This is by far the most HONEST company I have had the pleasure of working with. They were truthful, did not try to play word games or refuse to do a service for me because I purchased the equipment from another merchant. They GLADLY gave me a fair quote and I will NEVER contact anyone else for my service needs! So many companies try and take advantage of customers now and out of 34 companies I called Wheeland were the ONLY ones who did not try to scam me and/or rip me off! Thank you for being one of the good ones! I wish more companies had your integrity!

Absolutely thrilled with our service at Wheeland, they installed a new water heater, rebuilt three toilet insides, and installed three bidets plus disconnected and hauled away old water softner parts for us that were trash from when we first moved in. They were easy to book with and the job was completed quickly and well. Would HIGHLY recommend them and will be using them again later for more work.

We are always so happy with Wheeland! We’ve had two emergency plumbing issues in the past year (sewer back up and hot water tank failure), and they’ve gotten us onto the schedule the very next day. For routine maintenance/not emergency issues scheduling can be further out, but it’s worth the wait for quality work. Prices are fair, and we will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs.

Sarah was Amazing...I was having a bad day where everything that could go wrong that day went wrong except for me calling Wheeland Plumbing & Drain Service to make an appointment for my has leak. We had just had the energy co-op out to shut off the gas and then our front door would not shut.When talking to Sarah she went over and beyond and gave 200% Service. She called me 3 times keeping me in the loop and letting me know when the guys would be out. They made it to the house first thing in the morning. She made me feel like I was their only customer with the service she and the company provided to me...The experience was amazing from start to finish. The guys that came out Kyle and another guy also communicated on what they found and I feel they made it very easy on me so I ended up with having less on my plate to deal with. The energy co-op came back while they was still here. And our gas was fixed and we was back up and running.They even took it one step further and fixed our front door.Kyle, Sarah, Erica and the crew at Wheeland Plumbing & Drain Service are all AMAZING!I highly recommend them. And they have all our business... Im not going anywhere else. Their prices are great too...

Big shoutout to everyone at Wheeland Plumbing (Sarah, Kyle, Cody, Lester, Brandon). We recently purchased a 100 year old home and our inspection had ~10 plumbing problems that needed to be addressed. Everything from corrosion damage to water lines, sump pump replacement, galvanized pipe replacement, new garbage disposal, etc..Luckily our realtor recommended Wheeland Plumbing - I gave them a call and they had someone out within a few days. Kyle walked around the whole property and went through everything with me 1-by-1, adding more context to the inspection report (since this is his specialty). He was very friendly and professional and had a great attitude. He wanted to make sure everything was quality, and let me know he didnt work on commission.On the day of the big job I wasnt able to be at the house, I called and heard that everything went great. When I had the chance to see all the work, I was blown away. There was all new pex, toilets and sinks worked perfect. Everything looked new, nice, and professional.Big thank you to everyone on the team that worked hard all day so that we could transform this old 100 year old house and bring it up to date! Ill be calling you in the future!

Our issue certainly did not make his job easy but he was so polite and came up with a great solution and now we are back in business! Excellent customer service to which I will be loyal for that reason alone!! I also want to add....I called 8 plumbers last night and Wheeland was the only company to answer their phone. When our hot water heater died after the May 2020 flooding, Wheeland Plumbing came out soon after we called to install a new one. Because of Covid-19, the tech wore a mask. He also wore booties and adhered to our request that he go directly to and from the basement and not be near us. This was a stressful time, and we are grateful to Wheeland Plumbing for providing such quick, excellent service to restore our hot water.

These people are WONDERFUL! The toilet flange in my 88-year-old mothers bathroom broke. She had hip surgery last month and cant do stairs. We had to get the toilet fixed in a hurry. I didnt know who to call so I tried Roto-Rooter here in Columbus. They wanted $700...thats right, $700...to replace the flange and reseat the toilet. INSANE!!! My niece and her husband always use Wheeland so we called and explained the circumstances. We were new customers but it didnt matter; they came out as quickly as possible and did a FANTASTIC job!! And they did it for $219...thats right, $219. GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS: they are fair, honest and have a heart. Hey, Roto-Rooter: just cut to the chase and have your guys wear masks and carry guns when they come out on a call. I will never use your services again. Thanks so much, Wheeland!
