I have used Schlosser several times and I have been happy with them every time. The last visit was a big job replacing old piping with new. They did it efficiently so that we would have water turned back on the same day. Matt and Cliff were a great team keeping me informed and looking for the best way to solve problems as they were going through some tight spaces. I would strongly recommend this company to anybody needing HVAC work.The other person I want to mention is Zach Dennis who patiently worked with me during our planning phase and clarifying the final invoice. How many managers are able to make an invoice discussion joyful. Well, Zach does!Thank you all!

Highly recommend Sajid Hussain with Schlosser and Associates! We have an ancient boiler which other companies avoid. Schlosser sent out Sajid who was not only knowledgeable but has vast experience and expertise. We request him every year to help keep our heat for the winter going!

OK so, Let me tell you, I was driving around, talking to myself about all the projects piling up in my house. One, in particular, had been an absolute nightmare—water in my basement. As I was wondering what on earth I was going to do about it, fate intervened, and a Schlosser van pulled up right in front of me. I saw the writing on the truck, and I swear it felt like there was a basement water GOD listening to me! I quickly told my son, who was in the car with me, to get the number off the van, and we called right then and there.To my surprise, an angelic voice answered the phone—it was Taylor! Talk about top-notch customer service; she was fantastic! She took down all my info and got me scheduled for the very next day. Fast forward to the appointment—Sajid Hussain showed up, and within 26 minutes, he had assessed the issue and identified it as a problem with my HVAC system. He walked me through the fix, and I agreed to go ahead with the repair.The very next day, Sajid came back and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Ive never experienced this level of care, professionalism, and customer service from any vendor in the state of Delaware! If youre dealing with HVAC problems, look no further than Schlosser. They are the real deal!

Our 2nd floor bedroom was always hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Our system just couldnt do the job. Sajid Hussain from Schlosser and Associates assessed the problem and told us about a Mitsubishi cooling and heating unit. He recommended a ceiling unit which doesnt detract from the looks of the room. Sajid and his crew were on time, very professional, and the workmanship was excellent. Sajid followed through with any questions we had and gave great advise. We are very pleased and absolutely will use Scosser and Associates again!

Had an awesome experience with Schlosser! Paul was very professional and kind ! He showed up and replaced our kitchen sink explaining everything he was doing and the time it would take. I would definitely recommend this company and Paul for any future projects for our house! Erik Vargas, Joe, and the crew did a great job on our major house renovation project. Even in the beginning, we felt like they cared about the work and wanted the best outcome for us. For example, to give us an estimate, Erik came out and spent well over an hour figuring out different solutions to our really complicated HVAC problems, and then came up with a few solutions so we could choose among them. Erik also gave us very sound advice concerning air conditioning units, and he and Joe fully explained the why and the how for step of the project. You can tell that these guys really like their work--they are problem solvers!--and the crew they brought for installation of the bigger project was really efficient and respectful.

I cant say enough about this company and the people who work for them. From the people who answer the phone to the professionals who come out to your house. They came out on Christmas Eve and fixed my heater. Sajid is the best repairman ever. Update on 10/06/23. Again Sajid maintenance my heater and I cant say enough about his professional attitude and kindness. He is currently helping my son with many problems with his house. My son is extremely happy with Sajid and the Schlosser company!

I want to give a special thank you to Mr. Erik Vargas and his company, Schlosser & Associates, for going above and beyond the perimeters within their job to ensure that I received a new tankless water heater. From June 2021 until February 2022, I was inconvenienced and abandoned by another company who promised me services that were not received. Due to the uncertainties of the COVID pandemic and being told by other companies that it would be difficult to provide me with a new heater, I diligently searched for countless hours to obtain some type of resolution to solve this ongoing issue. I contacted Mr. Vargas and told him my dilemma. Mr. Vargas ensured me that his company would make every effort to provide me with a new heater. He kept in constant contact with me every step of the way from the first phone call, to writing up the proposal, and even taking time out of his busy schedule to make a visit to my home when I had to go to work early to make sure the installation of the heater was done to my satisfaction. The contractors were very professional, attentive, and the job done timely and efficiently. The work ethicsof this company is impeccable, and I recommend them to anyone requiring plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services.

Matt and his new apprentice, Cliff, recently, successfully replaced a hot water heater and toilet at one of our rental properties in Newark. I really appreciated Matts updates throughout the day, especially at the completion of the tasks. Matt & Cliff are true mechanics and I’m sure a value to the company. They put in a new hot water tank and replaced values and gages for the booster water system. They are both efficient and so knowledgeable . Matt explained the ins and outs for my booster and was able to figure out exactly what was wrong and needed without question. As a team they are so professional and again knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to fix a problem. Highly recommend their service for plumbing issues.

Prompt and professional . We had a particularly difficult plumbing problem. The job forman came up with a different solution that 3 other plumbers had missed. This amounted to savings of 60% compared to fixing it the more common way. And on top of that they came in UNDER their estimate.
