We used Mr. Rooter for a recent issue with our well. They come out quickly, assessed the issue, and made recommendation for fixing the problem. They gave us a few different options and answered all of our questions. We ended up getting a new well dug, along with a new pump and new tank. The person they sent to work with us had a ton of experience working with wells! They kept in great communication with us through all steps of the process and were very kind! They even called a week afterwards to check to make sure everything was still working correctly and to make sure there had been no further issues. I highly recommend them!!!

I watched a quick video on YouTube that told me how to fix my water tank. I never should’ve listened to what I thought I was learning. I screwed up and put too much pressure in my water tank and busted the waterlines behind the freezers for the icemaker and caused the pump to overwork itself, burning out a wire .The Technician who came to our house immediately found the problem and told my wife to advise me not to mess with the air pressure in the tank anymore. The technician then shut off the water going to our icemaker in our freezer which we never use so that it would stop leaking , and rerouted the power from our water tank directly to the wall since the wire to the breaker had burned out not only was the job very affordable but the information and the work done was completely satisfactory. My wife and I couldn’t be more happy with the service as well as the technician who performed the work .

These guys Saved the day!!! We had an emergency and Mr. Rooter sent a team of guys, Ben, Colton, Jason, Alex and Andrew. This was a BIG job and we were told 2 days and these guys got it ALL done in 2 days during some pretty cold and snowy days!. They were professional, punctual, courteous and excellent at the work the do. They went well beyond the call here, they really got us out of a big jam!! I used Mr. Rooter several months ago, and was very pleased with Dave. So this time I didnt hesitate, I called them back and I am glad I did. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Rooter for all plumbing needs, big and small (I had both!!) They treated me and my family like family. Cant say enough about their work!

So...woke up early in the AM to find my sink leaking prodigiuously all over the kitchen floor. Looked up emergency plumer online. Was fortunate to find Mr. Rooter. I called, they set me up for early afternoon. A bit of a wait, but what the heck. However, within 30 minutes of my initial call, I received a call from them telling me that a service time had opened up and could I be ready to receive the tech within 30 to 45 minutes! Remember: this is early AM.....I said of course. The tech (Andrew) arrived within 25 minutes; examined the issue; had the repair done in 15 minutes - expertly I might add. And the tech - Andrew was quite an embassador. Friendly, business-like, professional, price conscious, seasoned, expert at his craft, and quick! Made a believer out of me! Ill be sticking with Mr. Rooter for all the services they provide!

I received fantastic customer service last week from Rai Cravens, Blake Johnson, and Chris Frye. Their level of professionalism and customer service is especially noteworthy because it is very rarely seen these days. Our sewage line was plugged and we were in extremis with daily household tasks. All three of these folks took it seriously, prioritized our work, wanted to be helpful, and were very flexible with their scheduling to make sure our line was clear asap. Most of all they were pleasant, informative, and easy to work with despite our stress of having a clogged sewage line. I would 100% recommend these individuals and work with them again!

Called Monday night and had a return call with a same day appointment first thing the following morning. Ross came out and helped clear out some pesky tree roots from our old clay tile sewage line and made sure all water sources were flowing as intended afterwards. Service was quick and efficient, and Ross was extremely nice and professional. 90 day warranty provides nice peace of mind as well, just in case more roots manage to get down in there over the next few months. Overall highly recommended!

A couple of years ago, he installed my tankless water heater and water softener and did some work under the house. Mr Rooter has been to my home on multiple occasions. For the work I had done, they proposed a flat rate charge rather than time and materials. Often this can work out so you end up paying more than you might with another service. But you do know your costs up front so that is a plus. Also a plus is that they are a large company and they are very responsive. Every time I have used them they came right out, within just a couple hours of my call, including if it was a weekend or a holiday. Their workers are friendly, courteous, and professional. I have no reservations about recommending them even though, as mentioned, sometimes you may pay a bit more for their service. In exchange you get a prompt response, and courteous professional service. To me that is worthwhile. Recommended.

I apparently had a three year warranty on some work done by Mr Rooter. That included one visit to fix the repair that had been done. The problem came back on January 8th and the service man came and ‘fixed’ it. February 17th the same problem is back. Now I’m told that because we used our one repair the warranty is void. Because the warranty is void they can’t come because it’s a weekend and they are no longer a 24 hour service company. If we were under warranty they could come. Obviously the repair in January was ineffective. Now I have a clogged toilet that overflowed all over the bathroom and have to wait until Monday. O stars. Do not recommend.

Bro, honestly I couldnt afford there service. BUT the salesman they sent chris was so awesome. He told me exactly what would be happening for the repairs. You can tell by talking to Chris frye he genuinely cares, wants to help, and knows what he is talking about.He laid it all out step by step easy to read what they would be doing. Dont get me wrong estimate was super high, but you can just tell they are gonna go above and beyond for your plumbing needs. With a 10 year warranty you cant go wrong. Call/ask for Chris frye. A plumber was dispatched to investigate a leaking faucet and provided quotes for a few different methods of fixing the leak in increasing financial severity, from simply tightening a nut to fully replacing the faucet. The plumber exhausted all of the obvious methods to stop the leak and was about to conclude that the faucet needed to be replaced at a cost of around $500 but first called his supervisor to ask for advice. A different method of fixing the leak was suggested to him, and he was able to take care of the problem by merely replacing one small spring, saving me hundreds of dollars. He also provided a free inspection of my house and pointed out how I can fix a leaking toilet myself if I didnt want to hire them to take care of it for me. I had a really good experience with Mr. Rooter, and Id be comfortable with continuing to do business with them.
