It was outside of regular business hours, so the cost was slightly elevated but still fair. Nolan successfully unblocked the drain. I wont hesitate to use their services in the future. Other firms I contacted wouldnt respond, but Derek & Sons Plumbing LLC did. So, Im grateful for their swift and professional response. Update: After my first plumber left me hanging, I used Derek & Sons Plumbing LLC to replace a main plumbing stack. Id reached out to numerous other plumbers in Montgomery, but their responses were either non-existent, slow, or their quotes excessively high. Without a doubt, Derek & Sons Plumbing LLC is the best in the business. They are speedy, professional, produce high-quality work, and their pricing is reasonable. I cant recommend them enough!

Landon was very professional and knowledgeable. he made things simple by explaining what he was doing and why in laymans terms. These tasks ranged from installing a hot water heater to identifying and fixing leaks, re-plumbing a bathroom vanity and sorting out kitchen plumbing issues. On one occasion, they couldnt make it but made up for it by arriving first thing the following morning, and I genuinely appreciated their apology. For a separate job involving the change of the houses water shutoff valves, we had Ross from the same team handle it. The company coordinated seamlessly with the water department for the water shutoff and subsequent inspection, making the process incredibly easy for us. We were immensely relieved that Ross took care of the plumbing job for us. He demonstrated in-depth knowledge about the job and showed great problem-solving skills in addressing some issues with our system. Ross was highly knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. However, they provided an excellent quote just from a picture of the rusted pipe area that I texted them. I contacted the Montgomery utilities to have the water turned off at the street level, and once that was done, Anthony and his team arrived the next day. We realized that the city water wasnt entirely turned off after the piping system was dismantled, so it had to be put back together because soldering was impossible. When the water was presumably turned off a few days later, I got back in touch with them and they returned later that day to wrap up the job. Unfortunately, water continued to leak from the city water valve, so Wyatt proposed a different system that was installed and perfectly meets my needs. Working with Earl and his team was a pleasant experience.

I got in touch with derek & sons plumbing llc, as recommended by a friend. they picked up my call promptly and were quick to respond to my needs. they managed to schedule an installation on the same day and handled the removal of my water softener, water meter, and other items in my compact utility room with ease. this allowed them to access and replace my old water heater that was tucked away behind all these. ross, jamie and nolan then proceeded to install my new water heater efficiently. they reinstalled all the equipment back to their original specifications and restored our hot water without any leaks, all for the exact price they had quoted me over the phone. i am extremely satisfied with their service!

Nolan was dispatched to examine our plumbing system as our toilets were constantly backing up whenever someone used the shower. his professionalism was top-notch, and after clearing our drain, he performed a complimentary camera inspection. the examination quickly revealed that our cast iron pipes required significant cleaning. true to his word, nolan returned two days later and proposed a very reasonable price to descale our pipes. the whole process took a few hours, and once done, nolan used the camera to show us the extent of the cleaning. while it seemed perfectly fine to us, it didnt meet his exacting standards. hence, he devoted extra time to ensure that the pipes were up to his high standards of cleanliness. most plumbers would have left as soon as the task was finished, but nolans dedication and pride in his work were apparent. thankfully, i hope to not require plumbing services for this house again, but should the need arise, i know exactly who to contact or recommend. the team at derek & sons plumbing llc, especially nolan, have set the bar high with their exceptional service.

Dealing with a sewage line blockage can be a real headache. however, the guys at derek & sons plumbing llc managed to turn a complex issue into a simple fix. the process took multiple visits, but their team was dedicated to clearing out the blockage. in the end, it necessitated the installation of an in-line clean-out at our property boundary. after this was installed, the waste pipe extending from the clean-out to the main sewer system underwent a thorough inspection. nolan and ross used a combination of video inspection and a plumbing snake to ensure the job was done correctly. in the process, they discovered and removed a plastic mulch bag that was stuck at the junction to the main sewer line. fortunately, after this was removed, everything returned to normal. collin, nolan, and ross demonstrated a high level of professionalism and efficiency throughout the entire process. i would definitely call on their expertise again if needed.

We reached out to a plumbing and septic service when another similar service failed to meet our scheduled appointment. thankfully, the other companys lack of professionalism led us to this reliable service. we were able to secure an appointment within two days, and the technicians, landon and anthony, arrived punctually. they were both friendly and professional. unlike the previous company, this service provided reasonable rates. in fact, the final cost was even less than the initial quote due to the discounts they provide to military and law enforcement personnel. even without the discounts, their prices are among the most competitive in montgomery. the previous company charged triple the amount for the first septic tank pumping and double for the second compared to what this service charged us. after completing the work, landon and anthony took the time to explain how to maintain our septic tank. they also replaced the screws in the covers over our tanks, going the extra mile to ensure everything was in order. im thrilled we discovered a new plumbing and septic service that is not only reliable, but also transparent with their costs. we appreciate the excellent service we received from these technicians.

First, their team, including Wyatt, Nolan, and Ross, are all hardworking and focused. There was minimal idle chatter or disruptive noise - they were clearly there to get the job done. Also, they were very respectful of our space. They made as little mess as possible and even vacuumed after themselves. The job they did was thorough. They repiped, handled drywall, painted, replaced all flex hoses, and even took care of the city permit. If any issues arise, theyre always reachable and ready to return to resolve it. Repiping can be a messy and disruptive job, but Derek & Sons Plumbing LLC made the whole process manageable.
