Excellent service as always. We have been using this company for over six years now for our annual chimney maintenance. Scott C. was a new tech this year. He is very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. He thoroughly explained all information and provided detailed photos of the work. I can definitely see the difference in the “before” and “after” photos. Scott definitely went above and beyond. I will always trust my chimney maintenance/cleaning with First Choice Residential.

This was my first experience with Chimney Sweep service. The representative I spoke with was very polite and professional. She answered all of my questions satisfactorily and made an appointment that was convenient for me and my schedule. They communicate arrival time and let you know who is coming to your home with a photo. Crue Baldwin was the technician who came out. He is a very professional young man who takes pride in his work. This young man is an asset to the company and our community. He kindly brought me up to speed on fire safety, safe operation of the fireplace, and how often it is recommended to have this service done. The cost of their service is very reasonable and fair. I was pleasantly pleased with the people, service, and cost. I made another appointment for next year. Thanks guys.

Thanks Jeff Ballwin for correcting Nathan’s poor work. Elijah was great. According to Elijah, Nathan didn’t even clean the chimney and he took pictures for Jeff to see. Here is Nathan’s work (or lack of). Since Jeff made it right I would use them again as I have used them before with no problems.
