Ive had the pleasure of working with Hank and his team on not one, but two major plumbing issues at my investment properties, and each time theyve exceeded my expectations.The first issue we faced was a significant leak that had the potential to cause serious damage. I called Hanks Plumbing in a panic on a Sunday night, and to my relief, Hank himself answered the call. Not only was he understanding and reassuring, but he was also incredibly prompt. By the next morning, he and his team were at the property, swiftly assessing and resolving the leak before it could escalate further. That level of responsiveness and dedication is truly commendable.The second major project we tackled together was a whole-house repipe (Bow Pex Class Action Lawsuit). Once again, Hank demonstrated his professionalism and expertise every step of the way. I had a gas leak at my house. Spire shut my gas off until I was able to get it repaired.I called Hanks on a Monday evening and they came out Tuesday morning. His service techs are knowledgeable and commnicated with me throughout the entire process. They set up the appointment the city to inspect the lines. I had a great professional experience from start to finish. The cost of service and repairs out beat all of the big names around. I will use them again for other plumbing work I need done.

Had a backed up toilet that I could not deal with. They came out and diagnosed the issue of being a deeper plug due to poor house design (thanks Stone Martin!). Had a team out all day dealing with it and got it fixed. I didnt love having to pay to get things fixed, but the price was fair and reasonable for the time and effort they put in. In sum, quality care and service for a reasonable price - not much more you can ask for with a plumber.

Same day, quick, no hassle service. They cleaned out an attic HVAC drain pipe that was backing up and causing my a/c to shut off. The cost was reasonable. WOW, the initial service revealed an additional problem and they came out bright and early the next day and fixed the problem at no additonal charge!!

I have used Hanks several times in my current home. First for a new water heater, and several times to clear trees roots from the sewer line. All work was perfomed to statisfation and I have only been charged the aggreed (fair) rates qouted. No sticker shock after repairs. Regarding punctuality, I have not had any issues. Submitting this review due to others that I see here that arent representative of my experience. I intend to call Hanks first in the future.

Hanks always solves any plumbing issues for me. Replacing a toilet, fixing outdoor hose spigots, clogged drains, installing a garbage disposal, removing those annoying check valves that cause your hose connections to the spigot to spray all over, solving a problem with a frozen water line for an outdoor faucet. You name it and they can fix it. Fast reliable service at reasonable prices. Hanks Plumbing is the best option for you if you live in Montgomery.
