We were very happy with their service.Rooterman showed up at the time scheduled and diagnosed our plumbing drain line problem.They installed a new clean out and jetted the pipe, then showed me the pipes via the camera they use to check everything out in the pipes.I was very happy with their service and highly recommend!

Very fast to respond. I called near closing time. They were at my house first thing in the morning very thorough. The plumber called me from the site to let me know the problem. Since this ended up being a city problem, no charge they sent me the pictures and their notes to show to the city. Highly recommend does plumbing service. There are not enough good things to say about them.

Needed a new pump installed in our dosing tank. Great Deals and website list them as 24/7 emergency service. Called and left a message on a Saturday, received a call back first thing Monday morning. Price for the installation and parts were well above standard costs by roughly $400 dollars. Service man was very polite, thorough, and on time. Everyone was polite and professional that we interacted with.

I would highly recommend the Rooterman. Rick responded to our request for service super fast, was able to fit us in his schedule sooner than we expected, and he did an excellent job once he arrived. He quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it efficiently and effectively. His service was superb, and this is coming from someone with years of experience in customer service who knows what good, great, and terrible service is. Rick defintley exceeded our expectations and provided me with literally one of the best, if not the best, experiences Ive ever had with any service provider anywhere. Ill definitely be calling him again whenever I need any of the services he provides.

They even have a customer portal to where you can view all documents. It’s so nice receiving a picture and name through email and text before coming out to your home. Without a doubt the best around! While I spoke to several other companies. they all wanted money upfront before even discussing hourly labor cost. When speaking to Rottermam he was very clear on cost. He further stated that he would tell me what I needed prior to doing any work and would not charge me to assess the problem. He also used a camera to check the health of my sewage pipe that was completely clogged. He then used a water jet machine instead of an old style drain cleaner machine. So while taking care of my clog he also cleaned the inside of my sewage line that was 60 years old. You will not go wrong when choosing Rooterman to help you. He did everything he said he would and further treated me like a neighbor. When coming to any further plumbing needs, Rottermam is the one to see.
