I am very pleased with the service that I received today. I had a new water heater installed by your technician, Blake. He was both professional and pleasant to work with. He was actually more than that. When my water heater went bad, I called after hours and he came out to assess the situation, turned off the water and the gas to make sure that my home was safe. He then explained everything to me about replacing the water tank. He followed up the next day with more information about rebates. After checking with a few other service providers, I chose Luquire because I was impressed with him and the way he handled business. He came with two assistants today and installed the new water heater. They all did a great job in a very timely manner. Thanks!

I am so pleased with the Plumbing install service that I received today. Blake, Ken J. and Payton did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations. They were very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and neat from start to finish. I was a little anxious before they arrived. Once they arrived, they quickly put my anxiety to rest. They were also so pleasant. Great service and experience! Finally, Tina also provided excellent service. She was so patient with me and followed through each and every time she said she would. I had a clogged drain I needed taken care. I called LuQuire and they had a rep call me right away. Over the past few weeks, I have had more than plumbing issue. The staff at Luquire is absolutely wonderful. They are friendly on the phone and are sympatric to the issue even in an emergency case. Blake and Payton were the two employees that came out to replace a pressure release valve. They were both very professional and friendly. They went above and beyond, and I cannot thank them enough. Ken J. came out for an emergency water leak that ended up being one of our water heaters. Even given the hour that I had to make the call, Ken was very professional, understanding, and nice. He told me exactly what the issue was, explained everything involved with having to replace the water heater, gave me options, and had nice conversation to settle the tension of what was going on in my house. Today, 12/19/24, Payton, Ken J., and Ken S. were at my house replacing two water heaters with one tankless water heater. They were here from around 8:30 am to about 2:00pm. The entire time, they were all very professional and just as nice as previous visits. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with Luquire, their staff, and their service employees. 5 stars any day. In October 2024. Luquire to the rescue again. Blake and Zach on the scene. We had a new washer installed. Lo and behold leaking (boilers) in layman’s terms (the two faucets) Education from Blake. Loved the silver pipes marked with red and blue lines. An awesome upgrade.Blake, with assistance from Zach did a great job adjusting the washer to be balanced. This was a quick and easy job. But Blake paid attention to detail to align the washer and dryer just right. We ladies appreciate that!A job well done Luquire! Always Professionalism.In the Summer of 2024,Willie and Partner came and repaired the Bathroom’s toilet, checked the other bathroom and repaired the outside faucet which had been dripping for two weeks. My new heat pump was installed today. The two technicians were very friendly and professional. Although they also had to reinstall the power line to the attic handler unit, I was very relieved that it was at no extra cost to me. I was especially pleased to see the SEER rating of 14.3. My unit that I had bought 14 years ago was a 7. The max rating back then was about a 10. Altogether I am very pleased and would recommend this company any time.

They service my unit regularly and have for years. They recently responded to a water leak and got it fixed as well. Since I have had repeated water leaks, they sent out their guy with a “camera snake” to look into the pipes for issues. They found the typical A/C sludge that forms (22+ years in this house) and instructed me how to address it to reduce the build up.I am very pleased with Luquire service and response.

I just can’t say enough about Luquire and their technician Nick Fobar. On August 26th our A/C went out about 730pm, that’s the day it was hotter than the Suns surface. Y’all were the only ones that called back. Your technician Nick Fobar showed up 12 minutes after the call. Nick was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and had us up and running in about 35 minutes. He went above and beyond his duties and gave us a free cleaning on our unit. Then to our surprise, he also cleaned our other unit, which is was way above what he came here for. Ive done business with the company for years and highly recommend them. My air unit fan went out on the Saturday before July 4th so I called Luquire. I got a call that night. He apologized for the delay in calling me back and said he would call me the next day. He called around noon, came out and replaced the small part that was broken. No extra service charge since it was Sunday like most other companies and the cost for the part was minimal.

I had some plumbing issues/sewage back up. Looked online, and found this company. I called and got an immediate response. Tina was very friendly and told me one of their associates would be at my house soon. I meet Justin at the door no later than 45 minutes later. He was very professional, walked through my home to get the facts.drove to my backyard and got started to work. He was very patient and precise with his work. He got part of my problem taken care of, but we might have another problem with a possible broken pipe under ground. So we made a plan, he will return with a snake web cam. My appointment was made, he cleaned up, I paid him. For a home built in 1972, and have never had a plumbing issue till now, I would not doubt with mature trees all around I might have the problem he diagnosed. I will highly recommend this company to all.

Today I had a service call appointment for 8:30am at the lasted. However, Nick showed up early and I really liked that. He seem extremely happy to be there at 7:50am. I was happy he was early because that means I get to work on time. He fix the problem with my thermostat which seem to be tempermental. He fix it and stayed to make sure it was working correctly before he would leave which gave me the impression that he cared, because sometimes a bad tech will fix and go, and not stick around but Nick did. The outside unit on our heat pump is freezing during all this cold weather. We called and Nick was here in less than an hour. Within ten minutes, he diagnosed the problem. He had to go back to the shop to get a new part. Bottom line, the part was installed and everything was working two and half hours after after our call. Nick was courteous and answered all our questions. Great guy to work with, but that seems to be the standard with all Luquire employees.Update 26 Apr 18: Well the old unit lasted 18 years but it died. Grade A number 1 service all the way from helping select the unit we needed, through 0% financing, to the install and training on the new smart thermostat. We couldnt ask for better treatment.

Installation team removed old system and installed new system. The air return in the ceiling was enlarged to provide greater air exchange. Installation team didnt reinstall the air return cover correctly and reconnected the thermostat so that heat strips and AC ran concurrently, producing only warm air. When disconnecting the condensate drain from the old unit, the installation team allowed water to drain onto the ceiling in my attic so a water stain has appeared on the ceiling. However, the company has been VERY RESPONSIVE to address each of these issues and I am pleased overall with my choice to use them.

I was very happy with how quickly they were able to dispatch a technician to my house since I am sure they are super busy in the middle of summer. I was dreading being told that my 18 year old unit would need to be replaced, however it did not take him long to diagnose a relatively cheep fix. He replaced a stuck contactor and had it up and running in no time.

I have used Luquire on several occasions. However, today was an urgency due to the freezing weather heading to Montgomery. My heating system was turning on and off leaving my home at 66 F--not acceptable today. Luquire sent Scott, a HVAC technician within an hour of my call. He worked for hours to repair the erratic system. Apparently, the pressure switch was faulty. After testing the system and much examination, Scott determined the switch was not the problem. After more review, Scott put in a new filter, and the house has been cozy all evening. Scott was ethical in not charging me for the part. He could have charged me; I would never have known the part was not the problem. It is so rare to get honest people who do their work with pride and diligence. I have bragged all day, and retold this story to all my friends. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Luguire if anyone needs HVAC work. The company provides quality service that is in short supply these days, and they do not attempt to deceive the customer. Great customer service! Thank you, Scott, for professional and ethical work.

We’ve had knowledgeable, helpful technicians and estimators our to the house who were able to answer all our questions and advise us on various options, the pros and cons of all of them, and were very likable and helpful. Very pleased so far. We are scheduled to have the HVAC replaced next Thursday.

In about 5 day same issue, another tech came out right away, was able to diagnose the problem to failing start capacitor. Did not charge service fee (89$) for coming out second time.
