    We called Affordable Waste Services for septic tank pump out. I left a message requesting an appointment and received a prompt call back to schedule. They were able to come out to our house within just a few days. I received timely text messages and a phone call from Shane to keep me informed of the time he would be arriving to complete the job. Shane arrived when he said he would and answered my questions and provided helpful information about our septic system. He was very friendly and professional. We have a pretty steep gravel driveway that another companys truck was unable to manage but Shane was able to navigate the driveway without a problem and it was clearly not his first rodeo because he did so without causing any damage to the driveway either (nearly every other truck driver who comes down our driveway causes some amount of damage). I highly recommend this company. Thank you!

    I purchased my first home with a septic system and had issues with the septic system the second day. I called another septic pumping company that recommenced that I call Affordable Waste Services. Im definitely glad I did. The person on the phone answered all of my questions, and I had a lot of them. They had someone at my house within 1.5 hours and they had the problem fixed really quick and it was extremely affordable as their title suggests. I asked about other services and they assured me I didnt need them. They were honest, professional and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need.

    Over the past 90 days I had another company out 3 separate times to service my main sewer line that was continuing to back up on our floor. I called Afforable Waste and they came out and fixed the issue in one visit for a fraction of the estimate from the other company.     Ive known these local guys for years...and regularly recommend their services. The technicians Ive met on site have displayed a calm, confident demeanor. Professionals at clearing the most challenging drain stoppages. You can rely on them to get you out of a jam. Give them a call- slow bath drain, kitchen sink back up or the house sewer or septic system - will be relieved.

    Shane came out to help track down a sewer gas smell and we thought we found the source on the first visit, but the smell remained. He came back out with a smoker that was hooked to the sewer clean out, and within minutes we were able to immediately identify two open sources. He did a great job on both visits and was very professional and thorough. The smoker tool proved to be invaluable saving us from guessing about tearing out walls or floors to lookfor issues.

    Affordable Septic is the best septic tank service in the area; they are very honest, prompt, polite, tidy (leave no mess), and their prices are extremely reasonable. They even raked the mulch back over the septic cover when they were finished. Absolutely the best.

    Fast service, Called in the morning and Jason was there in the afternoon, check out my septic tank and got his sewer camera out and scoped the main line going to the septic tank and found the problem. Showed us on the camera what the problem was. Very knowledgeable and polite.     We started having issues with a drain backing up from a septic tank that needed pumped. I called around and only one company answered and they were several weeks out. I left voicemails with all of the other companies I found, and Affordable was the only one that returned my call. Shane was able to come out same-day for an emergency call and pump the tank out. He was incredibly polite and professional, and had some great input to help maintain the tank between cleanouts. As I told Shane, theyre gained a lifetime customer!

    We called the day before July 4th. They came out on the 4th and checked our septic drain from the house to the tank and the tank to the distribution box. Found the issue. Then came back on the 5th to replace two broken pipes. Had to dig up the yard but they completed the job and at a very reasonable price. Very nice guys and very competent.
