    Spoke with Tim V May 2024 for options to enclose my back covered patio...He had a lot of great pictures of some of their installs around the area. He was very polite, professional, and a great communicator. They submitted all of the paperwork for me to my HOA...first class white glove treatment. Install day was top notch. Completed in a timely fashion and picked up all debris. I could not be happier, definitely a place I would do business with again!!

    My door looks awesome!! Mitchell Manis and his helper Andrew Smith were great young men. They were very polite and caring about the job. They made sure they cleaned up any mess they were making and they made sure I was happy. Very professional, well mannered and helpful employees of your company. I must say as young as they are I was concerned when they first came. However they did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend these two young men.

    First things first, Mitchell Manis & Andrew Smith did an excellent job installing our windows and I would recommend them to anyone. They were very polite, professional, clean, and answered all of my questions. They did an excellent job and the new windows look fantastic. Our old windows were in TERRIBLE shape and these new windows have really made a big difference in the look and feel of our home. Top notch guys.The longer part: LJ Stone has been a great company to work with though this project. I am generally pretty handy and typically do all of my own home repair/remodel projects. In fact, I recently remodeled our garage into additional living space and installed 5 new box store windows as part of that project. I was hesitant to hire LJ Stone to complete this work, but time being what it was I decided to at least get a quote from them to perform this job. Their sales rep was very thorough, answered all of our questions and covered what LJ Stone has to offer and why we should pick them. I will say, the cost of paying someone to install new windows is high no matter what and even the cheaper guys cost quite a bit of money. Weve put this project off for almost a decade. It was apparent through what Ive dealt with installing my own windows and talking with family members who have hired those cheaper companies that going with LJ Stone, despite being a little more expensive, was well worth the cost. The staff was top notch when it came to outlining the cost details, measuring for the windows (twice, just to make sure), general follow ups on the status of the window manufacturing, and then scheduling of the install. They have some really good finance plans and incentives for folks who want to pay in full. We ultimately took advantage of their incentives to pay a large chunk of the install in cash up front, which was really nice.As far as the windows themselves are concerned, you arent going to find better windows. Compared to what you can get from a big box store like Home Depot or Menards, these windows are fantastic. The sales rep goes through all of the details that set these windows apart, but seeing is believing and the quality is very apparent.Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the windows and the entire process of working with LJ Stone. Highly recommended.One last shout out to Mitchell & Andrew, great job fellas!

    We recently had our old tub replaced with this beautiful shower by LJ Stone. From the initial home visit, to the installation, working with this company was a pleasure. They kept me informed at every step and every member of the staff was knowledgeable and professional. Ethan, the installer, did a fantastic job. He took great care to protect our home during the installation and left the room in perfect condition. The shower is absolutely beautiful and the quality of the materials and craftsmanship has exceeded our expectations.     We are very impressed with this company! Their installer Josh Elliott is very knowledgeable, very prompt, extremely hard working, a great communicator, and handled adversity well. When removing our old shower, he ran into soaked insulation with black mold and infested with ants. This was a shock to us. Josh immediately had a plan to fix the situation, and kept the project on track. We are very confident that the problem was addressed properly and will not be an issue again.     From the salesman to the installer it was a smooth project that ended beautifully!     We are thrilled with our new sunroom! We never fully used our deck because of the bugs and facing west into the setting sun. We are very excited to have this amazing addition to our home. Robert did a great job managing our project and getting the subcontractors aligned. And Randy spent a lot of time and was very patient with us when we met with him to design our sunroom and place our order.     We had our master tub replaced with a walk-in spa shower, and we are beyond pleased with how L.J. Stone worked with us during the consult, measuring, installation, and follow up. We had a few things come up but Alex was ready with suggestions. He listened to our input and the shower couldn’t be more personalized for us. The follow up came that the wrong spa shower set was sent with our installation. He was extremely respectful about working in my space and home and was very communicative through the install. Steve, who did the plumbing, was also kind enough to install a vanity I had already purchased for the bathroom as well as fix an issue with my toilet, things L.J. Stone typically doesn’t do, but Steve and Tony went above and beyond to help me get everything set in my new bathroom! Tony even turned around when I noticed a small leak in my new vanity from something that hadn’t been quite tightened and fixed it right up. I will definitely be recommending L.J.
