    I was very pleased with the workmanship shown with heater that Finger Lakes Comfort recently installed at my home.The technicians were professional and fitted the heater in a difficult position. There was one small issue after the installation and Finger Lakes Comfort had a technician to our home within 24 hours and they remedied the issue within minutes. I am very satisfied with the work that was performed.

    I had a really great experience with Finger Lakes Comfort, Inc right from the very beginning with my first phone call requesting assistance. From the initial walk through with the project manager to completion of the project, the entire crew was incredibly friendly, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Also, Im a caretaker for family members with special needs and the entire crew was really understanding and patient with all of the extra commotion, which I truly appreciated. It was incredibly impressive how they worked together to complete a project that expanded to every floor of a 3-story home in less than 48 hours, while balancing work with other local projects. The hot water tank that was replaced, was in a more hazardous condition than originally thought. So it is truly by the grace of God that the crew arrived with their expertise when they did, because it could have been a really dire situation and for that I will always be grateful. All of the staff and crew that I interacted with went above and beyond and I feel extremely blessed to have met such a great group of individuals.     I called them at 7am Thanksgiving morning. Steve answered and listened to my plumbing issue. He told me that he smdoesnt usually work on the holidays, but because it crashed effecting me cooking Thanksgiving dinnerhe said he would come take a look anyway.He showed up about 2 hrs later and within the hour, he had taken care of my plugged main sewer line.He was so helpfull, and definitely knows his craft well.     Our family in Newark was impressed with the professionalism and quality of work that Finger Lakes Comfort teams employed at our house. Jeremy led a group that installed heat pumps and Scott orchestrated insulation and weather sealing. They both came to our house and provided detailed and fair-priced quotes that maximized state and federal incentives. They then coordinated an efficient strategy to install two outdoor unit, air-source heat pumps, and followed up with rim joist insulation and weather sealing. During this process they removed our old oil burning boiler and oil tank. After the projects were completed, they took the time to train us on how to use the heat pumps and gave a thorough walkthrough of what improvements had been done to the house. We have been pleased with the heat pumps, especially during the past few weeks of hot temperatures. I recommend Finger Lakes Comfort to others interested in obtaining heat pumps and better insulation for your house. We were surprised by how affordable these energy saving projects can be.

    Tony did a great job and was very thorough! However, he arrived nearly one hour late. I called FL Comfort at 2:30, then just 30 minutes after are scheduled time and the receptionist said he was running late but I received no text as I have in the past stating this. Ironically, 3 minutes after I hung up I received a text saying Tony was going to be late or enroute. Tony was professional and kind and it is not his fault no one communicated with me that he was held up on a prior job.

    I would like say what a GREAT experience from the time I called them to setup an appointment to have someone to come out and give us a quote right on through the set up of our new heat pump.Jeremy- came into our home he listened to what my husband and I and what were looking for. Then he made some suggestions on different things and answered all our questions.We end up going in a completely different direction after talking to Jeremy about the different options.Mark and I wanted to talk to someone that had a heat pump put in by FLC. Jeremy set up a call with a current client that had almost the same set up as we would have. They talked to us about the experience and they could not have said enough good things about team from FLC.Jacob and Curtis this team was AMAZING. I’m not even sure where to begin.Jacob and Curtis were here at our home for 6 days putting all new ductwork in and the heat pump unit in during 90 degrees days worked very hard to get the job done on time.Jacob and Curtis were here and ready to work every day!     The service tech found that a chipmunk had chewed wires inside the condenser so that the fan worked but not the condenser for the A/C. He fixed the wires and recommended we fill the gaps with steel wool. We were very pleased with the service, but not so pleased with the chipmunk.

The inside units had never been cleaned properly.     Finger Lakes Comfort is very reliable and provides quality service at competitive pricing. My new furnace was installed on a Tuesday and at the end of the workday the installer advised that they had diagnosed a faulty part and that they would be able to replace this part on Wednesday. On Wednesday, the installer replaced the part but replacing the part did not resolve the issue. The company sent an expert to further diagnose the issue on Wednesday late afternoon and he determined that a new blower motor was needed. On Thursday, another service technician installed a new blower motor but wasnt satisfied that the issue was permanently addressed and, so, on Friday, the installers put in a second new furnace! This company provides high quality service and doesnt leave your home until the job meets their standard of excellence. I highly recommend this company!

    Chris and Craig came out to help at my grandmothers house while I was at work. We had been struggling with a toilet drain clog for over a week, and it was backing up into the tub. The guys went into the crawl space and check all of the pipes to ensure no damage or leaks. They also checked the bathroom thoroughly. They were very informative about what the next step would be and the potential risks of the efforts. After every intervention, the called and informed me about the next step. Ultimately, they were able to clear a difficult clog in the drain with no addition problems being created, and took several steps to ensure that it was functioning properly before leaving. At the end, the owner Greg chose to donate the service to my grandmother, costing us nothing out of pocket. I will definitely use the service again and support this veteran owned business.EDIT: 1/31/2024 - Ive gone with them a few times at this point. They just replaced my water heater today after it quit on me. The crew was really, tidy, and courteous the whole thing and let me know what they were doing.     I am very impressed with the quickness and professionalism of this company. We woke up to water leaking from our pump. My wife called snd within 20 minutes they were knocking on the door. Adam was in and out and fixed the leak. I cant say enough about them. Thank you.

    I have nothing but high accolades for Finger Lakes Comfort and its technicians! If you’ve ever dealt with the other big local company in town you will instantly see the difference! Not only has he consitantly beat the competitions bids, he’s done so consistently using a higher quality furnace (or boiler) with a higher or equal efficiency! I try to do as much of my own work on my properties because I’m kind of fussy but when I need a professional help I call these guys! The quality of their work and professionalism is second to none! I’ve even had them walk me through stuff that they knew I could do on my own to help me save me money! I cannot say enough good things about this company as a whole!
