No one calls about their furnace unless theres a problem. When I spoke with Cindy she immediately cut to the numbers when I explained we were on a fixed income. Its cold, theres no heat - you are not in a good place. She was spot on and helped us arrive at an affordable solution. Every step of the repair has been great. Any and all your questions are answered. They want to become your service provider and they show it. I am not an easy person to please and they have surpassed my every expectation. Dave came to switch out a part for us and was absolutely wonderful. He was thorough, knowledgeable and extremely informative. He took the time to walk me through what he was doing, common problems that can arise, and checked a couple other things I was concerned with. He looked out for my best interest, as opposed to trying to upsell me, which is much appreciated as Ive dealt with that in the past. If possible to request him in the future, Id love to do that. Daves great!

He assessed the duct work, furnace, etc. Then carefully removed the vent grates & thoroughly vacuumed the duct runs. We appreciate his politeness and care for our home

Mr Doug Snow and his assistant, Alex, did an EXCELLENT job! Doug was patient and answered all my questions. Showed me how to operate my new equipment. He and Alex did an electrical box replacement, furnace & AC, water softener and reverse osmosis install. They were thorough and professional. The gentleman who came to clean the ductwork was courteous and professional and thorough. He was there several hours working and was conscientious when I talked to him on the phone prior to his arrival. If this is read by Dor-Mar staff, could someone please send me any photos that there might have been of the job? I am curious to see the amount of cleaning that was done. Otherwise, we were very happy with the Dor-Mar employee and with the job he did. We will keep an eye on the furnace to see how the cleaning might have improved furnace performance. Thank you. We recommend both Dor-Mar and the employee who did the duct cleaning.

We have used Dor-Mar for some years now. They service our home HVAC seasonally. They also replaced our AC a few years back. Technicians are professional, kind, polite, one time, call ahead to confirm and reconfirm arrival. They are efficient and all around great.Recently, we were notified that we had a one hour balance on our service contract, we asked if they offered or knew of anyone who could snake or clear a drain in our basement. Dor-Mar had a tech they recommended alright, their own Steve who has been out a few times for routine maintenance. Steve was AWESOME. He took good care of us, was neat, efficient, and helpful. I would highly recommend him again. He was back today for fall maintenance and I asked how I could recommend him to others. Friends- he’s one of the good ones. Highly recommend! Great experience! We had a very stubborn drain clog. The technicians from Dor Mar kept working until the problem was solved. Will definitely give them a call if new problems occur.

Dor Mar has provided service for my furnace, AC and water heater for 4 1/2 years. I highly recommend Dor Mar. Special shout out to David Atha who has serviced my furnace the last two years. He is polite, respectful and always gives me a verbal summary of his findings and options when additional service is needed.

Dor Mar has done a great AC job with a challenging situation. Bad copper lines beneath a condo. Work required removal of old lines and replacement of those lines. Difficult task handled very professionally. Took several trips to finalize the work but Dor Mar stayed on top of things. Very pleased with their work!

Had a service call for our A/C unit. The problem was quickly and efficiently diagnosed and corrected. The tech was very knowledgeable and informative. He also relayed new guidelines for A/C units that have been enacted and the costs and issues that may be faced as these are phased in.

Initially I was worried because the technician arrived outside of the time window I specified (I know things happen and appointments take longer than anticipated). But after making a phone call and getting an update via phone call and after arrival, things were nothing but smooth.Steve was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the problem and got it fixed in less than 30 minutes. He explained the process and why the issue was happening. I had another plumber out to my place for a longer time and wasn’t able to fix the issue. Subtracting a star for timeliness but otherwise, great service and support. Would recommend!

We were very lucky to have Adam G. as our technician for work we needed completed on an estate sale. He listens and Hears your needs and concerns and addresses them. He is very personable, open and honest and makes sure he takes care of everything you requested. He is very knowledgeable but not arrogant in his field and he makes you feel comfortable to ask questions and it is apparent you can trust him and his recommendations. We needed work done asap and Dor-Mar made it happen! I highly recommend them! LB
