Wish I could give Gold Coast 6 stars. Our experience was very positive from the first time we met to the end. It was so easy to go to their show room and choose our flooring, our bath tiles and our quartz. Tiffany and Haley were awesome in helping to find sinks, faucets, mirrors, ect. Our on site visit with Tony gave us the opportunity to discuss floor plan changes. He had many great ideas. Some we went with and some we did not. We worked together to figure it all out. There were change orders made along the way. All with a phone call and printed out clearly what the added costs would be. We started out with Donato as our project manager but half way through the job Michael came onto the project. He was easy to communicate with. Always a phone call or text away. He seemed to manage any issues that came up, quickly and efficiently. We did a pretty extensive renovation. We were fortunate to have the time to make many of our selections a few months before the demo started. Gold Coast arrived Feb 15 to start demo. Over the next 6 months I must say they were there almost daily. We were able to move in on Aug 2. Gold Coast wanted to take the pool project under their umbrella. There was no pool when we bought the house and the pool guy was most difficult to communicate with and although it all turned out beautiful in the end, he was the most challenging to work with. Gold Coast also stands behind their work. All punch list items were attended to in a prompt and timely fashion. We clearly love our newly renovated home thanks to Gold Coast

We had an excellent experience with Gold Coast Renovation.Every step of the process was an experience of great quality. Communication with every team member was quick and always expressed to the whole team. The team helped with choosing every design aspect of our renovation. From tile to countertops, flooring to appliances, and lighting and to plumbing fixtures. They also designed and installed a “smart home”.Huge shoutout to Tony C, Tony B, Haylee, Brittnee, Joey, Chris, and John. Your help and expertise made our transition from a vacation home to a forever home seamless.Our renovation was completed when they predicted completion. We had the opportunity to pop in during various stages of the renovation, as we were up north during construction. We saw many stages of the construction , and we were very impressed with the quality of work and the cleanup at the end of each day.We are so very pleased with our new home.It was such a great experience working with Gold Coast.

My wife and I decided to redo our Kitchen and extend the back of our 4 year old house in Fl . We wanted a more useful and efficient kitchen layout and our formal dining room was not where we wanted it to be. The purpose of the extension was to create a dining room next to the kitchen with a view of the natural scenery of water and palms in back of our house. It was a major project so we took some time selecting a contractor. We heard horror stories about contractors in this area of Fl . We selected Gold Coast and are we very glad we did. They did a great job in every detail of the construction. From barricaded the rest of the house from the debris of tear down early on in the project to fine finish points. Their construction manager was at our house every day, and provided information we wanted in real time. When a warranty issue came up with name brand hardware they promptly acted on it. If you have a project that requires skill and supervision from a contractor, I strongly recommend you consider Gold Coast. If I have another project I know who I will pick, Gold Coast.

Gold Coast Renovations is by far the best renovation and construction firm I have ever worked with! They managed the whole project while we were away for the summer without bothering us with the small details but contacting us for any questions or big decisions we needed to make. The perfect balance. We had a little bit of a delay with the permitting process but that was not in their control. Once permitted we were good to go and all went very smoothly and came out SO MUCH BETTER that I could have imagined. I would definitely work with Tony and Tony :) Again.

We decided to completely renovate our house and expand our kitchen and living space. We took the time to review proposals from 3 different contractors and ended up selecting Gold Coast Renovations for our project and could not be happier. What made them different from the others was that Tony had vision. He could see improvements to our floorplan and layout that even we had not considered including adding a full 3rd bath and turning our guest room into a full en suite, not to mention giving us the kitchen of our dreams.The whole process with them was a very pleasant one regarding the planning, the contractors they worked with, the communication and the follow up on the scope. We were staying in our neighbors house through the whole project and every night we would pop over to see what had been done and the work area was always picked up, swept, and left clean and neat. It was amazing considering just about every wall in the house was either taken down or moved and even the ceiling was opened up. We started our project in February just as Covid hit and they still worked diligently. I do not think there were more than 2 or 3 days where no one was at the house working during the entire 6-month project, there was always someone there. Gold Coast really strives for a high quality of work and it shows. We also must give a real shoutout to our Project Manager, Adam. He did an awesome job following up with the teams, always there when needed and a hard worker getting things done himself many times in a high quality way, always checking in to make sure we were happy.When you are looking for a partner in building and/or remodeling your house Gold Coast is a great partner. They do what they promise, their craftmanship is of a high standard, they follow and stay on plan, their communication is honest and direct, their partners on the job were all outstanding and no surprises!Great quality, they get things done, they stay on plan and they are just a great group of people, what more could you ask for?Thank you Tony and the team for the outstanding result. We have the most awesome house!

Overwhelmingly happy! Tony and the entire Gold Coast team are more than 5 stars! We were out of state for the renovation and we had complete confidence that a great job was being done. Gold Coasts use of Builder Trend software helped us track and see progress and budgeting. We worked with the team from the moment we purchased our condo until the finishing touches were done. Tony, Joey, Brittnee, Hayley, Melanie and Mike helped navigate us through a challenging HOA approval, permitting, architectural changes, design selections and actual construction. Fabulous from start to finish!

Two years ago, we began looking for a reputable company who could do a small remodel project for us - originally we were hoping to redesign and remodel two bathrooms. From the beginning, Gold Coast was professional and creative. Tony and Joey helped us see possibilities within our condo which we had not seen - the closing of a door and the moving of our laundry room were just the beginning of what ended up being a larger project than we originally set about doing. We better utilized spaces, Gold Coast was willing to use some original materials to help us save on cost, and, 6 months later, we have a more usable, efficient and beautiful space than we dreamed of having. And, I havent even mentioned the actual work: our onsite project manager was completely can-do and the subs who work with Gold Coast reflect Tonys desire for professionalism and perfectionism. Michael, our project manager, worked through every detail and punch list item with the same energy at the end that he did at the beginning. We are so grateful to have found Gold Coast. We highly recommend them!

Gold Coast is a visionary and quality renovation general contractor. If you a seeking a one stop destination from design to completion this is the place to come to. I contacted Gold Coast to renovate my condo which had not been updated since it was built almost 30 years ago. Gold Coast listened to my design ideas and came up with a concept that was implemented to perfection. This is a contractor that you do not need to micromanage. They truly have their clients best interests in mind and take pride their work. The Gold Coast Team was genuinely excited about my project. I did a complete renovation- totally gutted the place and did the ever room in the condo. Gold Coast uses quality materials and hires competent subcontractors. The workmanship from the subs was exceptional. If you are living remotely they will keep you updated on the progress of your project. Gold Coast will also design and implement smart home features - I let them talk me into this and im glad i did. The comfort , convenience and design of my condo is amazing. I want to stress that they took my ideas and created a design that expounded on and improved the basic concept I had. Give Gold Coast a try they truly do an amazing job.

I have been a customer of Gold Coast Renovations & Repair for the past 10 years here in Naples, FL. They have done many project I wanted big or small at a fair price and excellent results. This past summer we had extensive water damage to our condo. Within a half hour of our being made aware Tony Cusano was contacted and at our property to begin with the water remediation, bringing with him the crew and equipment to get the water damage under control. This was just the start of getting our condo. back in shape for out return in the fall. He spent a week with us helping most of all with dealing with the Insurance Company claim for our loss. His knowledge of dealing with the Insurance was over and above what one would expect of a contractor. During that week we were able to put a renovation plan together with recommended changes to our floor plan and fixtures to bring our property value up immensely. The staff on the job site were all skilled in the many trades used to complete our project on time as scheduled and promised. This was also being done at the same time as losses from hurricane Irma were bringing demands upon Gold Coast for their service. We were not forgotten. Tony even gave my wife and I Gold Coast T shirts, which we proudly wear. Dont look anywhere else but Gold Coast Renovations.

Simply beautiful work on our home by Gold Coast! A new kitchen, a new master bath, a stunning wine closet, a morning bar- and all done with a personal level of attention that made us feel like real customers. Tony and Tony attended to every detail including the selections all the way through to the cleanup. Then they came back and did my outdoor kitchen- equally attractive! Not easy to get real craftsmanship in woodwork, tile design, and lighting. They did it all so thoughtfully! And involved us in every decision. Thanks guys!

Having done several renovations finding Gold Coast was the best thing ever. They gave us a very detailed estimate. Every change we made we were able to see exactly the original cost and the revised cost. They have a huge selection of flooring, counter tops and cabintery. If they don’t have it, they will find it for you. Each crew member from the framers to the finish carpenters were easy to work with, knowlegabe and extremely professional. We always reccomend this company to our friends because we believe in the integrity of the owners and their staff and the high quality of their craftmanship.

The renovation project that Gold Coast renovation preformed for us was the most difficult project. They preformed the imposible in a 40 plus year old high rise building during Covid restrictions with an unusually high occupancy in residence. Needed construction materials were hard to get and long deliveries were common. We were very happy with the final product and would highly recommend this company.

We chose this company after doing extensive research on renovators in the Naples area. With Gold Coast their show room is the place to start; they have hundreds of samples, plus examples of their excellent work and you will find inspiration for your personalized project. Their craftsmanship and professionalism is evident in everything they create. Their team did everything for the renovation of two bathrooms and the kitchen in our condo including, flooring, electrical, plumbing, cabinets, tiling, vanities, sinks, hardware and lighting. We had a special request for a new type of countertop and they were able to source and install it. After a site visit by Tony Cusano for accurate measurements and layout we were ready to talk price-point. Tony prepared a detailed proposal that allowed us to go line by line and find the efficiencies. He had high end and mid-line cabinets and vanities - everything was quality with room for compromise - and we were able to make the choices about where we wanted to spend our money for the greatest impact with a lot of very helpful input from Tony. Needless to say his price was very, very competitive. We were doing most of this from out of the country but Tony always promptly replied to emails or phone calls, and most often was able to come to the phone immediately. When the work started he was diligent about sending us progress photos and always discussed changes or improvements with us before implementing them. His time lines were tight - and he met them! When we arrived on site we were impressed with the fact that there was always a foreman there and the job site was kept orderly and cleaned at the end of each day. With a few design flourishes like a tiled back-splash for the kitchen and bar area added at Tonys suggestion, the result was incredibly satisfying and beautiful. Mr. Cusano was as good as his word and sent contractors back to fix a few minor things after our inspection. We now enjoy our updated condo and look forward to getting the added value out of it when (or IF, now that we love it so much) we sell!

We are snow birds from the Toronto area and have owned a home in Naples Florida since 2010. It has been a home away from home for all of our family and friends since that time. In November of 2015 we arrived at our home with friends to prepare for a family reunion. On opening the door to the condo we were hit by the obvious smell of black mold and pools of stagnant water sitting on the floor throughout the condo. Every piece of furniture and all of the appliances were destroyed.One phone call to Tony at Gold Coast Renovations had him at the residence within minutes. Tony, whose company specialized in mold and water damage as well as renovations was able to asses the extent of the damage. Unfortunately our home was totaled; but as with any occurrence the devil was in the details.In our instance insurance coverage was denied to our HOA. Tony having experience and expertise in these matters had his specialist in insurance submissions Jesse examine the property and the origins of the specific plumbing problems that had caused the damage. Jesse then provided written assistance to our lawyer. To make a long story short the claim first denied, was in fact later accepted.Phase one completed we began the process of rebuilding our home with the assistance of all of the members of Gold Coast and their employees and tradesmen. Everything was detailed in a comprehensive written estimate. It would be easy to say that the job proceeded without incident, but the complex nature of the total restoration and renovation was made more complicated by our location in Canada.On one occasion a subcontractor failed to meet the expectations of my wife and I with regards to a major component of the restoration. This was brought to the attention of Tony, the owner of Gold Coast Renovations. All of the decision makers attended at the job site promptly with us and reviewed the installation. The matter was resolved to our complete satisfaction.The home we lost was made whole again, for all of us who enjoy our time in Naples. We simply could not have completed this Herculean task without the all hands on deck approach of the Tonys and their staff at Gold Coast Renovations.We would not hesitate to use this company for any future work required, or recommend them to any family or friends requiring work.Special mention toTony BRUNO, Tony CUSANO, Melanie CUSANO, Jesse LOYMichael G.

I cannot say enough about the experience we received by using Gold Coast Renovations for our condo remodel. We were only in for a few days and Tony came over and discussed our plans and ideas. We had to leave early to go back up north but he opened his showroom on the weekend so we could go over all the design concepts and pick out all our cabinets, counters, colors etc.....he put together great schemes that really worked well in our space.Adam, who was the onsight manager was great in explaning everything that was going on while we were away and kept us up to date on what was happening.
