    The guys that worked under Austin Fox, including Rick, the excavation foreman, were all amazing. We had, what we thought was a small blockage, but ended up being a major repair. They worked with us to find the best and most cost effective option and worked almost around the clock to get it done before Thanksgiving. We are very grateful for your team and your timeliness and hard work. Thank you guys so much, we will definitely be using you in the future if we ever had anymore issues.

    Really impressed with the team at Muncie Roto-Rooter! Our 100 year old clay sewage line collapsed on Christmas. They came out early the morning after and diagnosed the issue. They obtained permits, sent over excavators, replaced 110ft of line and had us back in action the next night. They worked before the sun came up until almost 10pm in the rain. Everyone on the crew was friendly and respectful. Thank you!

    Roto Rooter has been great. Ive had to have them out for a couple of emergencies. Theyre always very quick sending out a tech, and all the techs have been polite, knowledgeable and transparent. This past emergency, was 9pm on Black Friday thought it would cost a fortune if they would even be able to get someone out, no extra charge for night/weekend and it was fixed by 10pm 10/10 great service.

    We recently had our house replumbed and a new softener installed and a few things done inside the house- including installing our new sink and cup rinser! Jay came for the consultation and was super informative and friendly about everything. He answered all my questions, explained why he recommended the things he did, and broke down the cost of everything. When he came back to do the services, he continued to be super nice and seemed really excited to show us how our new stuff worked. This is my first time being a homeowner and it was a huge relief having someone who not only knew what they were doing but seemed to genuinely enjoy doing it. As someone who usually would rather do everything myself, I would definitely recommend Jay at Roto rooter!

    Charles did an outstanding job of diagnosing our plumbing issue. He explained the steps needed to correct the problem. Charles is very knowledgeable and patient. A hard worker, professional and treats his customers with respect. He didnt have the best news for us and the fix was extremely expensive, however we felt like we were in good hands. He delivered the bad news very gently with a solid solution.

    When a simple clog turned into a true disaster Josh, Billy, and the rest at Roto-Rooter was extremely helpful. They helped me and my wife to understand the issues and the best course of action. Our issues came when it was time for the restoration. We was told someone would come out and help us file an insurance claim for the water damage. We have contacted Roto-Rooter several times and still no one has came back to help us. I kinda feel like they just forgot about us.

    On Wednesday July 24, Joshua Workman was in our facility at The Waters of Muncie responding to a call. We had called another company in the interim, and Mr. Workman was very professional and polite and said he did not want to step on toes but would be available if we needed.A little while later, while I was outside with another staff member, Mr. Workman came to us and asked if everything was taken care of and asked if we needed anything from him before he left. He advised us that if we needed anything, no matter the time of day, that Roto-Rooter could help, and that if there wasnt a technician readily available, they could call him at home, and he would come help.Mr. Workman was the epitome of what customer service stands for, and we greatly appreciate his kindness and willingness to help us. We really want to recognize him for his amazing attitude and let him know we are appreciative of him.

    I’ve been using rooter rooter for years on my rental properties. I ask for a guy personally name Steve Shaffer. He has 37 years of experience and he has not let me down yet. And he’s honest!When no one else can do it he can!! Call rotor rooter and ask for Steve Shaffer if no one else or no other company can get it done!!!! I bet he can!

    Needed a well pump and pressure tank replaced. Called at 4:00 pm and had someone at my house by 6;00pm with no appointment made. Work started the following day around 1pm wnd they were done by 2pm with all the work. Water back on. Great service and great plumbers. I called 4 local places after hours to try and get help and none of them answered the emergency numbers they had listed and never returned my call. Would definitely use Roto Rooter again. Bit thanks to the crew that did the work

    The workers were so friendly and professional. There were 2 teams working...plumbers to fix the leak and water/ mold mitigaters to remove the water soaked dry wall and insulation. The plumbers had to work in a cramped area under a stairway and never once complained. Whenever I interacted with them they were smiling and assuring, and so polite.     My repair guy and team was awesome! What was supposed to be a simple snake an clean out turned into a 12 hour ordeal. Through no fault of theirs or mine! My house threw every curve ball possible!     We had an issue with our kitchen sink, which got worse last night. I called many different plumbing companies, a couple saying they don’t provide after hour services, when even their phone options asked to “press 1” if those were the services needed. Other had not called me back, even after 6 hours. One of those even being the company I have used and trusted for over a year now.Roto Rooter sent Dustin, who was on call. He was very kind, he was very informative and knowledgeable. He let me know that although he did not have the necessary parts, he will be back out first thing in the morning and get our situation taken care of. As explained to him, we had used another company who mistreated me, and not for a single second tonight did I feel the way I did when that other company had come out here.     From the moment I called, everyone has been professional, and compassionate. I had a toilet install plus a clog issue and from start to finish Jay was amazing! He was dealt with not only having to do this task but we were hit with a huge rain storm plus freezing rain on top of it, he stayed and tried to diagnose my problem, and would have accomplished the goal had the weather and flooding in my basement (from the rain storm) caused him to not be in the basement. Then Chris helped me with the flooding in my basement, and he was once again compassionate and professional and helped me through my claim for insurance. The excavation team was extremely professional and did an outstanding job. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys and will hire them for all future plumbing issues. 10/10.

    Ben Gibson is a very nice and professional plumber. I had a main water line burst due to extreme cold we had. He showed up the same day I called for service which I found impressive. He tried to get my water back on but the work turned out to be extensive. He’s coming back today to continue the work. Same day service in the middle of an extremely cold winter. Who does that?! Roto Rooter and Ben do!! Thank you. I look forward to more help from you with future projects.
