My elderly mother needed a new water heater asap. After calling all of the big name guys in town, I luckily called Newark Water Heaters and Drains. Not to say he is not well known, but his service is few and far between a lot of these larger names today. I called early enough and John came out same day service and had my moms hot water system up and running in a few hours. Thanks again John. I will be recommending this company to everyone that I know needing these services.

Great job. Took care of the problem in a timely fashion, gave me an idea of what I may need to do in the future to prohibit the issue, and even cleaned up an issue with birds inside my hot water heater vent. Thank you for everything. I will definitely call them again if I need any help.

The owner John showed up and performed the process to get my main line cleared out of all the tree roots that had accumulated in the line. Very friendly and knowledgeable guy. Provided information and tips on how to prevent and kill the roots to slow down and mitigation of the root issue. I was impressed on the customer service, reminded me i how my parents said service providers used to treat customers. Had my basement flood called John to see what he could do. When I told him we did not have hot water he was there the next day. He was there around 1 pm and did not leave until he finished the job around 730 pm. Awesome work very professional and neat job. I would highly recommend this company.
