On 17 Dec 2025 DJ E from Sobieski Services came to my new home to set up service and to answer questions I had, help me to get my new houses heating system functioning efficiently and check over my entire system to make sure it was functioning well. DJ answered my questions, gave incredible advice, and immediately found probably the biggest problem I had and fixed it! My house is already much more comfortable. He was courteous, totally professional, and very knowledgeable. Cant say enough good things about him and his service. Strongly recommend him!

Great customer service from Sidney who took my original call, to dispatcher [Dan?], to DJ E, technician. DJ showed me melted wire which caused heat to go out. Quoted prices & received Repaired indoor & outdoor [shorted wire] units. I told DJ my husband had a double lung transplant in March; therefore we take extra precautions, & he honored & respected my request to use hand sanitizer. DJ explained & quoted blue light system for thorough air quality & purification, which I decided to approve installation. A+ quality experience.

Jake did an excellent job installing our new water heater. He was very clear and thorough on the diagnostics of the old water heater and made sure we understood the severity of the situation. Scheduling was easy and it took him no time to remove our old one and replace it with the new. I also appreciate how he took time to explain to me how the new system works and what piping he had to replace. On top of everything else, he was really friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. I had Sobiesk come to look at my thermostat because it wasnt working. Marcus was asked to come to check it out after his call was done. He called ahead and was very nice and professional when he arrived. He was extremely helpful and had it fixed in no time. He also made sure the heater was working properly before he left by checking the temperature in the vent. I was so thankful to Sobiesk for getting him to my house earlier and to him for fixing the issue. Great job I will not hesitate to call in the future.

James K. was excellent. He explained an issue I was having with my thermostat, and then serviced my furnace. He was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. I think the scheduling folks need a little training. I had a morning appointment scheduled that I needed to change to a different date in the afternoon. The person I spoke to on the phone, confirmed the date and time of the new appointment. But the day before the appointment, I received a text message telling me that the technician would be there in the morning. I had to call and get them to change it to the afternoon. This is not the first time that this has happened.

Sobieski employs professional and experienced technicians that provide a quality service. Both of the technicians left me feeling that I receive value for the money spent on the service agreement. I also want to commend the dispatcher who listened to me. I had no heat. He arranged that I would receive service that afternoon after learning that I was going away for over week the next day. I was able to have both Tom and Yoshi. They diagnosed the issue. Apparently the recently installed (July 2024) Smart Thermostat provided by my security provider caused a fuse to blow in the HVAC system. I now have a new thermostat that is more compatible with the system. Tom walked me through how to download the app and he performed the remainder of the installation. I also had PM service done so I’m ready for the fall/winter season.Thanks, Sobieski.

This was HVAC replacement via Costco and Sobieski made it pretty easy and smooth without pressure. Listing all the items with pictures clearly and price. Though price is higher than other contractors quoted ... after discounts and with clear descriptions of what included really help me to make my decision rather easily and willing to pay a little bit more.Zach Bailey is always there answering a lot of my questions without frustration :). When the team came to install, they did it professionally and neatly. So far, I am please with the new units I have.I look forward a good service supports from this team in next 10 years from now.

We had our annual HVAC check up. Chris Perry was our technician and he was excellent. He serviced,checked and flushed out the line for our system. He explained everything he was doing and was very informative on what he was doing and made many suggestions to keep our system running good. We did go with one of his preventive suggestions and he was more than happy to install it for us. It was a leak detecter to shut down the system instead of having a huge amount of damage without it. Our system is in the attic so we felt it was well worth having for peace of mind. I would recommend both Chris and Sobieski for any plumbing or heating job you may need. Very professional and pleasant experience!

Jamille did a great job repairing my sump pump leak. The original pipe had a small cut in it and was wrapped with tape to pass inspection on a new construction.He got to the house when I stepped out and waited for me to get back. It was fixed properly (new pipe with O ring seal) with no mor leaking.The pump was short cycling (float binded) and the pit was full of debris.Everything working properly after it was all said and done. I was a mechanical contractor over 27 years ago and would call them back for any of my mechanical needs.

DJ is a highly-trained professional that came out to do a routine maintenance on my 6 year old townhome that had never been serviced before. The A/C Unit had a caked on appearance overtop of the cooling coils.We had a coolant cleanse and compressor saver added to the unit in addition to checking the Freon and efficiency check. DJ not only is skilled, but took the time to explain/give suggestions from manufacturers like Goodman as to what services should be done and in what timeframes to do it. He was highly informative and I would recommend him to friends and family nearby and in the surrounding PA/MD area.

He replaced all the damaged parts and my shower is draining perfectly with no leaks!

Within 15 minutes of his arrival my heat was up and running.Cannot begin to thank Cody for coming out on a Sunday, 2 days before Christmas, and trying to accommodate as I was having my family Christmas that same day. Cody was so pleasant in addition to being a top notch technician with the most amazing customer service skills!! I have been a customer with Sobieski since they installed the heating, cooling and plumbing in my home 13 years ago. In the future, I will be requesting Cody for my annual heating and cooling inspection.... He is the best!!!

When the ejector pump worked, it shook the plastic strap that was supposed to hold the pipe in place = fail. The pipe where the black part was shook free and water-waste started flooding my basement :( Don’t ask me who designed this house trap.

Michael J. Is one of the friendliest and most professional contractors I’ve ever welcomed into my home. He always takes time to explain exactly what’s going on and shows up on time, every time. During his first visit, he completed the job and then went above and beyond by giving me a rundown on how to maintain our hvac system. We had an unrelated issue with the top floor not cooling and Michael quickly fixed the issue (free of charge) by adjusting a few air duct valves near the main unit. I didn’t even know these things existed until Michael gave me the run down. He really knows his stuff and has great customer service skills. I experienced a sewer plumbing issue where the builder dropped and left a part of the sewer pipe inside the outdoor sewer system which was stuck vertically inside the main pipe. After about a month, this caused accumulation and a buildup of waste inside the pipe causing the sewer system to overflow inside the house from the sewer drain system behind the water heater. This caused a mess as that the bathroom was flooded, the floors were damaged, and the walls were damaged as well. At this time the emergency was real and I have contacted Sobieski Inc services for an emergent assistant. Jamille and Jarrith both arrived and came for the rescue. They were both very professional and extremely knowledgeable in their expertise. They explained everything that could have happened and then identified the issue.They pin pointed the root cause to the outdoor sewer drain which they popped the cap open and removed this broken and vertically stuck piece. This former stuck piece was from the former and original piping left by the builder. They ran the water system (toilet, sink etc.) a few times to ensure a smooth flow of water was present. They showed me the water flow in the outdoor sewer pipe and everything was working fine after their services. Jamille and Jarrith explained that for the long-term health of the sewer piping system, they recommend snaking it and performing a flush procedure which, due to their extensive expertise I agreed upon this service as a follow-up visit. Before leaving the premises, they vacuumed and cleaned up the sitting water on the floor including the drip tray of the water heater.Overall, I was highly satisfied with Sobieski Inc and the high level of professionalism, utter most respect and extensive knowledge of both Jamille and Jarrith. I would definitely work with them again in the future for any plumbing issues to occur. Without a doubt, I would not hesitate to recommend Sobieski Inc and specifically Jamille and Jarrith to my friends and family for any and all plumbing related maintenance. Todd Sapp responded promptly to our bathroom problem involving a faucet tumbler. He also provided a water test and spent the time to answer questions about future issues we might face and the piping system we have.

Jamille was wonderful. He was friendly, profesional, and conscientious. He called to let us know he was on his way and when he got here he immediately put on shoe covers to protect our floors, we didnt even ask him to do that. He knows exactly what to do in an extremely efficient way and explained so well what he was doing and what we can do to maintain our plumbing better. We would most definitely hire him again! We highly recommend him and Sobiefsky for all of your plumbing needs.
