    We were looking to finally get rid of our 1996 laminate countertops and had several people refer us to Rock Solid. From the moment we stepped into the showroom, we knew we were in great hands. Manny was familiar with our particular model of home and was able to assist us in finding just the right countertops and sinks. The gentleman who came out to create the template was professional and knowledgeable. On the day of our installation, the Rock Solid team headed up by Mayolo certainly lived up to the name “rock solid.” We could not have asked for a more seamless and smooth installation. They were timely, courteous and worked diligently to leave us with a beautiful finished product. We are beyond pleased and would highly recommend Rock Solid to anyone looking to update their home in an efficient and economically reasonable manner.

    In Mid September of this year, Rock Solid Countertops & More in Naples, FL replaced all of our kitchen countertops with beautiful Gold Mist Quartz and they gave us a new sink too. They also made a matching quartz top for a cabinet of ours. They were wonderful! They were very precise and had great attention to detail! They were reasonably priced and the job was completed in one day. I highly recommend them.

    What a wonderful experience from the minute we entered their doors through the minute they left through our front door. Beautiful bathroom countertops were professionally installed. Their employees were always kind, knowledgeable, and supremely talented. We also had two seams in our kitchen countertops repaired. These countertops were not installed by Rock Solid, but they fixed the seams to look like new. Do yourself a favor, save the time and effort of shopping. Just go to Rock Solid Granite in Naples!

    Rock Solid just finished replacing our countertops and island top. Their workmanship, attention to detail, scheduling, and cleanup was impeccable.     We decided to go with Rock Solid because of a recommendation from a friend we were not disappointed. Marco and the crew were very professional and exceeded our expectations. The fabricators put a lot of thought into how the stone piece flowed and worried more about how it will look and less about the bottom line. The installers were on time, clean and very skilled at their craft. Found a small scratch on center island and Hugo sent out a technician the next business day to buff it out. It looks fantastic and we are very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone and will not hesitate to use them again.

    I cant say enough good things about Rock Solid. We had initially searched other businesses, but Rock Solid had more choices and better prices.We found a piece and had the granite installed for our outdoor kitchen. A week later a stress fracture appeared. We called expecting to have a debate with the owner but they sent someone out within a week and verified the crack. Hugo told us to come in and pick out any other piece we wanted, never stating we had to stay within a certain price range. We found a gorgeous piece that we love even more than the first. The installers came out to remove the old and put in the new piece. They were friendly, respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves. The guys really seemed to love their jobs and had fun with each other.The next day Manny called to see how the installation went and if we were happy with the results.Hugo was the best! He clearly cares about his customers and wants to make them happy. We are thrilled with the product and service given to us and would HIGHLY recommend Rock Solid to anyone who wants a quality product at the best price and great service.

    Update: The countertops we purchased a year ago had to be removed by our contractors to replace the cabinets underneath. They surprisingly all came off in one piece, but a smaller piece broke when it fell on our garage floor. Hugo and Justin were very understanding and helped me find the perfect piece to match our existing countertops. Im so thankful for the courteous staff at Rock Solid and how they went above and beyond to help me, again!Fantastic selection, helpful staff, great prices!     After looking at outdoor kitchens places and not finding a simple bar at a reasonable price, I went to see Hugo at Rock Solid to see if he could build a solid granite bar for me in the simple design I had. Hugo worked with me to pick the granite and refine the design. The price was just a little more than a standard free standing straight polywood bar that I saw. I passed on that one because even though the price was good I really wanted an upscale L-shaped bar. Two weeks later I had my bar just as I pictured it. Thank you Hugo. It is beautiful. I will definitely consider adding the granite bar rail and/or foot rail after the bar stools I ordered arrive and I have a chance to use the bar. I have used Rock Solid for over 5 different projects now and every job has been done quickly and right. I have also recommended them to friends whoever were very happy.

    Follow up to my comments below...They redeemed themselves. They called yesterday to confirm the appointment this morning. Rock Solids technicians did a great job, they were thorough and tried very hard to be neat considering cutting granite is a messy job no matter what you do. A Supervisor showed up as they were nearing completion to ensure that I was satisfied. Much better.Thank you.++++++Had an appointment today to have counter work done. Since I hadnt heard from anyone I called to find out what time they would be here. I was told that the appointment was changed until tomorrow. Nobody called to discuss this with me. I now need to move other appointments with short notice since I wasnt given the courtesy of a call in advance to discuss. I need to have this done soon to have an appliance installed that is sitting in my living room.They take your money right away when you schedule the appointment. That they are good at, communicating and keeping appointments not so much.Really unimpressive customer service so far. Well see how it goes from here, updates to follow.

They were even accommodating to our numerous scheduling changes. After Hurricane Ian we had multiple kitchens to renovate. I was very surprised to find that we could upgrade to granite for a great price and they include a free sink. We have done 3 kitchens so far and plan to use Rock Solid for 2 more.

They were extremely professional in every aspect from me gathering quotes, them measuring for the template, and right down to the awesome installers, they get a perfect score!     This operation is so organized and went so Smoothly. I’ve been involved in construction projects for 35 years. I went to Rock Solid spent 45 minutes there picked out a countertop of quartzite. Fernando said we will measure it February 19 And install it March 4. Amazing that they could stick to that schedule. They also said included in the price they would cut down the two-level bar height, countertop, and send an electrician to move the outlets. Then they said I’d need a plumber to disconnect the sink and then reconnect it the same day and I said well I don’t know anybody that I could get to do that. Oh no problem we’ll send the plumber.That was an additional charge, but it’s just unbelievable that they have everything at their fingertips and it looks amazing

    Very pleased with the countertops from Rock Solid. My wife and I were remodeling the kitchen and we stopped into Rock Solid to see what our options were. We found a beautiful piece of granite that matched our color scheme perfectly. The complete process was easy and they were on time to both the template and install appointments. I had some requests and left notes taped to the wall above where I wanted holes for pop-up outlets with measurements. I had less than a half inch room for error and they were spot on. They are 5 stars all the way!American Faucet, the plumber they coordinated with was way overpriced - be careful. YOU are responsible for the plumber - get a quote up front or your bill may be a surprise. They dont accept credit card payments and asked that our check be made out to cash??Rock Solid is a well-oiled machine! Starting with our sales representative, her same day quote, scheduling, designing, special ordering the quartz we selected, cutting down our high bar, staying on schedule, to completion and even checking to see if we were happy afterward, Rock Solid performed like Super Stars.This project updated our home to look like new. Were very happy with Rock Solid!

    Rock Solid is an excellent company. They have a tremendous selection of granite and quartzite. My wife Gina and I had the good fortune of meeting Hugo Vargas, the owner, on our first visit there. He spent a considerable amount of time with us helping us pick the right pieces of quartzite for our kitchen remodel. He also made sure we were completely satisfied with the finished product. When we had an issue with one slab he did not hesitate to replace it. We felt the pricing was very fair and reasonable. We highly recommend Rock Solid.

    These guys are the best! Our salesperson Tio in Port Charlotte spent the time with us to make sure we got the slab we liked and even had some brought in from the Naples store so we could make a better choice. The installers were polite, did a great job and made sure we were happy before they left even though it was 7:30 in the evening. Dont shop anywhere else if you want a great piece of stone and quality workmanship.

    Very nice quartz countertop and high quality install. They did a great job with the seam. Installers had to navigate a flight of stairs carrying a very heavy piece of granite, and they did it without damaging any walls or the countertop.My only minor complaint is scheduling. When they set the schedule, they provided me a target week for install, so I had to be available Monday through Friday. Then I was given 24 hour notice during the target week. It would have been much better to have a specific day to plan for. Even if they could have done that on previous week.

    Let me tell you about my experience at rock solid their staff was very knowledgeable very friendly I was asked several times I have been helped and if I have any questions to ask. My salesman was Eric. Rock solid has the largest selection by far. And their pricing was very fair. My templater was Danny and he was very helpful in pointing out good ways of laying out the stone that way I can see the full potential of the graining and the patterns. Wilson was my installer very kind they cleaned up after themselves and I enjoy them being in my home. Overall Rock Solid rock the granite world.

    I was recommended to this company by someone and I didnt even read the reviews until after. Despite some negative reviews I had a positive experience with rock solid. Within 2 weeks I had template done and installation. The granite came with zero seams despite them thinking we might need 2 seams! I was very pleased with whole experience except the part where they never called me to schedule install they just picked a date. Dave my sales guy was able to get it fixed, but overall it was a great experience. I was onsite whole time and made sure holes were perfect size to fit faucet, R/O and diaper dispenser. Only complaint is one of my corner cabinets was broken and they did fix it but once they put that granite on and had to slide it the cabinet broke again.This cabinet is in the corner and I was able to get under to pull it together enough to get my shelf to fit again.

    Great experience from the very beginning to the end. Erick was our sales manager and a pleasure to work with. He was very patient and helped guide us in the right direction for our budget. Rock solid worked with us on template and install date as we had to change several times due to cabinet delays.     I’m updating my review due to the fact that Carlos came thru and took care of the problem described below. He stood by the fact that it was their fault by not communicating the issue of replacing the outlet covers and ensuring everything was working properly. He contacted us the first thing the next morning and arranged to have an electrician at our house to fix the problem. The electrician was there as promised and handled everything. Don’t be afraid to hire them to do your granite work. They did beautiful work and were easy to work with. We had an unfortunate experience that was due to the neglect of the installer, not Rock Solid itself. In the end Carlos came thru with flying colors and we are back to everything working as it should. Below is my original review.We contracted with Rock Solid to install granite countertops/backsplash in our kitchen. They came and did the template and told us they would do the countertop install on 24 Oct 2019 and the backsplash install on 28 Oct 2019. On 24 Oct, the installer had a flat tire on I-75 and the install was pushed to 25 Oct. On 28 Oct they returned to do the backsplash install. Electrical outlet covers had to be removed, which they did. Upon completion, we were told they could not put them back on because they needed longer screws and didnt have any. They also neglected to tell us one of the outlets sparked, which triggered the breaker controlling 3 outlets and the microwave. We had another appointment and did not have time to check the outlets. When we got back home we noticed the microwave was not on and the ceiling fan lights did not work. Upon checking the breaker, we were unable to reset the one controlling the outlets, ceiling fan and the microwave. I had already given a check for the remainder of the job. I called Rock Solid and spoke to three people. I was told someone would be at our house that evening to fix it. No one showed up. I am in the process of stopping payment on the check and they will not be paid until this issue is repaired. The countertops and backsplash look wonderful, but we should have been informed of the other issues so they could of been taken care of. Now we have to wait until the next day to call Rock Solid back to see when they will be fixing the problem. The reason for the 2-star review was because of the lack of communication from the installer who created the problem and the managers at Rock Solid for not following thru on making it right. Once the issue is fixed a new check will be issued for the remainder of the job, minus the cost of the stop payment. This could have been avoided if we had been informed of what had happened. In my opinion they need to have an electrician and plumber on staff. We had to pay a plumber additional funds to disconnect and re-connect the sink because Rock Solid does not handle it. Before you contract with them, get all the specifics as to what they do and dont do. Do not pay the final installment until you are sure everything is done properly. We are very disappointed in the lack of caring by the managers.

    ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!We moved to SWF almost two years ago, from Wisconsin. I have to say the work ethics here are far less than you would ever find in the Midwest. One big exception to this is ROCK SOLID!!!We cannot say enough about this company and their employees!!We remodeled our kitchen and installed cabinets made by the Amish in Wisconsin. When we were ready to have our countertops installed, we researched 4 different companies. The lowest prices we received were from companies with very limited inventory. The highest price we received was from a company who advertises regularly on television. Their estimate was over 2 times higher than Rock Solid. Again, we could not find anything that was really appealing.We worked with Vito, who is very attentive and personable. While walking around their yard, we found a piece of granite that was exactly what we were looking for.After completing the ordering process, we couldnt wait to have this beautiful stone carved and installed.The couple who templates the countertops for Rock Solid, came exactly when they promised and were so very helpful with suggestions and recommendations.     Rock solid countertop& more wow... Selection is Fantastic the staff was polite. I had the owner as my sales representative. English is not my first Language we spoke in spanish made it much easier for me to explain what I needed. There price is hard to beat and Im from Miami thats not eazy to compete with. The whole process was eazy and enjoyable the end result I am very happy and would recommend Rock Solid to all my friends and famliy.
