My technician, Wes, was OUTSTANDING! He told me what to expect, was super nice, and left me in tip top shape with helpful hints on dealing with future issues! I called Plumco by mistake, instead of the plumber I used before, but I’m sure glad I did! They were out to the house within the hour, replaced the u-joint pipe under the bathroom sink (that liquid drain cleaner ate a hole through), and replaced the leaking spigot outside. Priced as quoted - couldn’t be happier with the service!

They Fixed the busted pipe issue I had . I was a little unhappy about a pipe that wasn’t anchored off hanging on the ground and left a 4 star review, the Owner saw the pics of the pipe and my review and called personally and said that he was sending the tech back out to secure the pipe Plumbco takes pride in there Quality of work. The tech just left and now I’m really satisfied with the job the owner showed up and inspected the work afterwards . In my opinion this is how a business is supposed to operate. Thanks Plumbco for Making this right I will use y’all again if I have to call a plumber for anything , Well done an honest business is hard to find now days but yall are the best

1. Jobs needed to be done were done the day I called, on-the-spot - but not to my satisfaction. After talking with the office, the repairman came back immediately and rectified the situation, and cleaned up after the jobs were concluded. I called Plumbco by mistake actually. I Googled Roto Rooter and thought it was the number I was calling. However, the receptionist at Plumbco was so friendly and asked me to give them a try. I had a small gas leak at the fitting of the gas regulator and the gas company shut my gas off.I called Hansen plumbing and they came out and quoted me $1900 to remove my water heater, fix the small gas leak and put my old water heater back in place. This is laughable considering 6 years ago I bought a new water heater and had a different company install it(including removing the old one) for $900. Hansen essentially wanted to charge double for the same procedure, granted, 6 years later.I called PlumbCo and they had a guy out in less than 2 hours and he quickly resolved the problem without having to remove my water heater and he was done in less than an hour. Because of the mandatory service call fee, the price was higher than youd expect for something that needed no parts and took less than an hour to resolve but the solution he provided was vastly more efficient in time/money than what was offered by Hansen plumbing so its hard to complain.I removed the previous stickers that other plumbers have put on my water heater and only have a PlumbCo sticker now, they will be first on my list to call for my plumbing needs! I purchased a home that has had atrocious plumbing issues relating to leaks from inferior quality piping. On at least six occasions Plumbco has fixed the leaks in record time. The technicians are always qualified and often times went above and beyond what they charged for. My impression from my first of the six experiences I have had with Plumbco has been nothing short of stellar. Pricing is extremely reasonable, and in a world where getting and keeping good technicians is a tough battle, Plumbco always seems to have techs that know what they are doing from the get go. If I could give them 20 stars I would. They are top notch.
