I had contacted 2 other plumbers that did not even respond. I contacted Dry Spot, left a message and got called back in a couple of minutes. Dave was at my house in probably 10 minutes from then. He was able to fix my problem right away and explained everything to me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

David came out same day (within an hour or so of my call) and fixed sink draining issues that have been occurring off and on since my bathroom remodel (that he didn’t complete). He identified a pipe that should have been built differently when the work was completed by someone else originally. Would recommend his work, communication, and professionalism to everyone.

Had a plumbing problem after hours, we thought it would take a miracle to get anyone to come out to fix our problem and also we were concerned about the price. Luckily we happened upon Dry Spot Plumbing and owner David Harmon. We called and he picked right up and ask how he could help, told him our issue and he said he would be over right away. He showed up promptly, fixed our problem and suggested how he could even help us with another problem we were having. David was friendly like a friend you have always known, he saw our problem fixed it promptly and was out the door. I must also had that like with many home repairs you hold your breath waiting for the cost, well David was very fair in his pricing so we knew we had found a plumber for our other needs. Had 3 other plumbers ghost us. David was responsive and did beautiful work. He even helped point out another issue (that he unfortunately couldnt help with due to where we live) while he was here and was willing to answer any questions as we made our way through that process. Call this guy!! Dont waste your time calling around to other plumbers!! I am working on changing out my well tank and pump, and truthfully, wasnt sure about a few things. I called around to a couple of plumbers, and was quoted anywhere from $95 to $210 to come out and look at what I had going on.When I called Dave it was a Friday afternoon. He got back with me immediately, and spent his personal time explaining some things to me. He even asked that I send him photos (which I did) and he called back to explain things further.I am trying to do this project on my own (wish me luck), but I know that if I run into trouble Dave will show up.I encourage everyone in need of a plumber to give this guy a call.He is kind, fair, extremely knowledgeable, and also my new plumber!!!
