Our experience from beginning to end was exceptional! Being new to this area has been difficult in not knowing people or the right people to call when having issues with our home. The guy called prior to both showing up and when he was on my front porch. He came in a just caught me up with what he was there to do, then go right to work. For the most part I didn’t hear much from him but after he was done, he walked me through everything from what the different parts of the invoice meant to explaining the steps I could potentially take to better my equipment. Everything was explained in a good way and he was pretty nice! Pretty good experience on my end!

PROFESSIONAL! POLITE! Very nice gentleman. Genuine people. Antonio, Zach, Jonathan and Dylan installed our furnace & air unit. These men were amazing! Very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. They offered us options whenever available. They took time to thoroughly explain everything we had questions about. Their prices were fair according to the work we had done. The work was exceptional! We met with them on Tuesday and have a whole new system working at 11 a.m Thursday. AMAZING! I cannot give them a high enough rating. We are very impressed. We give them all the stars in the sky rating. This team is definitly the A team. Fellas, go ask your boss for a raise, you deserve it!

I had them install a complete new HVAC system two years ago. The system had an issue this year. I called and Anthony came fixed it and did a system check. Arrived on time and took the time to explain what happened and how he was fixing the issue. They may cost a bit more but you get what you pay for and Peterman Brothers gives you quality products and extremely courteous service.

Too many positives. Ill list them:- They not only have a website but you can book an appointment online without talking to anyone. Surprisingly I booked for the same day never thinking Id get it, but then I got a call 10min later confirming if someone can come out now. Want to know my last experience with HVAC? Took 3 weeks to get a hold of them to book an appointment, then took nearly 2 months to pay them because they only had phone payments. I loved them dearly but Im too anal about appointments, timing, and getting payments squared away.- First call. Had Fall furnace check. First thing the tech did? Explain to me different intake systems and what I had for my house. He immediately treated me with respect and intelligence, which I value greatly. They didnt see me as a walking meat bag with a wallet and dumb everything down.- Prices for annual inspections are great.- Spent a while talking about the systems in my house and optional repairs should I want to pursue them.- This is the one that surprises me. They have a monthly membership you can join that gives you a slew of benefits like calling certain techs, discounts on future repairs, and even gives you free annual inspections (e.g. furnace, AC, plumbing, electrical). This is the first one Ive seen that made me want to try it.Astoundingly impressed. Thank you, Anthony.

Back at the end of May and beginning of June, I had contacted Peterman to get a quote about an HVAC system for the new house we bought, The job they were tasked ended up not being an easy one costing me more. (not complaining) But between HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. We had the entire crew here for 3 days working on things, and some being here late the first night to make sure we had running water, while we waited for a part. Mind you this was on a Friday night the first night. But they were amazing all of them, even dealing with a crazy neighbor next door that I havent met yet at the time. I would recommend them and have recommended them to other people.

Scheduled online, within 5 minutes I got a phone call telling me there tech would be there in around 30 minutes. The tech (Kaleb) arrived on time. Upon inspection of my plumbing , the tech found several issues with my drains and water lines. In just a few minutes he gave me a quote, with several different options, the prices, in my opinion were reasonable. The tech then cleared my drain quickly and we made arrangements to do the repairs to my drain system, which the scheduling was really quick, as in next day. The tech was very personable and professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Thanks guys.

Marcus and Brad were efficient and friendly when replacing our HVAC systems. Our updated equipment runs well and was installed over the course of the day, taking about 7-8 hours to remove the old furnace and AC to replace with new equipment. The thermostat was replaced too. Tested all equipment, walked through some improvements in the furnace install (redirected exhaust to flue in a more logical direction that’s pragmatic and aesthetically improved, they improved condensation drainage by running it a different direction than the previous install to improve the drainage into the sump pit, and installed new fittings for the gas line running to the furnace as they tend to leak in their old age) that had me appreciative of their abilities. Overall, a good experience that resulted in a much needed improvement in our home’s climate control, since our previous units were 20+ years old. We’ll continue doing business with Peterman as long as we keep getting service like this.

Matt provided multiple quotes only a short time after assessing the issues presented, outlining different costs for the various options wed discussed (no waiting a day or two or longer to receive an email--we had answers within about 10 minutes). Additionally, I greatly appreciate Matt applied no pressure whatsoever, even when I noted we usually get quotes from 2 or 3 different businesses before committing to hire. The service I got from this man & his partner is the best service I have ever gotten anywhere from any buisness! They gave the job over 100%.Drew is his name. And he is the most dedicated worker I have ever seen. He stayed on the job until he was totally finished with it and he promised that to me! He came to my house somewhere around 10 or 11AM and stayed till 9 30 PM. Did all the parts and everything by hand in my furnace, he worked nonstop. This was the best service I have ever had. My furnace is running beautifully and I have a warm house again! The gas was originally leaking outside and he found out the problem all the way on the inside that it was from the actual furnace not even outside in a Gas lantern I had but it was leaking out there from inside and he found the whole problem. They replaced the furnace air filter and advised me that the platinum service plan was really intended for families with tankless water heaters and all I was really getting for an addition $8/month was 2 air filters and I could save nearly $100/year by dropping back a level. They showed me some photos of my furnace insides including the fan and recommended some different levels of service to consider stressing my choice could wait. The guys were all very nice and all worked hard all day. However, the end result was disappointing. They came to install new hvac, new water heater, and new kitchen faucet. Not the plumbers fault he did what the company allowed him to do. I asked about adjusting the temp control on the shower because it was set to go only halfway to hot, which gave me an almost lukewarm shower. So to get a hot shower, it was necessary to set the temp at the water heater to the highest setting. Once the new water heater was installed, the company would not allow the plumber to adjust the temp setting in my shower for safety reasons. I understand, but I am not 4 yrs old, I am an adult. This could have been resolved this afternoon, but I am stuck taking cold showers because apparently as the homeowner who just dropped over $12,000 with this job, I am not allowed to have a hot shower!! I think you need to send someone back to my house ASAP please.1/16/2024: update i just want to add that the customer service dept saw this review and reached out to to resolve the issue very quickly. I had a basic kitchen faucet installed to replace one that was not functioning properly. I showed the gentleman the average price of faucet that was installed. I was charged around $500 for installation alone. This is over the average installation charge in this area. While I have appreciated that Petermans service is reputable, done well and somewhat guaranteed, the pricing is a big concern. I dont want to be priced out of using Peterman!

The installation and cleanup was fantastically you would never know they were here except for the new equipment. My wife and I had Dalton and James out for some HVAC and electrical preventative maintenance stuff and both of them were friendly, punctual, and competent.We have used Perterman for a while now and havnt been disappointed yet. We are planning on having them out to install a surge protector for the house and a whole house humidifier.

We had a great experience with Peterman Brothers and our technician Noah. He was friendly and explained everything to us. We had a house full of kids and had just moved it so it was a little chaotic and he was completely understanding, kind and professional. He got to us in a timely manner, fixed the problem, explained everything to us and we were surprised at the cost, much more affordable than we thought it would be! Definitely recommend.
