My dad is reluctant to hire a new service provider because he has been using the same local service people since the beginning of our business. When our regular electrical company went on vacation, I decided to hire Bates Electric and sought my dads approval. He wasnt happy about it but agreed since we didnt have any other options. Bates Electric came to our factory for the first time, and they did a great job in a short amount of time. My dad was pleased with their service.

Ryan was amazing today! We have had an ongoing electrical issue in our main bedroom but we are rarely here for long enough to figure out the issue. I called Bates and Ryan had it solved within 5 minutes. Issue resolved and I only wish we would have called earlier.Bates has done a few other projects in the past for us and we are always super happy with their work and their response. I cant recommend them enough!

Bates Electric just provided us with exceptional service. We needed an outlet put in for an microwave and some other odd and end things checked for us. Alex Henry was very patient and explained everything to my mother and myself throughly. This is our 2nd time using Bates. Our first time, they did the electrical work for a pool heater. We have been very pleased with their work and showing up early in the day and on time!

I called Bates electric to install two ceiling fans. They were able to accommodate a request to install the fans quickly and sent I have a I have an apple their technician, Ryan Hamby.Ryan did a great job of taking down the old fans and installing the new ones. He also helped replace a fluorescent light in the laundry room.He knew what he was doing and was pleasant and fast with his work.I highly recommend him and Bates electric.

I had an issue with the water heater not heating up. We had the water heater tank replaced with a new one and once again still not heating up! We had bates come out, and Ryan, the electrician, found out it was the wiring in the cable itself that was not working. He replaced it with a new one. Thank God for his expertise, and I got my water heater tank working again! Now I can take a shower after 2 weeks without hot water. Instead of heating up every day and with a bucket to take shower. Thank you, Ryan, from bates Electric! Great job!

Our electrician was Ryan here in Fort Myers. He arrived on time and quickly went to work to analyze a very complex problem with her GFI’s he worked until the problem was resolved to our satisfaction. The results leave us with a safe system, and all plugs functioning well. Ryan was very friendly and polite, and answered all of our questions. If I need electrical work again, I will certainly call Bates and ask for Ryan to do it.

I had Bates install some electrical things in my home and fix something in the box that kept causing all the power to go out in half my home randomly – I don’t know electrical stuff well. Very very reasonable price for the amount of work that they performed and the job seems to be holding up well since I haven’t lost power since.
