    Glen and his helper Tyler were very efficient, he assessed my plumbing problem. He got the tools needed to fix slow drain and fixed it. He also told me what to do if this happens again. He left everything nice and neat. I will call Summers again for any heating or plumbing needs!

    Drew was amazing! Very courteous and polite. He got the drain unclogged in a timely manner. He also made friends with my cat Finley. They had a good time hanging out while Drew worked. Drew offered to take Finley home after he tried to get in his van 😅 20/10 would recommend Drew for any plumbing needs.

    As nice as the first plumber was, Initially we were misquoted and also given a false diagnosis on our water heater, but when I talked to management they did make it right by sending someone out to do everything for us to fix it the issue. Justin McManus was absolutely wonderful, professional, friendly and thorough. He was here till after dark and during a snow storm and smiled the whole time. This guy needs a promotion for sure, because of him and his service we went from a bad experience to a great one. Thank you Justin, my kids and my husband and I sincerely appreciate all your hard work and hope you are rewarded for it!

    10-24-24Justin did a furnace maintenance today. He was friendly and courteous. He did a good job. He was also able to resolve a problem I was concerned about from a central air unit I purchased from Summers this summer. I thank him kindly! I have hired Summers quite a few times over past years for plumbing, furnace and central air. All of the service guys do a good job.

    Ryan did an excellent job. I have been very happy with all the work Summer Plumbing has done for me. The work Ryan did was under the warranty, it was done without any questions asked. I appreciate a business that stands behind their work. It was a minor issue that could have happened to anyone that was not related to the excellent plumbing work performed.

    I want to Thank all the plumbers that came to my house in Dunkirk. I had about five different plumbers come the last one was the supervisor and they all did amazing. I would recommend them to anyone that has plumbing or sewer issues. They got mine fixed. Mine was a challenge because the sewer wasn’t going the direction. It should’ve been going, but it’s all good now they fixed it all and I am so happy if you need any plumbing or sewer done, please contact Summers they will do you right

    So informative. Very helpful how he takes before and after pictures. He is very young, BUT works towards quality, is thorough, double-checks his work (famous measure twice; cut once motto ).     Eric Petteras and his partner did a complete remove and Install inside and outside unit very professional his helper and he works as a good team a continus movement very fine work and very considerate of customers house and needs.Another reason I am happy I went with Summers after install last week was working fine this morning had a hiccup and furnace would start but shutdown called Summers the office staff took my information and assured me they would work to get someone out Jeffrey Styche came out listened to my explanation of problem started checking on code found that when unit was built a vacuum hose had been pinched and that was causing the problem repaired and unit came online and started heating house back up. Thank you Summers for having a good team in place.

    After cleaning our ducts I recommended Summers to my brother who had a flawless experience. We experienced a hiccup during the cleaning process, I know people can make mistakes, for me its how a company handles it, in this case when I informed Kyle of my concern he said how can we make you happy?, this is the response of a company who cares about their customers. I presented what I thought was fair and Kyle said no problem. In the end we we were very happy with their service, I waited to write this review till after they completed my brothers duct cleaning that went as expected. My brother thanked me for the referral so we will be using Summers in the future because they care about the customer. Thank you Kyle.

    Technicians are always great and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and do good work. However the prices are astronomical. They are 24/7 if you need help in an emergency. They replaced our well pump late at night and on a weekend. Great work but your going to pay for it.

    Michael McDonald used such tenacity when trying to figure out the reason for our low water pressure problem. He squeezed into our crawl space filled with cobwebs over and over doggedly persisting down every path till he finally found the problem and the solution. He has 20 years of experience and he uses it to pinpoint problems. We cant thank him enough for all his knowledgeable and determination. Plus! Hes a really Great guy!

    Tad was our technician today for our yearly air conditioning tune up! He arrived on time. He presented himself very well and I felt comfortable with him in our home. He took my entire air conditioning unit apart and cleaned it very well. He took before and after videos of my unit and sent them to my wife and I. Upon my surprise he even came into the home and checked air flow and made sure the blower motor and furnace filter was clean.Thank you tad, as well as summers!

    Kaleb came out with a trainee (I didnt get his name 🤦‍♂️) to do our yearly plumbing inspection. We have a lot of water flowing with 5 bathrooms and the other essentials, but both of these service reps checked everything out, made sure to account for ALL brands, model numbers, sizes, any issues noticed, and what I appreciate more than anything.... knowledgeable info for my reference (priceless homeowner tips), items that are questionable, different scenarios that can arise with said equipment and honest suggestions. They both made friendly conversation and was professional and respectful like ALL of Summers Team! Based on Kalebs and (New Guy 🤦‍♂️) suggestions we have scheduled a Water Heater and Water Softener replacement soon. Any home maintenance outside my realm always gets the Summers call! So, if youre in need of any home service dont hesitate to reach out to Kaleb, (plumbing), Michael (heating and air) or the friendly and professional dispatchers @ Summers a call!P.S.     Before and after. Two toilets connected with tee laying on side, second floor toilet would not flush properly. New set up is done correctly with added venting for second floor toilet. Fourth floor toilet has its own vent. Nice job guys.

    I had 3 managers come and install my water heater. They were amazing. It was late and probably later than they normally work but they were so professional and definitely went above and beyond. I will use Sommers for all my plumbing and heating and cooling needs in the future. I highly recommend Sommers.

    Jim Steger had to come in and rewire the work that the installers did to make our heat pump work. The installers fried the transformer to our boiler, so now they have to order a new one before we can have that type of heat. We have some heat for tonight, and we appreciate Jim coming out after hours to help with our heat. Wed like Jim to come back and put in the new transformer because he seems to know what he is doing.Fyi.... we also had to have 2 other guys come out after the air conditioner was installed because it wasnt draining correctly. They came out and had to adjust the angle of the drain pipe. Them a day later, it still wasnt working, so they came back and had to put a plug on top so the drainage would flow properly.

    Dan is “The Man” when it comes to boiler (hot water) heating! He arrived inside the window as promised. He got to work, checking out our system and replacing an important thermocoupler, and then tested it to make sure it kicked off appropriately. We chatted about what we are going to do once he retires; he said he is trying to make sure others know how to service these types of setups. We sure hope so!

    Great service arrived when thay said they would. checked everything could not find the problem but showed met what to look for before reseting so we dont have to go without heat so they would be able to track the problem down. seams to be working well now ill give it a few weeks and then revisit this sight to inform how it came out

    Had some trouble with the system we got installed a few years back. Jared B. was on call and quickly came to the rescue. He was polite and knowledgeable.Previous review:We used to have radiant ceiling heat and after some ceiling damage, needed a new system put in quickly. Summers was awesome from top to bottom. It’s hard to sell me and I’ve always already done my homework. As a matter of fact I rejected one company solely on the grounds I didn’t like the guys pants or the way he greeted me and my sister. But these guys and especially Tyler are absolutely top notch. Above and beyond in every category. They ticked every box from their initial estimate to the finished work. I got 4 or 5 estimates from different company’s. Tylers timeliness, professionalism, like ability, skills, work ethics, service and quality just knocked everyone else out of the water. The icing on the cake was they were also the most reasonably priced (by far).On a personal note from a female customer they were also very respectful, non condescending, non patronizing and non misogynistic and didn’t feel the need to be testosterone dominate. I could ramble on but, you get the point. Summers Plumbing and HVAC are the Bomb!

    Weve been having ongoing issues with a strong sewer smell. After a local, independent plumber no-showed on us twice, Summers was able to get someone out that same day. Weve had 5 visits since, with 4 different plumbers and are confident in stating that Tyler is hands down the best of them all.Tyler is knowledgeable, a very hard worker and is the extremely thorough. He is patient and takes the time to investigate the issue and problem solve.     On Thursday, 7/7/2022, a tech by the name of Nathaniel came out to take a look at our well pump due to no water. After taking a look at the control board, Nathaniel agreed that the capacitor was blown and would need to be replaced.We did discuss the possibility of needing to replace the well pump, and he provided estimated costs to do that.I decided I wanted to go ahead and try changing out the capacitor myself. So, I picked up the part, installed it and that was the issue. I now have my water back!I cant say enough good things about Summers. Nathaniel was amazing. From the moment he introduced himself to when he left. He was professional, knowledgeable, had a pleasant attitude the whole time, and just an all around good guy.
