    We recently, finally, had our beautiful home finished by Nova homes. I say finally because it took a while, but it was worth the wait. It wasnt Novas fault it took so long, just the time we were going through during construction. The house is done and we are extremely happy. From Frank the owner to Geo who helped a lot, Eric who we worked on getting started with to Dan who was the project manager and Dan was AWESOME!. Nova is very easy to work with and they are very accommodating. If you are looking to have a home built in the Naples, Marco Island area, I highly recommend Nova Homes!

    This is the second home weve built and the first time with Nova Homes. What first drew us to Nova Homes was the reasonable price. Although they have a really good selection of plans, this was a custom guesthouse and Frank helped us in design particulars from beginning to end. Regarding the building process, we were really impressed with the workmanship and the management. Frank holds the contractors to high standards and it is notable in the finished product. We love our new Dream home and plan to have Nova Homes build an addition on the main house in the future.

    I recently moved into my home built by Nova Homes. I could not be happier with the house and the whole experience. Any time I called with a question, they were always very prompt and accommodating. The owner of the company is very meticulous and it shows in the finished homes. The home is exactly the way I wanted it. My house was almost completed when hurricane Irma hit and there was no damage whatsoever. I would recommend Nova Homes to anyone interested in building their dream home!

    After many countless hours of researching local and reputable contractors we finally came across Frank at Nova Homes. I have to admit we are not the easiest of clients, but Frank entertained us with countless meetings to review and explain every detail. This was extremely refreshing for us since we had little to no experience in this field. With the help and direction of Frank our condo turned out to be more than we could have ever imagined.     I selected Nova Homes of South Florida to build my home in 2016 and I highly recommend them to anyone interested in New Home Construction. Frank (the owner) gave me a fair price on a small home built on Isles of Capri. The entire process went smooth, Even after Irma. Any questions I had were answered immediately, as well as someone at the office to speak to. We worked together on upgrades, designs and new ideas in his (new at the time) showroom. I was impressed with the modern kitchen and bath elements the showroom had to choose from. Currently, I work on Marco Island and I see New Construction signs popping up every week with Nova Homes logo on them. If you have any questions about using Nova Homes of South Florida just look at the market. It speaks for itself!

    We just moved full time to our house built by Nova Homes in Marco Island right after Hurricane Irma hit. We were delighted to find that we had no damage, no water infiltration and even our pool cage was fully intact! Only minor vegetation loss and one screen blown off! We are very pleased the quality of construction of our Nova home and would without hesitation recommend them as a builder.

    After looking at over 20 houses to buy and unsuccessfully making an offers on several of those, I decided to build a house. I started to shop around for a land and a builder at the same time. Spoke with 5 different builders in Naples/Fort Myers area. After a meeting with Frank at Nova Homes, I left with a positive feeling of assurance and trust that I couldnt find in any of the other builders. He offered something that no other builder would offer, and that was to patiently listen to the customer wishes and requests and make them happen. On several occasions he came with me to help me find the right piece of land. After we sign the contract he patiently waited for me to get my loan approved. After we started the construction process, we worked together every step of the way. I am a very OCD and picky person, but Frank exceeded my expectations. After living in the new house for more than 6 months I couldnt be happier that I chose Nova Homes of South Florida to build my dream home. To this day, I get calls from Nova Homes on a regular basis, asking if I am happy with my house and if there is anything they can do for me. Working in hospitality and customer service industry for many years I know what an excellent customers service means and I can say that Nova Homes exceeded my expectations of an excellent customer service and quality. I highly recommend this builder.

    We made a good choice when we picked Nova to build our new home in Naples. Good quality materials and excellent workmanship. We had a few concerns along the way but Nick and Frank answered our questions and took care of things in a prompt and efficient manner. Even after closing they promptly fixed a few minor thing that popped up.We upgraded to some quite expensive quartz countertops and their installers were up to the task...great work.

    I am a subcontractor working with Nova Homes for two years now. I do all their land clearing for new constructions. I’ve never gotten any complaints from the neighbors of the lots I’ve worked on. I’ve never had problems with getting paid for my services. Nova Homes of South West Florida has always issued my checks on time. Very respectful company!

    As a real estate investor it is extremely challenging to find a builder who is willing to take the time to review proposals, offer sound advice and produce an end product that wows even the most select clients. We are currently under construction on our 8th project with Nova Homes and look forward to many more Thank you Frank and the rest of the Nova Homes team. Job WELL DONE!

    Finding a builder was the hardest thing for me. I went all over town looking for a great one couldn’t find one. I can never forget that day I decided to stop by Nova homes office. That was the best day of my life, all my questions were answered. My anxiety level went from 10 to 0. The staff there are great( Frank, Nick and everybody else there). I’m not the best client, but they are great. If you are looking to build your custom look no further, Nova home it is. Thank you so much Frank for everything you did for me.     We are extremely happy with our Nova Home Build (The Islamorada). Frank, Nick, Yackeline were ALWAYS very nice, friendly, helpful and informative.     We are subcontracted by Nova Homes Of South Florida. We have worked together for various years as we are the sub contractor for the pool construction. We are paid in a timely manner and have never had any issues getting payment from them. They run a very professional and ethical business and the owner is very involved in all the work that is going on in the field.

    My wife and I finally decided after many years of brutally cold Wisconsin winters to relocate to sunny Naples and are getting ready to break ground on our new home with Nova Homes. Being that we have built several homes in Wisconsin we are not unfamiliar with the hurtles of new construction. After meeting with several local builders we were finding it difficult to relay to them exactly what we were envisioning for our new home. There were some builders that were extremely reluctant to make any changes to their existing plans however that was until we spoke with Nick at Nova Homes. Nick was referred to us by a close friend that told us that Nova Homes had a great reputation and we should definitely consider them as our builder. From our first meeting with Nick I knew we had found our builder. Nick listened to my wife and I ramble on about our visions and he even went as far as to hand sketch a rough idea for our floor plan which I thought was very impressive. Thus far the process has been terrific and my wife and I our very happy with our decision to have Nova Homes be our builder.
