The owner and his son arrived and completed routine maintenance on our older unit recently. We werent having any issues other than all of these 100 temp days weve been having. Not a full 2 days after their services, our unit stopped working properly. Called these guys back out and they assisted us, on a Sunday, with a temporary fix. They diagnosed the issue and advised us theyd be back on Monday morning for a more permanent repair. I hadnt had my morning coffee on Monday and these guys were back doing exactly what they said they would. This level of service is few and far between these days. Any AC issue I have in the future or if a friend asks who to call, these folks will be at the top of my list. Thanks again fellas.✌🏾

Ram stopped by a few weeks ago to address an issue I had with a clogged sink due to the AC condenser. Very professional and very efficient with his work and time at my residence. He answered all of the questions I had as a new home owner who doesnt know what theyre doing.While I hope I will not have to call you guys out again anytime soon, I know who Ill be requesting come out to the call should I need to!Price was reasonable too!

PLUMBERS AINT CHEAP!Invoice does not show break-down of parts and labor.I called Howell services because I bought my Noritz tankless water from them about nine years ago and it was no longer working. The fix was a flush and replacement of the thermal fuse. Total cost was $719.00. Majority is time and labor since the parts and consumables are under $50.00. Service charge is $89, Thermal fuse was $265 and the flush $365. The only complaint I have, other than the price, it took a week of cold showers to get it fixed. the service person (RAMIRO GEBARA) who arrived at the house was very competent and polite.Oh, the online payment convenience charge would have put the grand total of this to $740.00.

Ram came straight from another job within an hour of me discovering the flowing water and he fixed the problem quickly. What a great experience! The whole staff was great. We had a serious sewer line issue that involved digging up some pipe and fittings. I called at 8:30AM and they had us up and running by 11:15AM. AMAZING!!!!! James and his partner did an awesome job getting us fixed and our water back on. They are our go-to company for all of our plumbing needs for our home and business.NEW!!! - Ram came out to fix our bathroom tub and toilet which were both clogged up. He was extremely courteous and professional. The price was totally fair. Excellent service!

Ram originally came out to repair our water heater and after examining it took a lot of time explaining the situation to me with my water heater and all the options. Brandi back at the office worked up a quote to replace my water heater that seemed high to me but I dont purchase water heaters every day. Weeks later I called up Brandi, who called me back immediately, and I placed the order for the water heater. She had the guys out the next day to install. Ram and Elijah were professional, courteous and the installation looks perfect. Those guys really know their stuff. The entire experience with everyone I dealt with was excellent. 5 star service worth every penny, do not hesitate to give Brandi a call.

Our a/c went out Saturday and I knew the first place to call would be Howell Services. The owners, Brandy and Brian are amazing. They brought out a portable unit so that my elderly in-laws and my pups would not have to struggle or go elsewhere until we got this resolved. JR came out the next morning (Sunday) and diagnosed the issue although I had a feeling it was time to replace it. They quickly got me an estimate Monday morning and completed the job yesterday. The a/c is now better than it has ever been. JR is very professional and knowledgable. If you need any a/c repairs or replacement the is the place to go!

Howell Services went above and beyond.My mom had a busted water line and the plumber we initially started with was a no show. So I called Howell Services and told them the situation and they sent out their plumber, Lane, on Dec 2nd. And from what he saw my mom’s issues and formed a game plan to install a new line where the water well is to a different part of the property and bypass the area we no longer need connected. He’s quickly installed a temporary fix until they could come out to do what is needed. Wonderful service on our first meet.Our second meet, they came out on time after all the rain we had and cooler temps and installed the water line in a timely fashion. Several days later we had a different issue with a toilet not getting water and they fixed the clogged in the line in a matter of minutes. The technician also inspected with my 70 year old mom to make sure all outdoor water lines were ready for the upcoming freeze. Top notch services from this company and will always be my go-to for my mom’s house needs.

Melissa promptly returned my call first thing Monday morning. Keith came out that afternoon. He was even able to come earlier than originally scheduled which made me very happy. Weve used Howell Services several times over the years. From installing new water lines and sewer repairs in our late 1960s farm house. Recently our 15+ year old A/C system decided to quit. Ron came out after hours and tried his best to keep it running until we could get it replaced. He was able to quickly provide us with multiple options on new systems and which would be best for our type of house and layout. He was very knowledgeable on this.Turns out we were the guinea pigs for a new Comfort Sync A3 thermostat that is fresh of the market and I can say that so far we couldnt be happier. Not to mention paring this new system with new spray insulation in the attic (that was much needed) we can really tell the difference in the new system and the old system.

The owner, Ron, came out to our home the Wednesday before Thursday when our furnace went out. He visited with us and gave a comprehensive and easy to understand proposal. We scheduled service quickly after his visit.They came out days later and installed our brand new furnace. A few weeks later we had a small electrical issue that I called Ron about- realizing it was their mistake, we had a service man out in less than 2 hours to correct the issue.Ron was very professional and his team is extremely friendly and helpful. While Jason was fixing a burst pipe in my neighbors house, we noticed that one of our outside pipes had burst, and water was flooding into the street. After Jason fixed my neighbor’s pipe, he came and fixed ours. He was very professional, and knew exactly what to do. We are so grateful for Jason and Howell Services.

We noticed our hot water was luke warm so I called Howell Services. We have used them on AC repairs and plumbing problems in the past, and their work has always been top notch. Jason arrived as scheduled, and quickly diagnosed the problem as a clogged burner. Jason cleaned the burner, and then checked the other hot water heater to be sure it did not have the same problem.
