I had Jim come out today to replace my double kitchen single with a single-drain kitchen sink, as well as unclog my upstairs bathroom sink. Jim did amazing and he was very polite and respectful, even asking if he should take off his shoes (in my experience, most dont ask that, they just come in like they own the place). Jim was also much more affordable compared to other quotes. I highly recommend Jim/Zs Plumbing and will be using him in the future again when/if the need arises.

When a do-it-yourself weekend toilet repair led to a leaking broken valve on the feeder line, we knew we had to hire a professional. Zs Plumbing was mentioned repeatedly as a recommendation by neighbors on a community Facebook group. We called first thing on Monday, praying for an opening in the schedule. Jim responded within twenty minutes, asked for a photo to help assess the situation and was able to work us in that morning.The reviews here and on other sites are not kidding: Jim was punctual, professional, conscientious (Do you need me to move my van out of your driveway so you can get out? Should I take my shoes off inside?) and great at clearly explaining things. Cost? At first we thought his quote was for parts only. Nope! It was the whole job...which was completed VERY efficiently. Wow.We came out of a leaking wet mess with a positive experience. (If youve got to have a stranger in your bathroom early in the morning, let it be Jim!)

Remodeling our walkout, upon removing the old suspended ceiling, we saw that the pipe running across the family room was ‘below’ the floor joists so that it was in the way of putting in the new ceiling.Jim / Z’s Plumbing came out and looked at it and suggested exactly what I was hoping they would. They installed pex pipe and made sure it was above the floor/ceiling joist level so we could properly install the new sheetrock ceiling with knock-down texture.They were fast/efficient and professional and very nice from the beginning.I ‘am’ using them again ;) (I have another plumbing issue now - the thrills of a house built in the 70’s)The last picture shows the old pipe that had a bent sheet metal piece to capture potential moisture/etc. This was sticking ‘below’ (see second picture) the level the ceiling needed to be at, so I removed the metal and Jim/Z’s installed the new pex as you can see in the first picture.The last picture is the room now with a finished ceiling :)Their work was GREAT!!Update -We had Jim / his team redo our bathroom plumbing this year for a remodel and they did an awesome job again as expected :)I added pictures of the work we had to have them do to get the bathroom plumbing updated for a roll in shower per current code.He also replaced all of the copper with pex in the suspended ceiling on the first floor below the remodeled bathroom.He is always pleasant / friendly / thoughtful, the work is great!!I wish I could add this as another review, but it only lets me append it to my old oneThe last two pictures are of the master bathroom we just had remodeled and Jim&Chuck installed the vanity, toilet, and shower fixture. As with the other work they have done, it was PERFECT and looks gorgeous :)Chuck came up with an innovative way to plumb the vanity so that we didn’t have to cut an extra hole, and he completed his work quickly and excellently!They are the ONLY team I would ever want to hire for my plumbing.

Z’s plumbing is the BEST!!! Jim replaced my water heater and inspected some plumbing at my house and fixed some plumbing at my salon. I recommended him to my coworker and he was knowledgeable and honest about the work she needed.Z’s is reasonably priced, excellent quality work, and great communication through out the whole process.Best plumber ever!

We have had Z’s Plumbing out for two jobs now (different houses), and both experiences were excellent. Appreciated the communication in scheduling my appointment, and the service that was provided. They made sure we understood what the cause of problem was, and also included us in observing the fix was indeed a fix. We have had a slew of plumbing issues over the years, but (through working with various different companies), we have FINALLY found our go-to Plumbing company!!

He is a great plumber who knows what he is doing, very skilled and get the job done quickly and efficiently. I call him my guardian angel because whenever there is a plumbing issue, he is there to help answer any questions and help out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!

After an absurd quote from a different company, we called Zs. This plumber was courteous, communicated well, and was very transparent. He arrived on time and ready, he was efficient, and did an amazing job. He gave us a fair quote, and a good price for his amazing work.We couldnt be happier with the work and will be going to Zs for all of our plumbing needs from now on.

Our water heater went out over the weekend. We had heard wonderful things about Zs Plumbing, so we waited until Monday morning to call. Jim was very responsive, and we were in luck because he said he had a cancellation that morning, which freed him up to come over right away to install a new water heater. He arrived within the hour, and he gave a very reasonable quote for his time and work. We were extremely satisfied with Zs Plumbing and we will definitely be using them again!

Jim was on time for our appointment. He installed a new toilet for me. He took the time to make sure it was level and found a leak in the new toilet I had purchased. My Boyfriend got a new toilet while Jim was installing a new vanity, sink and faucet to replace a pedestal sink. Jim replaced the cracked toilet with the next new toilet and this one fit perfectly. Jim did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Zs plumbing.

How Jim could have gotten a review less than five stars is beyond me. He removed a water softener, capped it off, and installed a back up system for our sump pump. Jim was efficient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Never once tried to upsell. He cleaned up after himself and his work is just immaculate. His rates are more than reasonable (please just throw these guys an extra $20 when they are private and charge a fair price) and we already have a list of other projects for him and he has barely walked out the door. These are the sorts of trades people we want to support! So impressed with his work.

When there was a water leak in my basement, my friend recommended Jim to me. He came over to investigate and quickly identified the cause. Jim explained the issue to me with a kind smile and informed me that all it needed was some silicon. He applied silicon to all the affected areas without charging me anything, ensuring that the issue wouldnt reoccur. I am extremely grateful to Jim and highly recommend his services. My landlord recently contracted Z’s Plumbing to fix my kitchen sink. I noticed a slight leak, that when initially inspected by a handyman it turned out to be a major crack in the pipe that we would need to have a professional out to fix it. The plumber who came out to our house was friendly and efficient. Although it originally seemed like there may be a larger problem, he was able to fix the issue quickly after a short trip to the hardware store. The trip lasted no more than 2 hours, and he cleaned up after the repair as well.

I had 2 companies come out to give quotes for a new sump pump, Zs plumbing was able to give online quote without charging the service fee. Scheduling was fantastic and they showed up when they said. And prices....way more affordable and they did a great job. I look forward to working with them again.

Our water heater pilot wouldnt stay lit. It was almost 20 years old, so needed to be replaced. Jim was incredibly responsive, getting back to me within minutes. He was able to get a new one installed within a day. He was up front about pricing and labor cost was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Zs Plumbing!

Came back installed a new water softener, fixed a pipe and went above and beyond while he was here. Got it done quick and explained everything he did. I had an ice maker repair done by CenterPoint Plus. The technician noted that the old school copper water line to the ice maker was badly kinked and close to leaking. I called Zs and they came out in just a few days. Im not sure how big they are or if its a small owner run company but the technician that came was excellent!!! He noted that the original tap (one of those do it yourself tap things) was not up to code. He moved the hole in the floor to a better location, replaced the tap/spigot, and ran a nice modern flexible line for a very reasonable price. I was very impressed and highly recommend these guys. I will definitely call them in the future!!!

Jim came over within the day after I reached out to him re: a mysterious leak coming from my bathroom into the basement. He identified the issue almost immediately and allowed me to make the decision of fixing it myself (silicone caulking the bath tub) or he could do it. He also fixed a poorly installed bath tub faucet quickly and easily. He was extremely kind, reasonable, and affordable. I plan to refer him to everyone I know!
