New build, only lived here a short while however since moving in has issues with this toilet, every time builder’s contractor came when complained never found an issue, why bc it was the persons who installed even though it’s not my profession, as suspected it was not visual….(not flanged properly, circumferences not aligned and the flange not connected at all moved completely around when toilet was removed……however Zoom (Chris) fixed the issue , little pricey but was isn’t nowadays, arrived as promised and got the job done! Would definitely use again, hope we don’t have to but good to know. Thank goodness

Second time using this company for plumbing. Will definitely be my go to company for any issues. Called to make an appointment for a drain issue, appointment was the next day Monty and Christian came out and figured out the issue and fixed it fast. Explained everything, was just great customer service. As that is very hard to get nowadays with many other companies, along with a reasonable price.

Lou is the technician have the job done. The toilet was leaking due to a bad initial installation. Lou is able to get the toilet reinstalled with proper seal and explained to me why it leaked before. Manager also came by the made sure job is done correctly. I think this is the way every company should learn from.

He made a point of carefully explaining what he was going to do before the job started, and once completed he reviewed with me exactly what had been done and what he discovered in the course of his work. Dylan clearly wants the customers to be fully satisfied with the results and he goes above and beyond to make sure that happens.

Dylan was great! Our kitchen drain was badly clogged. Another plumber had come previously and told us he would need to cut through the dry-wall to find the clog. Absolutely beyond outstanding service. When I called in for help over the weekend, I immediately got someone on the phone, Tim who was able to schedule to have a technician come out. Tim was so kind and took the time to explain everything to me, including giving me an idea on the price range. The next day the technician, Michael C, came to my house. He was absolutely fabulous. He was super kind and took the time to greet my dogs, and even showed and thoroughly explained each step by step of the process. He cared for my home as if it was his own and was thoroughly clean. I would higher them again in a heartbeat.

Price seemed quite high, but it was an urgent issue - fully clogged sewer drain - so we were in no position to shop around. I had an issue where water was overflowing the toliet when we used the washer or showered. I paid a plumber to come out and we discovered my kids put some large rocks in a clean out pipe located in our front yard. This created a backup. The plumber couldnt remove the rocks. The county wouldnt help because it was on our property. After calling over 10 places, Zoom Drain was the only place who offered to come look. I could not have asked for better service. They arrived on time and ready to work. Michael was knowledgeable and kept me updated. After over an hour of work, my water was flowing again! He also added a cap for the pipe so this doesnt happen again. I would definitely recommend them!

They would’ve charged 60% more than what Zoom drain charged, so, to revise my review: Zoom was expensive, but probably competitive with other firms not named BB or Horiz.
