Ryan and Chandler were incredibly professional and skilled. Did a complicated toilet plate reinstall on a holiday weekend. So pleasant. So polite. No leaking toilet. And thoroughly cleaned the bathroom floor and toilet and took away all of their trash. If you need a plumber, these are the folks to call!

I was referred to a Hampton roads plumbing by a friend in the past …the office staff is not so helpful and to get the right person to do the jobs is like pulling a number out of a box but the technician that was sent was this time is probably the most professional and very knowledgeable of his job came in and got right to work on fixing the pipes in the bathroom… rico even clean up his work space unlike that last plumber that came over me and my wife would like to say how much we appreciate all the hard work he put in on our bathroom ps if you want to a great plumber from this company request Rico

On March 13 after moving back into my Condo I discovered the water valve behind the refrigerator connected to the ice-maker was leaking and needed to be replaced. The leak threatened to damage a large portion of the dry wall surrounding the valve. I called Hampton Roads Plumbing and explained the situation. They asked me if I could shut the water off to minimize the damage. While they sent a plumber out. The plumbers arrived within 30 minutes of the call and went straight to work. They determined the problem with the valve, obtained the necessary parts and changed the valve within 30 minutes of their arrival. Their quick response saved me from hiring a contractor to remove and replace the damaged wall board. I estimate they saved me about $200.00 dollars. I would definitely use them again.

I live in an apartment so my maintenance man called them at 8:30am & they were at my house within an hour. The two plumbers that came out were friendly & they explained things to me as they were working & they also asked if I had any questions. Very EXCELLENT service! A Hampton Roads Plumbing is my “go to” plumbers when it has to be done quickly and right.. They have been in business a long time and are capable of both large and smaller jobs. 5 star company ! “Little” Kenny in the field , Joe in the office and the rest of the staff do an excellent job. “Big” Kenny overseeing the big picture.. They make stuff flow!…….and they just did it again …timely service when you need them !

We have used A Hampton roads plumbing several times and have received outstanding service each and evrery time. Two days ago we needed to repair presale inspection items so we could close on the house we were selling. I called them and explained the urgency, they were at our house , ans fixed everything the next day. Definetly the most professional, responsive business I have dealt with in a long time .no need to call anyone else.

Communication was great. Technician called me when he said he would. Both techs that arrived to time to ensure that they didn’t bring in mud or hit the walls with equipment. Took the time to explain everything to me and even let me look at the camera. Highly recommended and will use them again!!!!!

Kenny Jr. and Kenny Sr., Vice President and President of A-Hampton Roads Plumbing did some drain work at Goodman Glass today. Both were great, very knowledgeable, un-clogged the drain quickly. I highly recommend them.

I had two awesome gentlemen (Mike and James) come fix my plumbing issues at midnight and they absolutely reassured me that they were going to take care of me and set my mind at ease because Im a OCD case and water everywhere and backing up was driving me insane...they got the job done in about 25 minutes and I never had an issue again...I recommend these two guys..they are beyond knowledgeable and very professional and if I can recommend more than 10 stars I would...

We had several water pipes burst after the recent freeze. Upon returning home, both bathrooms had burst pipes and the house was flooding. This was a Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend. Rico came out and assisted us getting the water turned off. Rico was very helpful, and supportive, through the entire repair process. If the rating was only on him, they would have 5 stars! The office staff were not as efficient at getting back to me or communicating delays.
