Recently had furnace problems over the weekend and had Goodberlet come out to check the furnace. The Furnace was found to have several issues and they provided us with a price for repairing equipment and a price for replacing equipment. With the age of our equipment we decided to go the route of replacement. Melanie is who came out and provided us with the pricing. She was very knowledgeable about the equipment being offered and offered us several different options in our price range. I am thoroughly satisfied with the service we received from this company and will be continuing to use them for the foreseeable future.

Ill start by saying Ive been ripped off by unscrupulous HVAC companies more than once. They quote a low price and then cut back on the quality of the system. I just moved to Muncie and Goodberlet installed a whole new heating and A/C system. They were really great at helping me understand what I needed and what I didnt need, too. The old system wasnt that old but it was low-quality and poorly installed. They showed me exactly how and why. That earned my trust. The result? They saved me from buying more than I needed and the new system is amazing. The difference is huge, formerly cold areas are now evenly warm with the rest of the house - and the high-efficiency system they installed means well be saving significantly on our energy bills, too. The installers were on time, professional, friendly and efficient. They were meticulous about cleaning up after themselves and disposing of all refuse. We couldnt be happier. THANK YOU, Goodberlet!
