Michael, for going above and beyond, and thank you Ziegler Plumbing for providing such excellent service! We’re already thinking of all the plumbing jobs we are going to hire you guys to do! :-)

    I will give you a short story. My next door neighbor just lost her Husband a week ago. Prior to his passing they were having plumbing problems, the company had been out a couple of times but the problem continued to return. I came home today to find my neighbor in tears because she was having problems with her plumbing again. I called the Company on my neighbors behalf and voiced my opinion and to further explained the situation. Ron came out within the hour and work for 3 hours plus until he fixed the problem, that included digging 3 ft to find the clean out so he could snake it, back and forth under the house and making sure the problem was solved before he left. At the end of the job He explained what the problem was , shook my hand and said Have a Nice Day.Even though the company had been out a couple of times to fix the problem I think it says a lot for the company when they step up and do the right thing in a customers time of need. I still feel they would have done the same if the situation was not what it was but considering the circumstances it was extra special what he did today. Thanks Ron!

    Wow!I certainly wasnt expecting the quality of attention, service and professional conduct when I contacted Zieglar to address major plumbing issues I was struggling with. The owner; Steve Zieglar, personally walked me through his findings and presented options on resolutions. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, he left me feeling he was addressing the project like he would his own home.It didnt stop there. Joe and James arrived to initiate the project and coordinate the work in tandem with the company brought in to do the boring and pull pipe and tracewire. They were excellent, taking care to protect the landscaping, carefully uprooting bushes and replacing them as though they hadnt been touched. I was able to observe all the work and they answered all questions I had. The project had them working from the Water Main at the street, under the driveway and around obstacles to the connection at the house. Needless to say they had to dig multiple holes to run the pipe from street to house. When they were finished you couldnt tell that anything had been disturbed; like they had never been here at all.Its been a while since Ive had such a quality, professional experience when dealing with contractors and residential projects. KUDOS!! FIVE STAR OPERATION!!

    I highly recommend Ziegler Plumbing & Sewer to any one who is in need of expert plumbing services that are reasonably priced. Ziegler has completed over three projects at my home and all were done to my satisfaction.My last interfacing with Ziegler came after I had a backup in my kitchen sink, and I contacted a different plumbing company that I had used once before. When they finally came the next evening, they were unable to fix my plumbing issue, charged over $300, and offered to try another process for over $600.I grudgingly paid the $300+, and called Ziegler. They came out the next morning, did the exact same process as the company did the night before, fixed the problem, and charged 2.21 times less than what I paid the night before for nothing.Being that the first company did refund my money after I called to complain, I will not list their name here... but I will never use any other plumbing company other than Ziegler again. If your smart... you will also give them your business.
