Technicians were excellent. Arrived on time and finished work in a timely manner. Edwards was responsive to our initial call after hours and sent person out within 45 minutes to secure a leaking hotwater heater. They gave me a quote for replacing the unit and got it scheduled to install three days later. All interaction with Edwards was courteous and professional.

Edit 1/1/25: we moved in July, and have had Edwards replace a number of fixtures in our 1910 home. Most notably, we installed a new shower, complete with body sprayers, three showerheads, and a steamer component. Frankie, Marco and Mario are so great to work with. I feel like we are all good friends now! They were okay with me being very hands on, and never made me feel like I shouldnt be. Edwards continues to have an amazing team!Original review: After calling another plumber, and being told I would be contacted in a couple of weeks, and never being contacted, I contacted Edwards. I work out beside their office and always see their trucks, so I decided to give them a try. The employees were friendly and punctual. They changed out the faucets in our kitchen and our bathroom sinks. They also changed the shower faucet. I cant remember why now, but they had to come back, and scheduling was very quick for that as well. Their office contact was easy to deal with, and I will be using them in the future for all of my plumbing needs. 10/10 highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this company!!! They did our initial inspection before we purchased our house 3 years ago and gave us a fair and honest assessment of the systems in the house. Last year they did a complete replace of the inside and outside parts of the heating and cooling system in the heat of August. The price for that service was extremely competitive and everything was done well, including running a new electrical circuit and running new refrigerant lines. Today a pair of gentlemen came out to replace our hot water heater and like usual the service was performed quickly and well.I highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing or heating/cooling service. Every interaction with everyone, on the phone and in person, has been pleasant and they have been able to get a service team out quickly each time. I wish I could give 10 out of 5 stars!!!

Have used Edwards for 30 years and have always been very pleased. Today, Nick and Barry came out. Nick checked our outside unit and said the thermostat was the problem. He replaced it quickly, and it worked. He was pleasant and efficient, finishing the job quickly.HVAC work isnt cheap, but I felt the charges were reasonable. I plan to continue using Edwards in the future.

Showed up exactly when they said they would. Went over the entire system to ensure everything was in working order and replaced the one part that was messed up. Extremely friendly, honestly can not say enough good things about my experience!!
