    The two guys who showed up to resolve my problem firming themselves in a very professional manner of the entire time. It took a little longer than I thought it would due to some problems they were having. But in the end they got the problem resolved really well and all systems are working properly now. It was a bit expensive but in the end well worth the money to have a professional company such as this performance service for me.

    Ronnie! Ronnie! Ronnie! He was the BEST! My problem was ongoing and the city had to get involved. Then 2 weeks pass then water backed again. All worked well then back flow After 2 weeks more issues. Water backing up into my home was very devastating. My home is old and pipes are an issue in my area apparently. He was very professional and explained things every step of the way. He was clean with process considering how he needed to go in and out of my home and was very considerate. I am thankful for his ability to be diligent in fixing it getting results no one else could. Thanks Ronnie for showing care, concern, and results... your the best! The very professional woman who dispatched him to me...Thanks.Please give him the raise he deserves cause he definitely earned it! Than

    I really appreciate the incredible turn around time provided by Roto Rooter.. I called Roto Rooter about a foul smell outside of my parents house. Within hours the service was performed on the septic tank and the smell was gone. I would also like to recognize the technician (Jess)! For is amazing service!!

    Had a plumbing issue in my hallway bathroom and the gentleman came out and worked hard to resolve the issue. He did advise me that we probably should invest in a 1.6 gallon toilet to see if that helps. Took longer than expected. He was very friendly and took his time.

    Had a clog that I just couldnt clear. They sent a tech out that day and he was able to go down through the air vent on the roof and cleared the line all the way to the septic tank.The gentleman was very personable and had been a plumber for 27 years. It was a pleasure talking to him, and he even reassembled the trap under my kitchen sink witch I had removed in my own efforts to clear the line. I have had Roto Rooter clear drain line for my second septic system on the back of the house, and both times the service was top notch.

    We had them come out after calling multiple company’s and no one could find the septic tank let alone pump it. Well Wade Salter from this company came out and was friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done. He also helped us find where there were lines that needed to be repaired and replaced. This is what a good representative of a company should be coming from one contractor to another. Highly recommend giving them a call for any plumbing or septic needs.

    Caleb F truly saved my life today. In TEN YEARS no one I mean NO ONE has found my clean out valve. I had a horrible clog that was causing a problem down stairs in both bathrooms.     Talk about a good experience!!! Having your septic system serviced doesn’t sound like fun……but Wade made this a great experience and I definitely learned a lot.     On a Sunday morning - woke up with septic issues- called several different companies that I had used in the past, they don’t work on Sunday, or charge astronomical prices. Then I called Roto-Rooter- one call and done. The gentleman who came out was very nice, it was super hot outside, but he got the work done quickly and I still have all my limbs intact after paying them… ( didn’t cost an arm or leg!!!)Very happy with service, they will be my first call from now on

We requested the camera service thinking it was needed and the technician instead tried to snake the drain first and he was able to clear it without having to use the camera. He could have easily dropped the camera and charged an extra $300+ and instead gained a new loyal customer.

    Hired Roto Rooter (Tierce Ins Srv) to unclog drainage in a 1971 house. After using video camera thru rooftop vent learned the blockage was not in house. Tierce installed clean-out so outside drain line could be checked and unclogged.Excellent job. They knew what they were doing. After they were finished, I was able to resume normal service.They are definitely the experts in the field of drainage management.I highly recommend them them.

    I first want to say, the staff at Roto-Rooter in Montgomery are amazing and professional. This past Sunday night, we noticed our kitchen sink, dishwasher, and washer were not draining properly and we even had an inch or two of water that flooded our laundry room! I called multiple businesses first thing Monday morning but no one would answer. As soon as I called Roto-Rooter, Tabitha immediately greeted me with such joy and understanding.     Line was cleared and both technicians were friendly and did all they could. The only criticism is that I was told by phone the roto rooter trucks had 150 snakes. They only had 100. The water jet found it at about 106 . Caused extra costs and additional manpower and time.
