We needed to do a major remodeling job for a house we bought. Some friends had used Forge in the past and recommended them highly. We met with Steve and liked his experience and professionalism so we hired them. They did an amazing job and they were a pleasure to work with on the remodel. Steve had great suggestions on our remodel and was very responsive to all our questions. His entire team was great to work with. We got daily updates on our progress and we had a project manager on site each day We finished our remodel and a few weeks later we had hurricane damage. Steve was on site the next day to help us assess the damage and the next day he had his team there working on repairs. I can’t recommend Forge highly enough.

We highly recommend Steve Prado and his team at Forge Construction. They are such a pleasure to work with. We had a very bad experience with our designer and Steve was recommended to us. He Came in and saved the day. His work is impeccable. He makes himself accessible 24/7. We live out of state and he sent us a daily progress report including pictures, making us feel at ease. We worked with Forge on a major renovation to our Kitchen and Laundry Room that turned out fantastic. We greatly appreciated the tremendous attention to detail and Quality. Project oversight and leadership was great. Materials selection and construction all high quality. Patience with all kinds of questions we had during construction appreciated. As in all projects there is a final punch list of minor items, which Forge addressed. They also have great coordination with the County Inspectors and our permit was quickly closed after the project completed. We highly recommend Forge with no reservations and would absolutely do business with them again.

Steve Prado of Forge Construction is an excellent home builder. He recently built a home for us in Pine Ridge Estates, Naples FL. He was always available throughout the entire project, whether on-site or with a quick response to our phone calls. He provided helpful and meaningful suggestions regarding the construction of our home. Our home was built on time and at the agreed upon cost. Steve is a true professional. If we were to build another home, we would definitely work with Steve again.

I dont write many reviews but Steve, his brother Matt and his team of vendors and contractors are simply outstanding. We have built several homes and completed remodeling projects over the years. Forge was recommended to us by Clay at Kitchens by Clay. Seeing many disastrous projects in our neighborhood we were concerned about most general contractors. We could not be happier with the results of our major remodeling project. The many reviews posted reflect our experience with Steve. We will use the Forge Construction team again!

We have worked with Steve Prato and Forge Construction in Naples Fl for over six years to complete multiple projects. The first project was repairing significant damage from a lightning strike and the next project was building a custom 10,000 square-foot home. We are highly satisfied with Steve and his team. He is thoughtful, thorough, diligent, and fair when it comes to pricing in the luxury market. His subcontractors are very strong and it is obvious there is a high level of mutual respect within his teams. He is also our home watch company which he personally provides, and once again is responsive, fair and does a great job. Steve arrived at our home the morning after two hurricanes. If you want to work with somebody that is highly knowledgeable, high quality and will always call you back Steve Prato and Forge Construction is your team. We only have the highest praise, regards, and experiences with Forge Construction!!!

Steve and Forge Construction performed the general contractor responsibilities on a major kitchen renovation project and we could not have been more pleased. The project remained on schedule throughout and was completed in 38 days. Forge Construction had a man, Matt, on sight everyday coordinating with the subs and making sure that things got done correctly. The work areas were kept clean throughout the process and communication about the time to expect the subs was constant. They did a fabulous job!

We are just completing a major renovation with Steve Prato/Forge Construction. Included in our project were a new roof, new hurricane windows and doors, all new flooring throughout, a new kitchen, baths, laundry, pool and lanai. Steve had a full time project manager for our job, Bill, and together they work with excellent subs who completed the work in a timely manor. The quality of their work was all very good to excellent. When something did need to be corrected Steve or Bill would call them and they came back very quickly to fully rectify any concerns. I have never worked with such a responsive contractor. Whenever we texted Steve, he replied within 10 minutes (even sometimes saying “I’m in a meeting but I’ll get back to you right after” and he did!I would HIGHLY recommend Forge construction and have already referred them to several of our friend/neighbors.

I bought a newly constructed home from Forge. Prior to buying the home I checked with a couple realtors who confirmed that Forge was a high quality builder. The home inspection and warranty issues all of which were minor were all addressed immediately within a day by one of the owners Steve Prato or Jeff Perkins. I’ve had the home for 4 years now and we are so satisfied with Forge we still display their sign in front of the house. Also, Steve Prato has continued to be a helpful resource for us with any maintenance issues even though the warranty has long since expired.

We hired Forge Construction (Steve Prato) to complete an extensive renovation; all new flooring, windows, doors, kitchen, master bath, and relocating a laundry room. They were excellent to work with! We also have a home in Ohio, and were not on site daily, but were kept informed daily thru BuildTrend, including pictures. They kept to their original schedule, and we were able to move back in right on time!! Steve is great to work with; even temperament even when the unexpected issues arise as the always do with renos. Highly Recommend!!
