    The folks at Marvel did a great job installing a liner for our main sewer line. Process was pain free, except for spending the money of course, lol. But had to be done. Marvels pricing was fair and lower than many of their competitors. Would recommend to family and friends. Lastly, I appreciated their use of technology in processing the paperwork. You can tell theyve invested in their customer service software 😀

    Ryan at Marvel Sewer did a great job unclogging our sink and cleaning up before he left. He was kind, prompt, and efficient. I appreciate that our payment includes a 6 month warranty in case the sink clogs again. Would recommend!

    The Marvel service was great start to finish. The staff who took my call listened and understood what i likely needed, quoted the price of the service call, scheduled the service quickly, and sent the right team. I recieved email and text to keep me updated. The drain specialist Jesus was wonderful-- called ahead and was able to come about an hour early. He evaluated the problem, and was able to clear our kitchen drain fairly quickly. Jesus was kind, knowledgable, efficient, and left my house clean and working again! thanks!

    They charge $200 to inspect the main drain line when other companies do it free but they were the cheapest of 4 companies to clean the line. They were on time and seemed to do a fine job. Could have cleaned up a bit better but that wasn’t a big deal. Their quote to do a CIPP liner is the cheapest of 4 companies too so I decide to do it, this will be the co. I will use.

    We had a clog in our business basement drain at The Wellness Center MN which was backing up and lightly flooding on the daily.     Employed Marvel to do a camera inspection of my sewer lateral. Jesus, their technician, arrived as scheduled. Hr ran both a camera inspection and a cleaning to remove tree roots. He was very efficient in his work and very informative regarding problems encountered. I will be contacting them again in the near term future to address the issues that Jesus identified.

    Marvel is my new go-to for sewer and drain! We needed a camera inspection to prep for repairing our main line which is old and due for it. They were booked out a week for a (non-emergency) visit. Nick showed up right in the 2-hr window and was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Not to mention clean! So rare these days, most other companies create some sort of mess on carpets.We did have to get the line partially cleaned to be able to get a complete video of the line. They review the video at their office as to whether you are a candidate for no-dig repair, usually within a couple days. Which luckily we were and are in the process of setting up. Will share details on that when complete.Their prices are very competitive and they are thorough in their work and also provide a ton of detail on what to expect for either a simple cleaning or a full repair project.

    Jesus came out and cleaned my sewer pipe, there was a ton of roots built up at the transition from metal to clay at 90 something feet out, he did a great job and explained it all while working. Nice professional guy, will be using them again. If you have roots growing into the line that will grow back, they will do it for cheaper the next year too once you have them do 1 job too which is nice. Definitely recommend

    I really had good customer service Blake, he did a compliment camera of the main line which was very clear picture, Showed that I had tree root at the connection of city line. Note that if you get your main line cleaned out make sure you get a warranty. I know what I need to do to repair the problem. I wish I could get a list of all my option with price. After thinking about the tree root art the connection how do i know that i need a new connection, thought of this after a few days. Yes I would have them to do the work.

    Marvel was our last resort on a huge root ball blockage in our sewer main due to neglect from the last homeowner. Three other companies failed to clear the line and wanted over $10k for a full excavation job. Jesus from Marvel cleared it in under two hours. Ill be using them for yearly cleanings from here on!

    I have never seen someone work as hard as Nick to do a camera inspection of the main sewer line. The line had root intrusion and several other companies gave up before they saw the whole line. Not Nick. He reduced the size of the camera head, brought in another tool, and threaded the needle until he reached the city sewer. Impressive!

    I have hit total gold while searching for plumbing help in the last 3 weeks. I called Marvel because I was told my drain was deteriorated and they have a no dig type of service which the other company does not provide. Scheduling was easy. Prior to them coming, I received an email with who will show up at my house. Nick and another guy came out. They were professional, amazingly friendly, extremely knowledgeable and total dog dads. I noticed they also used slip covers on their shoes which is cool. My house is tore up, so I dont care but if I had a nicer home, this would be an added benefit and appreciated. They actually went through with the camera to both my drains because they didnt see any deterioration and came up with different scenarios as to what they think the other company saw. Just an FYI/heads up for anyone that may be in the same situation- the no dig service is only applicable to main sewer line, not the tinier drains running through your house. I do need more work done in the near future. I was provided with excellent service from this company and a previous company. Its going to be a hard decision as to who to call because both were A+! But these guys were super dog friendly and my girls and I really appreciated that.

And willing to helps me work with the city of Mounds View. As soon as the City approved fixing permits. Marvel promise to fix my problems . Sofar so good.     I called Marvel after talking to a handful of other companies about reoccurring sewer main clogs and immediately felt heard and understood. They empathized with my situation and explained their process clearly, but without being condescending or dismissive. I felt at ease with them instantly.     These guys are fantastic. We had sewage coming up out of floor drain when we used the washing machine. They arrived earlier than scheduled, contacting us in advance via text and phone, and got right down to work identifying the issue. After unsuccessfully trying to access the clean-out line near our water supply, they tackled getting access to the main sewer line (stacks). This proved equally difficult as the pipe access was heavily corroded and wouldn’t open up, thus needing to be drilled open. Once in the sewer pipe, the used a nice video scope and identified that a root had grown in to the pipe and caused a clog. They rootered it out and scoped/cleaned the rest of the pipe, all the way to where it meets the City’s clay pipe….then double-checked it all again. This all for $325. Very reasonable in my opinion. Also great customer service on the front end. Overall great experience.

Trent over at Caspars Cleanouts saw the extent of damage, showed us the video footage to the mainline, and put us in touch with Blake over at Marvel Sewer and Drain. Trent said before the call, There are a few outfits that do this kind of work, and some that might do it cheaper, but Marvel is hands down the best company for this kind of thing in the twin cities area. Super reliable. Never had a bad review or customer complaint after Ive set them up.Blake immediately set us up for a more careful cleanout with the drain technician, Jesus, who came over afterward and made quick work of roots and other blockers without damaging the pipe further. No more backups! Thank you, Jesus! After seeing the mainline video we knew wed need to line the pipe. So far Blake has provided expert opinion outlining all possible options and costs.     Wed had a sewer backup in the basement, and calling around a handful of well-reviewed drain places, nobody was going to be able to get to us for a couple days. Including Marvel -- calling on a Tuesday morning, they were booked out to Friday or Saturday. But they called me back a half hour later, **despite my not having left my number or asked to be on a cancellation list**, to say they had an opening the next day. They did a great job, were reasonably priced, and Im touched by the level of customer service to have essentially cold-called me back.

    From beginning to end, Marvel was just great. Other services —the big ones that advertise on TV— said my sons sewer absolutely could not be lined and would have to be dug up and entirely replaced for $20K. Marvel said it could be lined (where a plastic liner is installed inside the old pipe) and the City inspector said it was a really great liner (CIPP) job. Marvels cost -$9250!Pia, in the front office was super helpful both before and after. Greg and Joe, who came out to do the liner, knew I was interested in the process and called me downstairs to see the interesting bits. Both were friendly and polite and obviously very skilled. Greg made sure I understood that the video they provided of the ljning was going to be something wed need if we ever sold the home, as many houses in the area were built in the 50s with clay pipe and have serious sewer problems.In sewers, roofs and HVAC, big national companies or franchises advertising on TV, cost way more than the local outfits, like Marvel, that have been around for many many decades. I highly recommend Marvel and their excellent crew!

    Great experience! My main line backed up due to root blockage. This was above and beyond the previous company I used just 8 months ago that didn’t end up fully addressing the issue. The big difference was they use a camera scope to both diagnose the issue and when they cleaned the line to make sure they got everything. Other companies will simply punch through the blockage but not fully resolve the issue. They were also fairly priced and a little under what I previously paid.Both the main office person & Blake who came to my home were knowledgeable and professional.     My city required a sewer line camera inspection. Marvel performed the inspection and provided a video. The city inspector stated that there was intrusion in the line and repair was needed. I disagreed with the assessment. Marvel was willing to send a tech back to my home and perform the inspection again with the inspector present. After the inspection both parties agreed there was no intrusion and no repair was needed. This saved me a lot of money. The Marvel tech was very professional during this meeting.     We used Marvel Sewer and Drain for our residential sewer line repair in our new home. We found a severely damaged section of our sewer line during inspection and opted to have Marvel repair/line the entire thing out to the city main.     They videoed the main sewer line after another company had cleared the line twice in 30 days. Tree roots were still in the way. Blake from Marvel used their clog dog (spinning chain) with the video pin pointing the roots to completely clear the 4 cast iron and the 6 clay tile of all tree roots. Best sewer cleaning company I have ever used.

    Marvel recently performed a repair of a belly in our main sewer line and installed a liner to the city hook up. While performing the job they discovered a crack in the pipe leading to the cleanout in the basement, under the basement floor (I viewed the video) which explained a lot about the recent issues we were having. They performed that repair and installed a new clean out in the basement for no additional cost.The crew; lead Andrew, Kylan and Jesus were efficient, knowledgeable and polite. They kept us well informed of progress. They even had to take down and put back up a portion of chain link fence to access the front yard.Also, kudos to David, who I worked with obtaining the proposal, and the office staff who were all very responsive to my questions.Cost was competitive.Thank you Marvel.     I hired Marvel for a sewer inspection after a couple of backups (that I cleared myself). Marvel and my tech, Dan, were prompt, courteous, and professional I got a text to say the tech was on the way.     I called Marvel today to try to schedule a camera sewer inspection for a home I am looking to purchase. Being in my inspection period, we were under a pretty tight deadline. The representative who took my call informed the that they unfortunately wouldnt be able to accommodate an appointment for us in the time for our inspection period to close.     Marvel has come to my house twice. Once I had an old toilet. The just told me to get a new toilet. No shady sales, no BS, just trouble shot it and communicated info. Fast forward 4 years or so, I came home from a vacation to a partially flooded basement. They came out 24 hours after the call, but I understand and trust them from the last time to wait. Jose killed the root that clogged our sewer and was out the door.Clean, professional, love the comic gimmick, kids did too. 325$ for a snake, camera, root cutting and not having to deal with some weirdo coming in my house.Also on time. Scheduled for 10-12 and they were here at 10:20 and out at 11:25.

    We had a sewer pipe that had some breaks and getting blocked by tree roots every 1-2 years. We finally decided to have a no-dig sewer relining, which should mean no more issues for years to come. It is an expensive repair, but Marvels price was competitive and it will hopefully avoid a collapsed pipe that would require mean several days without sewer service and digging up our yard.Greg and his team were right on time to start work in the morning. They were friendly and respectful of home. They ran into some issues with our foundation which meant the job did not go as quickly as expected, but they stayed late to make sure the job was completed by the end of the day and we had a working sewer that night. If you are considering sewer work I would definitely consider Marvel. We would definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.

    Marvel was an awesome company to work with. Every representative of this company was polite and professional. Jake was great on the front end on identifying the problem and getting me scheduled for the work. David and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would, protected my house from damage and communicated every step of the way on the work they were doing. Even with presented with some challenges, he handled it as a welcomed challenge rather than a reason to quit. Alex then met the city inspector on the back end to sign off of the work they had done. All phases of the process were painless for the consumer. I would recommend this company to anybody that has any type of plumbing issue. They absolutely deserve 5 stars.

    We had a small backup from our basement floor drain, and knowing we have an old sewer we wanted to have it checked out. Marvel did an inspection for us in the past and I liked their service, so I went with them again. I called on a Friday and even though it wasnt urgent they were able to send someone out by Monday morning. Jesus arrived well within the window and was able to scope things out and find the blockage in the sewer lateral. Thankfully it was just tree roots and not a more serious problem, so he was able to clear the blockage and clean out some of the roots.In the end it didnt take very long, and Jesus did a great job through the whole process. He was also very professional and friendly. Given the high cost of big sewer repairs, the cost for the cleaning was very affordable, especially given the quality of the work done. They also provided a 6 month warranty on the work should another blockage occur in the near future. All in all a great job. I hope we dont have many more sewer problems, but if we do Marvel is highly likely to get future business from me.
